Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) are business entities owned and managed by villages together with village communities with the aim of increasing independence, togetherness, and mutual cooperation. However, BUMDes still faces various technical and operational obstacles, especially in the preparation of good and correct financial statements. In fact, financial statements are official documents that contain information about the financial position of BUMDes in a certain period to provide an accurate and transparent picture related to BUMDes finances to stakeholders. This research aims to overcome this problem through assistance carried out by the Karanganyar Regency Dispermades with the PKM-HGR UNS PUSLITDESBANGDA Service Team. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which involves the active participation of all BUMDes elements during the mentoring process. This assistance aims to provide solutions to existing problems and create more effective, transparent, and sustainable management of BUMDes. After the implementation of this assistance, it is hoped that it can improve the professionalism of financial management, managerial skills, transparency and accountability, access to external financial resources, community empowerment, and the continuity and growth of BUMDes.

Adapting to rapidly evolving technology and honing digital literacy is a necessity for students at SMAN 1 Samaturu to ensure they do not fall behind in an increasingly digital world. However, the challenge lies in the lack of digital journalism literacy programs, despite the significant potential of this field to enhance general literacy and provide practical skills for students. The limited availability of journalism training, such as writing articles, conducting interviews, and managing school media, reduces students' opportunities to learn in this area. To address this, a digital journalism training was held on August 13, 2024, with 50 students participating. The activity included planning, training, and evaluation stages. As a result, students were able to recognize their potential in journalism. They not only learned to write and edit articles but also developed the ability to understand, analyze, and process information critically. They became more sensitive to accurate information sources, understood good narrative structures, and improved their communication skills, thus enhancing their digital literacy.

The community has the right to get a clean, beautiful, comfortable and healthy environment; get cleaning services; utilizing and processing waste; actively participate in waste management activities; and obtain information from local governments and/or other parties that are directly related to the sustainability of life related to waste. This right has direct implications for the community's obligations regarding the management of household waste and/or similar household waste by being obliged to reduce and/or handle waste in an environmentally sound manner. Unfortunately, the handling of environmentally sound waste has not gone well due to inadequate facilities, enforcement of regulations, and low awareness of the community itself. PT. Wahana Anugerah Energi has developed a waste collection and transportation system using a smartphone application called Rapel. Rapel campaigns for sustainable waste management in households. Currently, Rapel provides garbage pick-up services, especially for recycled waste. However, the problems faced include: wide community reach but with Human Resources (HR) PT. The Wahana Anugerah Energi (Rapel Surakarta) is limited, facilities and infrastructure for the ongoing development of understanding of waste management for the community are not sufficient, the application of Rapel is not yet known by the people of Surakarta. overcome, the lack of public awareness of Surakarta City regarding waste management, lack of cooperation and coordination with agencies related to waste problems so that Rapel technology has not received public knowledge, Surakarta people do not know about data integration related to environmental information. From this problem, we  design a social marketing communication program so that Rapel Indonesia's goal of encouraging people to sort household waste can be achieved. To achieve this, we design a waste sorting workshop by presenting credible sources such as Lyfe With Less Representative and Rapel Indonesia Manager. The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. MSMEs are the most important pillars in the Indonesian economy. The most famous copper craft center in Indonesia is Tumang Village, Cepogo, Boyolali, Central Java. It is called a craft center because of the local residents, some of whom are copper craftsmen. The problems that occur are the limited information technology and the ability to access technology and information from outside, as well as management that has not been implemented properly that can support the craftsman development program, both from the point of view of the professionalism of its human resources as well as in terms of product development, craft design equipment and management. In addition, sales systems and data processing are still carried out conventionally, resulting in limited marketing opportunities and transaction processing. The lack of literacy of SMEs towards information technology is the cause. Only about 25% of all business actors in Tumang have utilized technology for marketing and financial management. The implementation of this Community Service is intended to provide socialization and training as well as assistance to improve skills and knowledge for craftsmen to market their products on a global scale and provide electronic sales applications for craftsmen so that customers can get information quickly, and can make online shopping transactions. As well as a digital accounting information system that will increasingly provide convenience in creating accountable, transparent, and secure financial reports. This PKM activity was carried out by the Community Service Team (PKM) from the Management Economics Study Program at the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta through the 2021 Matching Fund grant. The PKM activity was aimed at brass and copper metal craftsmen in Tumang, Cepogo Boyolali. The methods used are socialization, training, and mentoring. The results of PKM activities are technological innovations in the form of a Marketplace Application called "Javacraft", which is a web application developed by the Islamic University of Surakarta Batik as an online sales medium or as a sales medium for MSMEs of local Indonesian handicrafts, especially copper or brass crafts in Tumang Boyolali, handicraft products and sales processing facilities. In addition, PKM activities also include socialization about digital marketing (e-commerce) and Accounting Information Systems (SIA), training and assistance in using the "Javacraft" Marketplace Application to support sales of brass and copper metal crafts in Tumang. Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit
