The service activity is a continuation of the previous service activity, which is almost entering the final stage of efforts to commercialize Gulon Asri waste bank products. This service activity consists of material delivery activities and product making workshop activities along with recording video tutorials of the products being worked on. At this stage, waste bank women are taught to make video tutorials which can be used as a means of education about recycling fabric waste as well as a promotional medium for the products produced by the waste bank.

The service partner is Mr. Aris Supriyadi's Batik Kartika Business, located in Bugel Hamlet, Tirtomoyo Village, Tirtomoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, which is facing the main problems of: 1) Low product innovation due to the lack of maximum development of batik designs that can contribute to competitiveness among similar products, 2) Lack of complete equipment that supports increasing the quantity and quality of production. The implementation of this activity program, using a mentoring and training approach; In this context, the training in question is to provide some knowledge of the batik production process, the development of designs that have local distinctiveness for seven tourist attractions, and transfer of experience in exhibiting regional superior products, especially batik as a promotional event and marketing improvement. The results of the activity are an increase in knowledge about design as one of the determinants of product competitiveness, and crafters have improved skills in making designs with local potential sources of ideas. Partners have been given additional equipment in the form of stoves for stamped batik, stamp tables, and equipment for boiling/removing wax in the form of kenceng. Improved marketing through assistance in the Wonogiren Batik Festival to commemorate the 82nd Anniversary of Wonogiri Square.

This community service assesses the Tourism Awareness Community in Jatiluwih Village, Tabanan-Bali, focusing on their use of social media for digital promotion. The group utilizes Instagram and Facebook for this purpose. Challenges observed include ineffective promotional language and limited understanding of tourism marketing tools among community members. The intervention provided copywriting and SEO training, covering basics, English usage, persuasive language, and AI integration for content creation on both the village's website and social media. The approach involves observation, interviews, and evaluation. Consequently, the community has shown improvement in understanding copywriting strategies, enhancing their digital promotion efforts on their social media accounts.

Assistance in the use of social media for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) provides advantages and convenience in carrying out promotions to increase sales volume. The method used in community service is introduction, creation and assistance by choosing the right application is TikTok Shop. The TikTok Shop platform merges with TikTok as a TikTok platform that can share short videos without any time limits and has a wide reach and network with high traffic. The advantages of the TikTok Shop are expected to be able to help Mui Cat Shop to increase sales volume so that the expected profit is achieved.

This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

Digital marketing is overwhelmly replacing offline marketing. One of the classic challenges faced by private schools is student enrollment. The purpose of the programm is to increase teacher’s participation in new student admissions (PPDB) through marketing strategy sessions, teacher motivation class, and a workshop on creating audiovisual media using mobile phones. The community service was held on January 2nd, 2024, and was attended by 34 participants, including principals, teachers, and education staffs from SMK PMB Kutoarjo, SMP PMB Pituruh, and SMP PMB 1 Kutoarjo. The questionnaire data was analyzed descriptively. The training results indicated that most teachers (94.1%) were willing to participate in PPDB digital marketing by sharing promotional media (65.6%), creating promotional media (59.4%), making videos (50%), and involving students in media creation (31.3%) and sharing media (43.8%). Efforts to enhance the participation of teachers in PPDB require personal commitment as well as the support of leaders and policy stakeholders. Collaborative efforts involving teachers as key agent include peer teacher, students, and alumni.

Competitiveness is important for MSMEs to be able to develop and survive in the midst of competition. Efforts to strengthen MSMEs can be done by collaborating with university service programs. In the service program carried out by STIE YPPI Rembang through the KKU (Business Work Course) program located at the Sambel Pecel MSME, Bu Heru. The problems that occur in the MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru are the marketing area is still limited, the marketing media is not maximized, does not have business legality and there are no clear directions for the location. Based on these problems, a service program was prepared, namely training and assistance in the creation and use of social media, expansion of marketing areas, facilitation of business legality management and the creation of google map features. The results of the KKU STIE YPPI Rembang are MSME Sambel Pecel Bu Heru has an Instagram social media account, has an MSME location on the google maps application, creates a photo catalog for promotion and has a business license.

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit

To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) shows a significant increase, both globally and locally. The market for creative industries in Europe is also wide open. For Indonesia, the creative industry sector is also a leading sector. Unfortunately, many creative industry players do not understand the potential of this. Therefore, it is important to provide information about creative industry’s export potential to Europe. The method used in this program is through socialization and disccusion. The program has been held with participants in creative industries, located in Kampung Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The socialization program was held on Sunday, October 28, 2018 located in Batik Laweyan Village. Through this program, it can be useful for: (1) creative industry players, to get an overview of the potential of the creative industry in the European market; (2) for the region, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional economic development; (3) for universities, as a fulfillment of the Tri Dharma elements of Higher Education.
