This program was designed to improve the financial literacy of Generation Z, with a specific focus on members of the Maluku Protestant Church Youth Movement (AMGPM) in Poka Village. Initial assessments indicated that most participants had limited financial knowledge, with fewer than 30% understanding basic investment concepts. The initiative employed socialization and simulation methods to educate participants on investment principles, introduce regulated investment applications approved by OJK and BAPPEBTI, and promote secure online investment strategies. Evaluation findings revealed significant progress, with 40% of participants showing improved financial literacy. Additionally, over 75% successfully performed investment steps during simulations, and 85% expressed increased confidence in beginning their investment journey. While the program effectively enhanced participants' understanding, continued training is necessary to ensure long-term impact, particularly in the areas of portfolio diversification and risk management, which are critical for building sustainable and resilient investment practices.

This community service program focuses on enhancing digital marketing capabilities for the Kroket Keraton MSMEs in Tohudan Village, Colomadu, Central Java.  Kroket Keraton  MSMEs, which have traditionally relied on conventional sales,  have faced challenges  in reaching  a wider market and increasing sales. Through this program, intensive training and mentoring on digital marketing strategies were provided,  including the use of social media, creating  engaging content, search engine optimisation (SEO), and digital ad management. The results of this program showed a significant increase in the digital marketing knowledge and skills of MSME actors,  as well as  an increase in sales  and  market reach. Additionally, this program helped build brand awareness and customer loyalty through more effective and efficient digital marketing approaches.   Thus,  this community service program is expected to serve as a model for empowering other MSMEs in facing the challenges of the digital era.

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDesa) are business entities owned and managed by villages together with village communities with the aim of increasing independence, togetherness, and mutual cooperation. However, BUMDes still faces various technical and operational obstacles, especially in the preparation of good and correct financial statements. In fact, financial statements are official documents that contain information about the financial position of BUMDes in a certain period to provide an accurate and transparent picture related to BUMDes finances to stakeholders. This research aims to overcome this problem through assistance carried out by the Karanganyar Regency Dispermades with the PKM-HGR UNS PUSLITDESBANGDA Service Team. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR) which involves the active participation of all BUMDes elements during the mentoring process. This assistance aims to provide solutions to existing problems and create more effective, transparent, and sustainable management of BUMDes. After the implementation of this assistance, it is hoped that it can improve the professionalism of financial management, managerial skills, transparency and accountability, access to external financial resources, community empowerment, and the continuity and growth of BUMDes.

This UMKM socialization activity aims to develop the digital competence of UMKM actors in order to create digital entrepreneurs who can compete with the complex dynamics of today's market. With the digitalization of UMKM actors, It is anticipated that UMKM owners will recognize the significance of strengthening their understanding of financial management, marketing strategies, and the application of appropriate technology, so that they can position their businesses effectively and efficiently. This activity uses the Lecture and Drill and Practice methods which can attract the public to join in the activity. The data from this study reveals, (1) The socialization of UMKM digitalization provides benefits for the development of UMKM businesses in Purwodiningratan Village, (2) Increases digital competence for UMKM actors in the use of digital marketing platforms such as: marketplaces, digital payment methods using QR Code scans (QRIS), and digital financial records, and (3) UMKM actors are able to practice making digital payments in the form of QR Codes (QRIS) independently so that digital entrepreneurs can develop in Purwodiningratan Village.

In the Pancasila Student Profile, creativity is defined as a student's ability to modify and create something that is original, meaningful, useful and has a positive impact. In developing student creativity, PKM was held to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students using ecoprint media based on the pounding technique. Dyeing using the ecoprint method based on the pounding technique is an environmentally friendly method, which uses natural ingredients to create patterns on the fabric. Ecoprint based on the pounding technique is a method of dyeing fabric that uses leaves, flowers and other parts of plants that are transferred to the surface of the fabric through a beating process. The aim of this community service is to develop student creativity, because creativity is one of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile. The production process involves selecting tote bag materials from natural fabrics, such as calico, which are more effective in absorbing colors from plant materials. After that, fresh leaves and flowers are placed on the cloth, then beating and drying techniques are carried out to transfer the natural patterns of the plants to the surface of the cloth. In this study, various types of leaves were tested to determine the variation in pattern and color resistance produced. The results of the ecoprint making training which was carried out as a form of developing the creativity of students at SD Negeri 010246 Banjar.

