ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Academic means the teaching and learning process carried out in the classroom or school world. Academic information systems at SMAN 1 Ketungau Tengah previously still use manual management systems, such as the calculation of final manual values ​​as a result can cause delays in giving value, the data received is still in the form of paper files that can be lost or damaged, and not connected to the network from one computer to another computer so that the process of moving data still uses a flashdisk. The system certainly has a lot of weaknesses, the implication of which is the weakness of the administrative system, the waste of energy, the less optimal service, for example the distribution of report cards which are sometimes late, slow data processing and calculation errors. The system created aims to help ease calculations, can enter data more effectively and efficiently. The system development method used is SDLC (Sytem Development Life Cycle) which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using the PHP programming language in its creation and MySQL as the database. The results of this study are a Mobile Web-based Academic Information System that helps the admin (staff) in managing data and printing report cards, teachers in managing values, students and parents / guardians in looking at schedules and grades.

Over time, the Riau Kepualaun Provincial Tax Management Office which lives in Batam City underwent a name change to become a Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency for the Riau Islands Province (BP2RD). This study aims to design a dashboard that can assist Eschelon officials in monitoring the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of the Riau Islands Province. Because there is no system that displays information related to the work done and completed by an ASN, a dashboard design is needed. Data on the dashboard system is obtained from ASN performance data consisting of activity grouping data, activity weights, monthly targets in one year, and distribution of incentives and employee income benefits based on the achievement of target weights. The modeling system used is the Unified Modeling Language (UML), with the use case, activity, sequence and class diagram stages. While the development of this research system uses the Macro Process method in Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) with the stages of Requirements, Analysis and Design, Implementation and Testing. The dashboard is designed based on a website, using the PHP programming language and using MySQL as the database. Qualitative research techniques, by collecting data and information descriptively. The results of this study display a dashboard in the form of text consisting of the number of employees, targets, target achievement, target percentage, target employee income allowances, and employee income allowances obtained, as well as a dashboard in the form of a pie chart and bar chart for target and achievement percentages respectively. target, it is hoped that this dashboard can assist Eschelon Officials in assessing and monitoring the performance of the State civil apparatus.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

The recruitment of new mechanics at Mataram Sakti is no longer through the training process at the head office, but new mechanics are placed at the dealership accompanied by the chief mechanic as a supervisor, with the aim of providing training to new mechanics in order to be able to service or periodically repair Yamaha products especially the latest motorbikes namely Yamaha NMAX, because of the flurry sometimes the mechanical head is not in place so that when the mechanic is experiencing problems it cannot directly ask the mechanical head causing the handling of repairs to be less effective and efficient. One way to overcome this is to create a web-based expert system application with a forward chaining method so that the chief mechanic can transfer the knowledge he has into the computer. Forward chaining method is a search technique that starts with known facts and then matches these facts with the IF part of the IF-Then rules, so that conclusions can be drawn. This expert system was built using supporting software including, Macromedia Dreamweaver MX, PHP script language, MySQL database and WAMP server. The expert system for diagnosing damage to Yamaha NMAX motorcycles using the forward chaining method can be used as a new mechanical learning media in diagnosing damage to NMAX motorcycles and as a means of chief mechanics transferring their knowledge.

Gamerground is a computer shop engaged in the sale of laptops, computers, spare parts, accessories supporting and providing repair services. The marketing process is less than optimal because it only sells by phone or social media. There are some problems that occur between them : 1. Stock management is not optimal because of frequent discrepancies between stock records with the amount of goods available so often consumers feel disappointed with the services provided, 2. The issue of uploaded ad duration in uploaded social media will alternate from one product content display to another in a relatively short period of time, 3. The absence of management of consumer sales transactions thus requiring recording of repeated transactions, 4. The decline in sales turnover in recent months, 5. The management of customer or consumer data is less noticed. Based on these problems, this study aims to design a web-based online sales information system mobile on gamerground. This research uses the development of SDLC waterfall model system which consists of planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance. Using PHP and MySQL Server programming language as database. The results of research in the form of Online Sales Information System Web-Based Mobile that can facilitate consumers to view products, make reservations for consumers and management for the admin. This information system is equipped with product management features, order data management, customer data management, preparing order reports and payment confirmation. So that this information system can provide convenience both consumer and admin on gamerground.

YK store is a UKM (small and medium enterprises) whose activities are buying and selling wholesale goods such as oil, spices, noodles, flour, coconut milk, pepper, and others in moderation (wholesale). YK store manager does not have a bookkeeping application system for the process of making financial reports in accordance with financial accounting standards, and there is no support system for merchandise inventory which supports buying and selling transactions. Information systems for managing merchandise needed by companies to determine value according to transactions, for financial statements will use a journal of eternal methods to buy and sell transactions then post them to the ledger and make financial reports for all businesses. Bookkeeping information system design using microsoft visual basic 6.0, xammp as a server and mysql as a database. The results obtained from this information system can contain reports obtained in accordance with the types and financial statements for business activities

At present the information of schools in various fields of education in the Tugu sub-district is still incomplete that only covers the TK / RA and SD / MI levels so that the wider community has not been able to obtain information on the level of education at SMP / MTs, SMA / SMK / MA and Higher Education, and to get this information the public must come directly to the Semarang City Education Office to find the data needed. The public cannot know quickly if there is a change in data or if there is a construction of a new school because the information is only written on the sub-district bulletin board. Tugu sub-district is a sub-district in the city of Semarang, Central Java province. Tugu sub-district region is bordered by the Java sea in the north, in the east by West Semarang Sub- district, in the south by Ngalian sub-district, and in the west by Kendal district. Tugu sub-district has an area of ± 3.444,22 Ha hectares, consisting of 7 kelurahan, namely Jrakah, Tugurejo, Karanganyar, Randugarut, Mangkang Wetan, Mangunharjo and Mangkang Kulon [7] Various suggestions appear to help equip human work to be more efficient and productive, we need a system that can help the work needed by a web-based Geographic Information System. SMK Negeri 4 Kendal is located at Jl. Soekarno-Hatta Kendal, very aware of the importance of information systems. The information that fast, accurate and available at all times would be very helpful in the implementation of the learning process is also in the process of admission of new students. A newly established education institution four years ago was very concerned about the availability of information systems needed by students and parents so that information systems and the fabric of cooperation to do with ease. The purpose of this research is to increase the number of new admissions and quality of service in the admission of new students and in conducting the data collection and reporting so that information needed by prospective students as well as guardians and leaders mmurid can be obtained at any time. SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material  efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue. Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file. The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.
