Making ecoprints to improve skills in using natural materials in learning arts and culture and crafts for elementary school children in Kalijambe, Sragen. Making this ecoprint means that the motifs produced on each fabric have different colors and patterns even though they use the same type of plant leaves. This is due to several factors, the relatively different shapes of the leaves. The introduction of ecoprinting to elementary school children creates a creative experience in learning arts and culture and crafts. Another contribution that can be achieved from this training is the growth of students' awareness of the potential of the environment and the desire to preserve nature. Ecoprint work training also provides real and meaningful learning experiences. Exploring the variety of natural materials around, especially leaves, adds value to aesthetic sensitivity. Apart from that, ecoprints also have quite a lot of selling value.

This community servis aims to improve the skills of the people of Giriwoyo village, Wonogiri, through training in the creation of local corn food. The methods used include practical training and demonstrations on making various processed corn-based products, such as cakes and snacks. Apart from that, this activity also succeeded in creating awareness of the potential of corn as a food source with economic value. It is hoped that participants can utilize the skills acquired to develop small businesses, increase income, and contribute to the welfare of local communities.

Cemani Village, Grogol District, Sukoharjo, has great potential to be developed as an agrotourism destination, thanks to its fertile land and strong community support. However, the development of the agricultural sector, particularly orchard, remains limited. This community service program aims to empower women through the Farmers Women’s Group (KWT) and PKK, with focus on food security through urban farming. Activities include extension of superior seed planting, training in horticultural cultivation techniques, and distribution of seeds to the community. The program also introduces the concept of agrotourism to boost income through harvests and educational tours. The results show an increased understanding of sustainable cultivation techniques. To ensure the program's sustainability, further training, infrastructure development, and routine monitoring are required, along with collaboration between the village government, universities, and BUMDes to establish Cemani Village as a model of agrotourism destination.

The service partner is Mr. Aris Supriyadi's Batik Kartika Business, located in Bugel Hamlet, Tirtomoyo Village, Tirtomoyo District, Wonogiri Regency, which is facing the main problems of: 1) Low product innovation due to the lack of maximum development of batik designs that can contribute to competitiveness among similar products, 2) Lack of complete equipment that supports increasing the quantity and quality of production. The implementation of this activity program, using a mentoring and training approach; In this context, the training in question is to provide some knowledge of the batik production process, the development of designs that have local distinctiveness for seven tourist attractions, and transfer of experience in exhibiting regional superior products, especially batik as a promotional event and marketing improvement. The results of the activity are an increase in knowledge about design as one of the determinants of product competitiveness, and crafters have improved skills in making designs with local potential sources of ideas. Partners have been given additional equipment in the form of stoves for stamped batik, stamp tables, and equipment for boiling/removing wax in the form of kenceng. Improved marketing through assistance in the Wonogiren Batik Festival to commemorate the 82nd Anniversary of Wonogiri Square.  

Adapting to rapidly evolving technology and honing digital literacy is a necessity for students at SMAN 1 Samaturu to ensure they do not fall behind in an increasingly digital world. However, the challenge lies in the lack of digital journalism literacy programs, despite the significant potential of this field to enhance general literacy and provide practical skills for students. The limited availability of journalism training, such as writing articles, conducting interviews, and managing school media, reduces students' opportunities to learn in this area. To address this, a digital journalism training was held on August 13, 2024, with 50 students participating. The activity included planning, training, and evaluation stages. As a result, students were able to recognize their potential in journalism. They not only learned to write and edit articles but also developed the ability to understand, analyze, and process information critically. They became more sensitive to accurate information sources, understood good narrative structures, and improved their communication skills, thus enhancing their digital literacy.