A foundation is a non-profit organization operating in the fields of religion and education, with its primary funding coming from public donations in the form of alms and charity. Although it is not intended to generate profit, a foundation must still address financial aspects and prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards to ensure accountability to the public. Good financial management involves budgeting, cash flow management, expense oversight, transparent financial reporting, and financial report analysis. The main issue faced by Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi is ineffective financial management, with financial reports being simple ledgers and not compliant with ISAK 35 standards. The Pustapako community service team collaborated with Yayasan Cipta Solo Berbagi to address this issue through a series of activities, including focus group discussions (FGDs), training, and the implementation of a web-based accounting information system. The results indicate that by applying appropriate accounting standards and using a suitable accounting information system, the foundation can produce more transparent, accurate, and comprehensible financial reports. The foundation's management now has improved capabilities in financial management, enhancing donor and public trust. Negative effects of social media use may include the emergence of consumerist tendencies and hedonism. Lack of knowledge regarding communication ethics on social media causes a lack of awareness of the importance of policies in social media. Several teachers also said that many Putra Bangsa Middle School students experienced complaints about using social media, such as receiving negative comments and not understanding how to respond to issues or content on social media. The aim of carrying out this service activity is to educate about the importance of communication ethics on social media. This research has important implications in shaping student character in the digital era. Increasing understanding of communication ethics can help students interact positively and responsibly on social media platforms. The hope of this research is that Putra Bangsa Middle School students can participate actively in implementing communication ethics in social media. In this way, it is hoped that they can become critical and responsible individuals in communicating not only in the real world but also in cyberspace. In conclusion, this counseling has a positive impact in shaping student character and reflects concern for the formation of a generation with character in Indonesia.

This community service assesses the Tourism Awareness Community in Jatiluwih Village, Tabanan-Bali, focusing on their use of social media for digital promotion. The group utilizes Instagram and Facebook for this purpose. Challenges observed include ineffective promotional language and limited understanding of tourism marketing tools among community members. The intervention provided copywriting and SEO training, covering basics, English usage, persuasive language, and AI integration for content creation on both the village's website and social media. The approach involves observation, interviews, and evaluation. Consequently, the community has shown improvement in understanding copywriting strategies, enhancing their digital promotion efforts on their social media accounts.

Most MSMEs, including B&B Snack MSMEs, have not adopted technology as an effective sales tool. B&B Snack MSMEs face problems, namely a less strategic location and a lack of understanding of MSME owners regarding information technology. Therefore, in the YPPI Rembang University (UYR) Business Work Lecture Community Service activities, they provide a solution to overcome this problem, namely registering the location of MSME B&B Snacks on Google Maps and using direction signs, which can help customers find the location easily. The main goal is to increase the competitiveness of B&B Snack MSME owners in their main market in Rembang City and increase their business turnover. This activity began with a survey of MSME locations and discussions with B&B Snack MSME owners to identify problems. Furthermore, assisting MSMEs in registering locations on Google Maps and creating direction signs. The results of the activities of the MSME B&B Snack location are registered on Google Maps and have directional signs.

In connection with the easing of the Covid 19 virus in Indonesia, the Indonesian Christian University (UKI) Engineering PKM TEAM conducted welding training offline for children with special needs. The purpose of the Service for children at the Panti Karya is to be able to provide training in welding and making trash cans easily and effectively as life skills for the children of the HEPHATA HKBP Panti Karya Foundation in North Sumatra Participants, to be able to implement cleanliness around the Hephata HKBP Panti Karya Foundation in North Sumatra as well as children who already have the skills to make trash cans from welding training can generate incoming funds for the HKBP Hephata Panti Foundation in North Sumatra. With this dedication, we can equip the children of the Karya Orphanage with life skills in making trash cans and welding to increase their competence.  

The function of computers in government is seen from government activities that have begun to implement e-Government system, where each region, government agencies already have their own information system, or better known as e-Government. Implementation of e-government is certainly to improve service to the community. The use of computers at the level of village government is currently more focused on the use of Microsoft office programs both Microsoft word, excel and power point. This program is preferred for improvements in administrative services such as the making of invitations, certificates, letters of moving, APBDES, reports on financial statements and others. Thus it is natural that every village device capable of using Microsoft office program both Microsoft word, excel and power point besides important is also the basic operation of computer. The condition of the community in Jumantono district is classified as society whose level of education is increasing, so it has demand for high quality of service in various ways. In terms of the ability to handle administration and documentation of village data, the average is still classified as not yet maximal, as evidenced from the results of random observations of 11 villages in Jumantono district, it is known that the village administration system has not been all using computer equipment but still done manually, each village government has been equipped with a computer but the device can not be utilized optimally because not all village devices have the ability to operate it. this devotional activity is to provide understanding to the Village's tools in Jumantono district by equip themselves with computer skills in operating Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point, well to improve quality village administration so as to improve the effectiveness of services to the public. Microsoft Excel (MS-Excel) is the most popular and most widely used spreadsheet application program. Village Devices in Jumantono district is one part of government employees who also provide village administrative services to the community. This research is a quantitative research.The short-term goal in this study is to find out whether intellectual capital has a positive effect on productivity, while for the long-term goal is to know how much intellectual capital plays a role in improving company performance.The data used is secondary data from the annual report (annual report).Population in this research is company which go public in Indonesia which is listed in BEI.The samples are companies that go public in Indonesia listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 until 2015, which includesinfrastructure, utilities and transportation.Sampling is done with purpose sampling.Variable used is independent variable that is intellectual capital and as dependent variable that is productivity.Data analysis using multiple linear regression.The result of this research is that there is negative influence of intellectual capital toward productivity in companies that go public in Indonesia.Keywords: intellectual capital,productivity

