Ice cubes are a food product that is often consumed by the community. Ice cubes are usually mixed in drinks to add freshness. Ice cubes are made from drinking water frozen at 0°C, although low temperatures can inhibit the growth of microorganism cells, ice cubes still have the possibility of containing contaminant microorganisms. Ice cubes that can cause diarrhea are ice cubes that contain pathogenic bacteria, one of which is Escherichia coli. Therefore it is necessary to check the quality of ice cubes microbiologically. This study aims to detect the presence of Escherichia coli in ice cubes sold by food stalls in the Liliba Village, Kupang. This type of research uses a descriptive method, where the population in this study is ice cubes which are sold in 10 different stalls in Liliba Kupang Village. The method used is Most Probable Number (MPN) with a variance of 5-1-1 followed by Gram staining and IMVIC test. From the results of the study, it can be found that ice cubes are sold in food stalls in Liliba Kupang Village, from 10 samples of ice cubes there is 1 sample that contains 10% Escherichia coli bacteria.

Symptoms of stemi can cause patients to feel more anxious, this anxiety can be overcome pharmacologically and nonpharmacologically. However, pharmacological therapy can cause various side effects. Therefore, nonpharmacological therapies can be recommended including progressive relaxation techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of progressive muscle relaxation therapy to anxiety using the HARS scale in stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. Pre-experimental research method with one group pre post test design, a sample of 4 people who met the sample criteria, the instrument used HARS (Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale) and the data analysis used was univariate analysis. The study findings are that progressive relaxation techniques carried out by researchers for 3 days can reduce the HARS score of the first patient from a score of 11 to 4, the second patient from a score of 12 to 6, the third patient from a score of 13 to 7 and the fourth patient from a score of 12 to 6, so that progressive muscle relaxation therapy can be applied in reducing anxiety of stemi patients in the CVCU Room of Prof. Aloei Saboe Hospital. The JKN Program is an effort to equalize the quality of health services for all Indonesians, with a wide range of health services and affordable contributions. The JKN program has many benefits, but there are still many participants who do not comply with the JKN program rules, for example, do not pay contributions on time. This study aims to determine the factors that can influence public compliance with the JKN program in each region of Indonesia. The method in this study uses a literature review design by collecting research sources in the form of valid articles. After several article sources have been collected, the researcher reviews the published article sources to produce a new analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors that influence the compliance of JKN participants in paying contributions are the level of knowledge, income level, and perceptions of health risks that are owned by each member of the community. The use of first-level health facilities can also affect participant compliance in seeking health services and social, economic, and cultural presence are also a number of external factors in JKN participant compliance.