Not having the geographic potential to be explored as a tourist area does not discourage the people of Mojogedang Village from improving their welfare. The objectives to be achieved in this activity are: To train Mojogedang Village PKK members to master marketing techniques through social media and internet networks by creating interesting content with digital marketing facilities so that they can generate significant income to improve the family economy in Mojogedang Village as a supporting area for Tourism Village in Mojogedang District. The approach technique is carried out using seminar methods and simulations directly utilizing the laptop and smartphone of each participant. With this dedication, Mojogedang Village PKK members can open their minds to competition, quality products, and the correct production process and develop themselves through digital marketing training, to improve economic welfare in the future. Cloves are one of the richest sources of phenolic compounds such as eugenol, eugenol acetate and gallic acid and have great potential for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and agricultural applications. The aim of this community service activity is to provide knowledge regarding the benefits of cloves, which are applied in the form of cosmetic preparations, as well as providing training to partners so that their use is optimal and practical, and it is hoped that this can become a business opportunity.        The solution proposed in this service activity is (1) providing knowledge about clove plants, (2) procuring materials in the form of medicinal plants for making preparations. (3) procurement of containers for the packaging process (4) conducting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) training to partners so that partners can make them independently.         In service activities, the method used is an approach to the collaboration partner "SMK Mandala Bhakti Surakarta" providing counseling about clove plants and training as a transfer of science and technology (IPTEK) to make cosmetic preparations as well as evaluating the results of activities by giving partners the opportunity to practice making preparation.

This community service was to help the community utilize the internet as a means of promoting tourism or all the potential in the Pacitan area, East Java. The intended target was for students to be more productive in utilizing their time in this information and digital era. Research shows that students spend more time surfing cyberspace, fulfilling their entertainment needs than studying. Through journalism training, it was hoped that students who were still active members of society and had high curiosity could canalize it through positive activities. The way to do it was by making journalistic products that could be published in media. How to make journalistic products that could be suitable for publication in the media or were of interest to the public as a means of regional promotion was the goal of this activity. This activity was part of efforts to increase society's digital competence.

Brebeg Village has great potential for producing Siamese oranges. Large areas of land have the productivity to produce more oranges, oranges can be harvested on average 18 tons per year. The large potential of orange fruit can improve the economy of orange farmers, the government Department of Agriculture provides assistance in the form of training on the care and rejuvenation of orange trees as well as providing training on processing orange fruit products in collaboration with UNAIC. The problems faced by Gapoktan are a lack of knowledge regarding planting oranges, an irregular irrigation system. The problems faced by KWT are lack of knowledge regarding orange-based products, product management and marketing. The method used is coordinating with all partners, providing knowledge and skills in creating orange cultivation facilities and orange-based food processing, implementing and evaluating activities. The results of Kosabangsa's research are able to provide benefits for community empowerment in this case, namely improving the economy through empowering Siamese orange farmer groups to become functional food-based processed products in Brebeg Village, Jeruklegi District, Cilacap Regency.

The service was done in Ngaglik and Pancuran villages, Gondangrejo, Karanganyar, Central Java. These areas have the potential to produce mats with semi traditional method. Most of the villagers are the mats’ weavers and worker of the weavers. The village has a potential in developing the craft of mats. The main problem from the craftsmen are the management, the production process is less than optimal, no efficiency in production process and the management of the marketing. In this service, many activities are held such as training in management and creativity, displaying of the technology’s application, and marketing technique for the product. Garbage banks have the potential to increase people's income. Where the waste bank can turn waste into useful items. Products made by waste banks are diverse, both in the form of accessories and crafts. The production of product waste is already good and useful. The member of the waste bank can make attractive products to fulfil the demand of the public. But in terms of selling their products, the waste bank doesn't really understand what kind of attraction is suitable to make their products sell. To overcome these problems, direction is needed using product photography which can increase the selling value of the product. This training aims to improve the community's ability to manage their products with product photography that can increase selling power. The method in this service is the mentoring method. The mentoring was conducted at the Gulon Asri Garbage Bank, Jebres, Surakarta. This training focuses on fostering the creativity of residents to make product photography with smartphones so that it is hoped that it can help residents sell their work from the Gulon Asri Waste Bank to become more attractive through social media.