Community service aims to provide an understanding of underage marriage and legal consequences according to the Marriage Law. The target to be achieved in community service is its own community, especially for the mothers who are joined of the group PKK Desa Klegen Colomadu, Karanganyar regency. To achieve the objectives that have been set in the community service, the method used is a speech which followed by question and answer session.. The speaker seeks to present the legal counseling material in a straightforward and compelling way so that it is easier to understand. The atmosphere is made as comfortable as possible so that the participants do not hesitate or embarrassed to ask. Every question is always tried to be answered. UMKM play an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM can play a role in improving people's welfare as a means of equalizing the economic level of the common people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. Despite the importance of the contribution of UMKM to the national economy, it turns out that this sector still has many problems, one of which is the weakness of UMKM in marketing their products. The purpose of community service is to provide assistance to UMKM related to the use of digital technology to increase product sales, especially to UMKM Eshan.id_. Ehsan.id_ UMKM is a business in the field of knitting handicrafts, which in 2022 has achieved an income target of only 63.05%, so it is necessary to determine the right strategy in marketing its products, such as through digital marketing. The assistance is intended so that UMKM can take advantage of social media to increase sales by creating social media content on Instagram and Tiktok. The result of this activity is the giving of meaning and philosophy to the logo to meet the requirements for making IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and also a company profile that can be used by UMKM in conducting product marketing. In addition, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through social media that is effective and right on target

The rapid development of technology 5.0 requires teachers to have competence in utilizing technology optimally. Teachers are expected to innovate in the learning process, such as developing interactive and interesting teaching materials. Apart from that, there is still a lack of effective learning resources that are ready to use and suit learners’ needs. Moreover, the use of the Merdeka Curriculum requires stakeholders and students to move as dynamically as possible. This certainly hinders the teaching and learning process. Through this activity, teachers are able to create digital teaching materials in the form of e-modules with the help of bookcreator application. The method of this activity is in the form of delivering material, training as well as mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this activity include increasing teachers' skills in creating digital teaching materials. The materials can be used as a learning resource for students. This is in line with the increasing creativity of teachers in utilizing all digital sources as needed as teaching materials

Batik Tiga Negeri is one of the historic batiks on the north coast of the island of Java which was made to be traded from the start. Packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri is needed in addition to protecting the product, as well as for communication media in spreading about one of the nation's wealth that can be proud of. Packaging can have a useful multi-function. There are many packaging options, ranging from plastik to paper and cloth, all of which can display product labels. Through this service activity, it is hoped that the millennial generation, namely Regina Pacis Solo High School students will understand: 1) How far can the main motifs of Batik Tiga Negeri developed according to the style of young people? 2) How student’s creativity in making packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri products is not only attractive, useful, but also can be an effective communication medium. In other words, from the work produced, it will further clarify the role of packaging for Batik Tiga Negeri handicraft products other than as a wrapper. The method used is community service in the form of training. Beginning with providing material to young people as the nation's next generation, about the archipelago's wastra, especially batik. Training on making designs on packaging to wrap Tiga Negeri batik products, in order to produce a unique packaging with the main motif idea of   Batik Tiga Negeri. The purpose of this activity is to make students aware of the importance of maintaining the ancestral heritage which is the wealth of this nation.

The number of crimes that are currently rife during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Mandan community has made people restless. The patrol activity is seen as an activity that is quite effective in minimizing the crime of theft. However, these activities have begun to be abandoned because of the busyness of the community. This community service provides insight into the importance of preserving the ronda and jimpitan culture in improving the environmental security system. The patrol activity, which is followed by the ‘jimpitan activity, provides the benefits of maintaining environmental security and the results of the pinch can increase cash to support social activities. Social activities that are supported from the results of collecting jimpitan, for example. community service activities, procurement of street lighting lampposts, tirakatan 17's and other activities that are for the common interest.

Art education in kindergarten is part of the process of forming a whole individual in accordance with the goals of national education. Art education includes dance, music, visuals and drama. This activity aims to provide assistance to kindergarten / early childhood teachers in artistic creativity and creativity, especially painting activities using local wisdom-based media so that they can be applied in teaching and learning activities in kindergarten / early childhood education. As for art and reativity, what is meant is not only to form skilled students at imagination through fine arts, but also to form appreciative and creative personalities through the experience of art processing. This activity can contribute not only to the development of teaching materials, but also to the ability of kindergarten / early childhood teachers to create art, especially art and creativity which can have a positive effect on the development of teacher skills by packaging teaching materials based on art and creativity according to the needs of garden children childhood and early childhood education. This PKM activity was attended by Kindergarten / Early Childhood Teachers who are members of the entire West Semarang District, Semarang City.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Selain sebagai jalur peredaran narkoba, Solo adalah kota dengan penyalahgunaan narkoba tertinggi di Jawa Tengah dibanding kota -kota lainnya. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan komunikasi efektif bagi relawan anti narkoba. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah jurnal Senadimas UNISRI.
