Radiation protection is an action to reduce the impact of radiation arising from radiation exposure. Radiation sign lights are one of the requirements of x-ray aircraft facilities for radiation safety in hospitals intended for officers and the surrounding community in the radiology installation area. After the radiation indicator light is bright red and the door of the radiology examination room is closed, the patient's family is not allowed to enter so as not to be exposed to radiation or scattered radiation which has a very dangerous impact on health. The type of research used is a type of quantitative research using a descriptive method. This method aims to create an objective picture or descriptive description of a situation using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data as well as its appearance and results. The majority of respondents in this study were between 26 and 45 years old. The majority of respondents (78%) do not know about Indicator lights in the radiology room. Only (16%) or 8 respondents knew enough about the topic, and (6%) or 3 respondents knew it well. Based on the results of the study on "The Level of Patient Family Knowledge Regarding Indicator Lights in the Radiology Room at Kertha Usada Buleleng Hospital", the following conclusions can be drawn: The majority of respondents showed a low level of knowledge related to indicator lights. Analysis of demographic characteristics such as age, education, and gender significantly affects their level of knowledge.

Introduction: Hypertension is a chronic condition in which blood vessel walls experience increased blood pressure, requiring a faster heart rate to pump blood throughout the body. The presence of hypertension influences changes in the results of mean arterial pressure, if the mean arterial pressure is more than 100 mmHg it can cause cerebral circulation disorders resulting in cerebral vascular resistance in hypertensive patients. One non-pharmacological effort to overcome and reduce MAP can be done by providing foot massage therapy. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a pre-experimental one group pre-post test design approach. The instruments used by researchers were a digital spygmomanometer and observation sheet. Results: Descriptive statistical results showed that the average MAP value before giving a foot massage was 112.49 mmHg and the average MAP after giving a foot massage was 108.43 mmHg. Conclusion: The results of the Wilcoxon sign rank test, a non-parametric statistical test, obtained a p value of 0.000 (? = 0.05). So that p < a, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is approved, this shows that foot massage therapy can influence the results of mean arterial pressure in elderly hypertensive patients in the Kalijati Health Center working area. This research is expected to provide initial information by carrying out foot massage therapy 6 times in 6 consecutive days as an effort to control hypertension and reduce mean arterial pressure (MAP) results.

A clot or bleeding in the brain causes a stroke or a cerebral vascular disease that damages the nervous system. Patients suffering from strokes may have physical, mental, sensory, and intellectual disabilities that impede their interaction with the environment and prevent them from performing daily activities and quality of life. This research determines the correlation between the disability level and the quality of life of patients suffering from stroke treated at the Kedungmundu Public Healt Care. The quatitative research applied a cross sectional approach and collected the samples from 67 respondents using proposive sampling. The applied measuring tools were mRS and SSQOL. The Spearmen Rank statistical test obtained a p-value of 0,000. The result accepts Ha, indicating a significant  correlation between  the disability level and the quality of life of the post-stroke patient with a value of r = -0,542. The value indicates a moderate and negative correlation between the level of disability and the life quality of post-stroke patients. The research result suggest the implementation of the intervention to lower the disability level because it influences post-stroke patients with low quality life.

Lung cancer is all malignant diseases in the lungs. In Indonesia in 2020, it was ranked third with 34,783 cases. The nutritional problem faced by lung cancer patients is the difficulty of receiving food. As a result of the presence of cancer in the body and the effects of treatment therapy, cancer patients experience various nutritional problems that if not overcome immediately can worsen their health conditions. Experts state that cancer patients need nutritional screening to detect nutritional disorders, as well as weight loss (BB) and body mass index (BMI) since the patient is diagnosed with cancer. Balanced nutrition can inhibit the likelihood of further weight loss and infection. Although the cure rate of cancer patients is still very low, with the right nutritional therapy and a supportive environment, it is hoped that it can support the success of lung cancer patient therapy.

Critical patients are patients who are in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) because they have lost consciousness, one of the reasons being respiratory failure. In patients with respiratory failure who have an ETT installed and connected to a mechanical ventilation device, there can be a buildup of phlegm/secretions in the bronchi and alveoli area so that the patient's airway can be disrupted, so an effective intervention is suction. In the suction process, hyperoxygenation can be carried out first to maintain oxygen saturation levels within normal limits. To overcome airway clearance in patients who experience ineffective airway clearance nursing problems and describe nursing care. The method used in this research is a case study that describes the nursing care of a patient who had an Endotraceal Tube (ETT) installed who experienced ineffective airway clearance. The results of the assessment of the three patients experienced problems with ineffective airway clearance and hyperoxygenation was carried out in the open suction process to maintain oxygen saturation values ??within normal limits. The results obtained showed changes in oxygen saturation before and after the open suction procedure. It is hoped that the provision of hyperoxygenation intervention in the open suction process can be carried out according to the SOP so that complications do not occur.