Darsono Village is a village located in Arjasa District, Jember Regency, East Java. The economic condition in Darsono Village is relatively low and exacerbated by low literacy skills. Darsono Village has several potentials, such as empty land, beautiful village atmosphere and various facilities in the village.  Therefore, we carry out a service program that focuses on improving the quality of formal education through the program "Edu Nature Park: Creative Education Vehicle as a Means of Improving the Life Skills of Elementary School Students with Natural Nuances in Darsono Village, Jember Regency". Edu Nature Park is a fun educational program that refers to nature in Darsono Village. The problem in Darsono Village is that there are still cases of school dropouts due to economic factors and underage marriages to the low interest in reading by the community. The majority of children in Darsono Village often use their time by playing. The method of empowering rural communities is carried out in full in the field (offline) using the PRA (Participatory Rural Appraisal) method.  

Pokoh Hamlet, Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar has various potentials, one of which is the cultivation of white oyster mushrooms. The main constraints on the marketing aspect and the tight competition of oyster mushroom craftsmen. The PKM team intends to help Partners provide marketing strategy development training. With this training, partners are expected to have better marketing skills. The PkM activity was held on Saturday 25 March 2023 with the aim of providing training in developing marketing strategies. This training activity received a positive response from Partners. From the results of the question and answer, Partners have understood the material related to marketing strategy development. The results of this training are expected to be a provision for Partners in developing their business and making a major contribution to sales and profits.

Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a place used to collect waste that has been sorted first. The selected waste is then collected and made crafts. Garbage Bank with good potential to be able to increase people's income. Making packaging at the Gulon Asri Waste Bank is a form of support for the creativity of the community that makes interesting works from waste. This program aims to help the Gulon Asri Waste Bank by utilizing leftover fabrics to be developed as packaging so as to increase the commercial value of the product. The public can create economical value packaging with attractive packaging. Then, the waste bank community can also increase environmental and community awareness by empowering existing resources, increasing motivation, and community creativity. The community can also develop creativity in making sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging so that the products created by the waste bank have attractive packaging by utilizing cloth waste as well and have high selling power.

Empowerment of the environment in society is very essential in the regional and national development agenda. Communities, governments, academics and business actors have an important role as drivers of innovation in national environmental preservation programs. In an effort to implement this function, several strategic studies are needed so that all initiator components can jointly protect the environment from potential natural releases including natural disasters such as floods. Based on this, community service research involving members of the Tangerang City DPRD, the Environment Service, the Public Works and Public Housing Service, the Social Service, the Regional Disaster Management Agency, Officials in the Periuk sub-district and Periuk Sub-District underwent a Focus Group Discussion on social impact economic consequences due to flooding in Periuk District. As for some assistance with problems, namely as follows: 1.) Officials in the Tangerang City area require intensive coordination and supervision to overcome flood problems and their economic impacts, (2.) The need for knowledge for the community regarding the socio-economic impacts that can be experienced as a result of flooding . Therefore, the results of community service research are as follows: (1) succeeded in formulating a policy package that has been approved by the executive and legislative components in the Periuk District and Tangerang City, (2.) The community feels helped by the existence of discussion and presentation facilities material organized by the Business Faculty of Buddhi Dharma University.

