This study examines the relationship between life satisfaction and the effectiveness of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) treatment through a systematic review and meta-analysis of 32 studies (N=8,746) published between 2018 and 2023. The analysis reveals a moderate negative correlation between life satisfaction and lupus disease activity (r=-0.38, 95% CI: -0.44 to -0.32, p<0.001). More specifically, the data demonstrate a strong positive correlation between life satisfaction and quality of life in the context of health (r=0.52, 95% CI: 0.47-0.57, p<0.001) and a moderate positive correlation with medication adherence (r=0.34, 95% CI: 0.28-0.40, p<0.001). Longitudinal analysis (n=6 studies) shows that early improvements in life satisfaction are significantly predictive of reductions in lupus disease activity (?=-0.24, p<0.001) and enhancements in quality of life (?=0.29, p<0.001) over six months to 2 years. Meta-regression analysis further identifies age (?=0.008, p=0.03) and disease duration (?=0.015, p=0.01) as significant moderators of the effect of life satisfaction on SLE treatment outcomes. These findings extend previous research by Diener and Chan (2011) on well-being and health and by Mok et al. (2019) on depression in SLE by emphasizing the specific role of life satisfaction in SLE management. The novelty of this study lies in its focus on life satisfaction rather than solely negative risk factors, highlighting the potential for life satisfaction-based interventions in the management of SLE. This research supports the integration of life satisfaction assessments and psychosocial interventions into standard SLE care protocols, offering new insights into the psychoimmunological approach to SLE treatment.

The infancy period is a crucial phase for a child's growth and development, where attention to sleep and stimulation is paramount. Sleep disturbances, such as sleeping less than nine hours per night, frequent awakenings, and difficulty returning to sleep, can affect a baby's emotions and development. This study aims to explore the impact of infant massage on the quality of sleep in infants. The method used was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design, conducted at the Sei Langkai Public Health Center in Batam City from July to August 2023. The sample consisted of 15 infants selected through purposive sampling. The independent variable was infant massage, and the dependent variable was the quality of infant sleep. Data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Wilcoxon test to assess differences before and after the intervention. The results showed a p-value of 0.001, which is less than 0.05, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis (H0). This indicates that infant massage has a significant effect on the quality of infant sleep. In conclusion, infant massage is effective in improving the quality of infant sleep and can be recommended as an intervention to address sleep disturbances in infants in the Sei Langkai Public Health Center area.

Accination actively seeks to create/enhance a person's immunity to disease. Vaccination protects children from several immunisation-preventable diseases (VPDs). Some of the infectious diseases included in VPDs are tuberculosis, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, whooping cough, measles, polio, and meningitis. Vaccinated children will be protected from dangerous diseases that can cause injury or death. This study is included in analytical observational research, which does not conduct treatment on research subjects with the aim of providing a clearer picture of the problem in the subject. This type of research is a type of survey with a cross sectional design or where the data collection process is carried out at the same time between independent variables, namely factors that influence the provision of complete basic immunisation in infants. Based on the table, it can be seen that the majority of mothers have a high school education as many as 30 people, the majority of mothers who work as housewives as many as 46 people, the majority of mothers have less knowledge as many as 52 people, the majority of mothers with incomplete basic immunisation as many as 56 people.

One reason for the lack of information regarding the economic costs of disability or death and the benefits of immunisation when children in the vicinity are not fully immunised is the discovery of signatures. Many people are confused by the terms vaccination and immunisation. Immunisation is given to neonates as soon as possible because it can avoid primary diseases through vaccination. If the baby receives the right vaccination, he will be protected from dangerous diseases such as disabilities. Basic immunisation of infants and toddlers is a routine immunisation programme as well as an additional immunisation programme to prevent communicable diseases (PD3I) such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, hepatitis B, and measles to reduce morbidity, mortality and disability in infants and children. BCG once, DPT-HB three times, Polio four times, HB Uniject once, and measles once are the basic vaccines. These vaccines must be given to all infants to prevent diseases from entering the body. The method used was analytical survey research. Exploration of how and why this phenomenon occurs is the goal of the analytical survey research approach.

Crohn's disease is a chronic inflammatory condition of the gastrointestinal tract that is often accompanied by psychological disorders such as depression. This study aims to analyze the impact of depression on the effectiveness of Crohn's disease treatment through a systematic review and meta-analysis. A literature search was conducted across electronic databases, including PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science, for studies published in the last five years. Of the 1,247 articles identified, 28 studies met the inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis results indicate that Crohn's disease patients with depression have a lower remission rate (OR = 0.65, 95% CI: 0.54-0.78) and a higher relapse rate (HR = 1.58, 95% CI: 1.32-1.89) compared to patients without depression. Additionally, subgroup analysis reveals that the negative effects of depression are more pronounced in patients receiving biological therapy. These findings underscore the importance of a holistic approach in the management of Crohn's disease, considering the psychological aspects of patients to optimize treatment outcomes.

Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic condition in which blood vessel walls experience increased blood pressure, requiring a faster heart rate to pump blood throughout the body. The presence of hypertension influences changes in the results of mean arterial pressure, if the mean arterial pressure is more than 100 mmHg it can cause cerebral circulation disorders resulting in cerebral vascular resistance in hypertensive patients. One non-pharmacological effort to overcome and reduce MAP can be done by providing foot massage therapy. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design approach. The instruments used by researchers were a digital spygmomanometer and observation sheet. Results: Descriptive statistical results showed that the average MAP value before giving a foot massage was 112.49 mmHg and the average MAP after giving a foot massage was 108.43 mmHg. Conclusion: The results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test, a non-parametric statistical test, obtained a p value of 0.000 (? = 0.05). So that p < a, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is approved, this shows that foot massage therapy can influence the results of mean arterial pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in the Kalijati Health Center working area. This research is expected to provide initial information by carrying out foot massage therapy 6 times in 6 consecutive days as an effort to control hypertension and reduce mean arterial pressure (MAP) results.

A clot or bleeding in the brain causes a stroke or a cerebral vascular disease that damages the nervous system. Patients suffering from strokes may have physical, mental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities that impede their interaction with the environment and prevent them from performing daily activities and quality of life. This research determines the correlation between the disability level and the quality of life of patients suffering from stroke treated at the Kedungmundu Public Healt Care. The quatitative research applied a cross sectional approach and collected the samples from 67 respondents using proposive sampling. The applied measuring tools were mRS and SSQOL. The Spearmen Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0,000. The result accepts Ha, indicating a significant  correlation between  the disability level and the quality of life of the post-stroke patient with a value of r = -0,542. The value indicates a moderate and negative correlation between the level of disability and the life quality of post-stroke patients. The research result suggest the implementation of the intervention to lower the disability level because it influences post-stroke patients with low quality life.

Lung cancer is all malignant diseases in the lungs. In Indonesia in 2020, it was ranked third with 34,783 cases. The nutritional problem faced by lung cancer patients is the difficulty of receiving food. As a result of the presence of cancer in the body and the effects of treatment therapy, cancer patients experience various nutritional problems that if not overcome immediately can worsen their health conditions. Experts state that cancer patients need nutritional screening to detect nutritional disorders, as well as weight loss (BB) and body mass index (BMI) since the patient is diagnosed with cancer. Balanced nutrition can inhibit the likelihood of further weight loss and infection. Although the cure rate of cancer patients is still very low, with the right nutritional therapy and a supportive environment, it is hoped that it can support the success of lung cancer patient therapy.
