ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

The system development method used is SDLC (Sytem Development Life Cycle) which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. One way to overcome this is to create a web-based expert system application with a forward chaining method so that the chief mechanic can transfer the knowledge he has into the computer. Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts and then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-Then rules, so that conclusions can be drawn. This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge.

The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : 1. Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, 2. The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, 3. The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, 4. The decline in sales turnover in recent months, 5. The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on gamerground. This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on gamerground.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities

The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. In this research, the application used is PHP programming MySQL database.

SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue. Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file. The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.