Soursop fruit contains vitamin C and polyphenolic compounds that have the potential as a source of antioxidants. It is hoped that by consuming a lot of soursop fruit it will provide an increase in memory and to maintain cell damage due to free radicals. Making soursop candy preparations will allow use which is relatively easy to use and gives a good taste so that not only adults consume it but also for children. Service activities are divided into several stages starting from surveys and observations, followed by training in the form of tutorials then mentoring from the service team and ending with activity evaluation. Making soursop candy preparations is easy, simple and uses simple tools. We often encounter soursop fruit in the yard and for additional materials for making soursop preparations, it is easy to find on the market and the price is cheap. The principle of making it is all the ingredients are boiled until it becomes a semi-solid dough. Then wait until it cools down. Once cool, cut according to taste and wrapped in an attractive wrapper. Service activities carried out in RT 1/RW 1, Laweyan District, Surakarta went well while still implementing health protocols. In addition to providing training on making soursop candy preparations for PKK cadres in Kerten Laweyan Surakarta, training was also held related to opportunities to be developed as community independent businesses. The conclusion of the activity and evaluation of the preparation of soursop candy is considered to have the potential to be developed so that it can be used as an independent business product that is marketed commercially.

The service focuses on training on processing glass waste as the main ingredient in making mosaic works, themed on folklore. Aims to provide knowledge about the potential of glass waste, and the technical practice of processing it to become a mosaic work. The training participants were a group of young people from Noloro, located in Sawit, Panggungharjo, Bantul DIY. The method used in the implementation is ADDIE, which stands for the stages of the process itself, namely Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The result of the training is a mosaic work from glass waste, taking the theme of one of the folk tales from Bantul Regency, namely about the Krapyak Stage as well because it is a very iconic building.

Community service based on the development of the target schools at MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri Jepara is intended as an effort to improve learning management in partner schools. The purpose of this community service program is to build academic cooperation, develop human resource potential and improve the quality of school education through skill program innovation. The training was held in two stages, namely the theory-discussion stage and the field stage. The participants of this training were teachers, assistant teachers, and students. The class training materials are the rules of fish farming, getting to know the tools and functions of the equipment, knowing how to design aquaculture containers, the sequence of cultivation activities, caring for and feeding and monitoring fish health. While the field training includes the design of aquaculture pond containers to fish farming techniques. The result of the activity was the implementation of community service activities for the development of the target schools in the form of training on catfish cultivation techniques for students and teachers of MA Hasyim Asyari Bangsri. The training participants understand cultivation techniques, starting from preparing cultivation media, spreading seeds, managing feed and maintaining water quality so that the fish grow well.

Children with disabilities are part of diversity, but there are problems such as the lack of character formation of children, not yet optimal in developing the potential and limited skills and independence of children with disabilities. So the PKM-PM team at Slamet Riyadi University Surakarta provided a mentoring activity through the application of the aquaponics system in order to empower children with disabilities in improving the life skills of children with disabilities at YPAC Professor Doctor Soeharso Surakarta. The methods applied in this service include: (1) providing counseling and socialization related to the aquaponics system, (2) aquaponics assembly, (3) training related to aquaponics seeding and care, and (4) monitoring the development of aquaponics. The result of this service is that children with disabilities who become participants during the service process have gained knowledge related to the aquaponics system. Children routinely carry out maintenance such as spraying hydroponic vegetables, feeding catfish to cleaning fish waste at the bottom of the pond. Assistance is carried out to train the independence and responsibility of children with disabilities in aquaponic care as well as become vocational skills for them which if aquaponics continues to be developed it will become a source of income for children with disabilities, especially those living in dormitories. This service has achieved the expected results and the sustainability of this program continues to be carried out with a monitoring pattern. Ngijo Village, Tasikmadu District, Karanganyar Regency has various potentials, one of which is the snack industry. Observation results, Partners have a good opportunity as evidenced by an increase in sales turnover every month. Partners have taken advantage of marketplaces such as Shopee, Tokopedia, OLX. Partner's understanding of banking digitalization is important to have, the problem is that Partners have not used internet banking. Community Service Activities carried out on Saturday 23 July 2022 in the form of a Workshop aimed at introducing internet banking as a strategy to improve sales performance. In practice, all partners are very enthusiastic about participating in the Workshop. By looking at the performance of Partners participating in simulations and doing exercises, it shows an increase in understanding where student partners have gained a good understanding of the use of internet banking to improve sales performance.
