Klinik adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan dan menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan dasar dan/atau spesialistik yang diselenggarakan oleh lebih dari satu jenis tenaga kesehatan dan dipimpin oleh seorang tenaga kesehatan. Retensi bertujuan untuk menyeleksi dokumen rekam medis yang sudah tidak aktif lagi dan mengurangi jumlah berkas rekam medis yang terus meningkat sehingga dapat menjaga mutu pelayanan dengan mempercepat penyusunan dokumen rekam medis pada saat dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan sortir seleksi dalam menentukan dokumen rekam medis yang harus disimpan dalam sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis. Dengan algoritma selection sort, pengurutan dokumen dalam sistem menjadi lebih mudah. Metode Sistem dibangun berbasis Web dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan System Development Live Cycle (SDLC). Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten merupakan salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Kabupaten Klaten. Ruang penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis masih satu dengan pendaftaran rawat jalan. Sistem informasi penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis dengan penerapan metode pengurutan seleksi yang digunakan yaitu descending dan ascending, dengan mengurutkan tahun dengan nominal besar ke tahun dengan nominal kecil atau sebaliknya. Penerapan metode seleksi pada sistem retensi dokumen rekam medis menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext) dengan database My SQL diharapkan dapat membantu proses retensi di Klinik PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganom Klaten dan pelayanan kesehatan menjadi lebih baik.

With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

In this study, an analysis of legal potential and waqf land disputes is used using ID3 Algorithm to classify potential land disputes based on the status of the land deed, owner's name, location of waqf and its use so that it can produce data on the ownership rights of waqf land which has the potential for legal disputes and no legal disputes. research shows that potential legal problems are still present. The ID3 algorithm is able to produce information as a basis for reducing disputes and the loss of waqf land.

Based on the results of observation, the learning method used in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Kaliwungu is in the form of discourse, discussions, question and answer with the book media. Learning methods that have been applied so far have not had enough impact on students' level of understanding. The method used is less successful, so students feel bored and bored. This study offers a solution for multimedia utilization with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning media, where computers can display text, images, videos and audio so that students can have a pleasant impression in the learning process. The validity value of media experts is 2.9 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.3, which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 58.5% up to 80.5%.
