Recording financial transactions is an important activity that must be carried out by a business. In accounting, recording financial transactions is a fundamental thing that must be done. With these records, all business financial transactions can be accounted for and brought to the financial statements. Computerized technology using barcodes in payment transactions has the aim of increasing speed, accuracy, and service quality. In carrying out payment administration activities still using the manual system will have an impact on the Administrative officer having difficulty finding data on students who want to pay and the network (LAN) has not been implemented on the computer is also a problem at the research site, because to share data with the treasurer and principal becomes constrained, data can be damaged, lost or misused because its security is not guaranteed. In solving these problems, the researchers collected data and facts that existed at the research site, then designed a payment administration information that was in accordance with the needs of the school. In making Administrative Information System Integrated With Barcode Reader, researchers used Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 programming language, MySQL Server database as data storage media and Subtime Text as tools to create source code. In the preparation of this application using object-oriented methods.

The purpose of this study is to produce a design to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method. Predictions are made by analyzing the financial statements of a company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the first phase of research are in the form of a review of bankruptcy prediction analysis using secondary data from banks in Indonesia that are already on the stock exchange and have branch offices in the city of Semarang, while the second year produces an information system design that has added value from the first year to the third year. testing the system that has been designed using actual financial statement data.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities
