This study evaluates the impact of TATO, ROA, DER, stock returns, and firm size on company value (PBV) for 28 infrastructure companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2021–2023. The background to this research is the crucial role of the infrastructure sector amid government budget dynamics that affect corporate performance and investor perception. The results show that ROA, DER, and stock returns have a significant positive effect on company value. This indicates that high profitability, optimal debt management, and good stock returns send positive signals to the market. Conversely, TATO was found to have a significant negative effect, reflecting that inefficiencies in asset management can reduce investor confidence. Meanwhile, firm size had no significant impact on company value. This study recommends that investors use ROA, DER, and stock return as key indicators in decision-making. At the same time, companies are advised to optimise profitability and debt management to enhance their value in the eyes of investors.

Digital transformation has become a crucial requirement for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to enhance their competitiveness in the technological era. This study aims to examine the trends and challenges faced by MSMEs in the digitalization process through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. A total of 35 scholarly articles published within the last five years were analyzed using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The findings indicate that the digitalization trends among MSMEs encompass the adoption of cloud-based technologies, the use of social media for marketing, the utilization of e-commerce platforms, and the integration of digital financial systems. However, the main challenges identified include low digital literacy, limited infrastructure, relatively high implementation costs, resistance to change, and insufficient policy support. This study not only provides a comprehensive understanding of the current state of MSME digital transformation but also identifies research gaps that have been rarely discussed. Furthermore, it offers strategic directions for researchers, MSME practitioners, and policymakers to develop more targeted strategies in accelerating and expanding digital transformation within Indonesia’s MSME sector.

The management of State-Owned Goods (SOG) is a crucial aspect of asset management that requires an effective and efficient system. This study aims to analyze the optimization of the State Asset Management Information System (SIMAN) as a tool for managing SOG at the Office of State Treasury and Auction Service (KPKNL) Semarang. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this research evaluates the implementation of SIMAN in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of SOG management. The findings indicate that the implementation of SIMAN successfully integrates all aspects of SOG management into a comprehensive digital platform, accelerating the processes of inventory, recording, and reporting SOG. Furthermore, the system facilitates monitoring and auditing by providing real-time and accurate data. The improvement in coordination among units and the use of user feedback are key factors in the system's optimization. However, challenges related to human resource training and technological infrastructure support still require further attention. Overall, SIMAN has had a positive impact on organizational performance and has strengthened accountability and transparency in the management of SOG at KPKNL Semarang.

Technological advancements have had a significant impact on facilitating financial transactions, one of which is through the use of digital payment systems. ShopeePay, as one of the e-wallets that has rapidly grown in Indonesia, offers convenience in making cashless transactions. Although ShopeePay is becoming increasingly popular, several factors still influence the behavior of its use, particularly among Generation Z. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect ShopeePay usage behavior among Generation Z students at the Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta using the UTAUT model. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. This quantitative research uses primary data collected through an online questionnaire via a Google Form link. A total of 275 respondents are involved in the study. Data analysis is conducted using the Smart PLS application. The results of the study indicate that performance expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have affect use behavior, while effort expectancy does not have use behavior. This study emphasizes the importance of performance, social, and infrastructure support aspects in enhancing the acceptance of ShopeePay as a digital payment technology.

Abstract The objectives of this study were to identify the social strata/layers of the fish farming community in Samarinda City and to determine the strategy for aquaculture development in Samarinda City. Respondents in this study were selected using purposive sampling with a total of 26 respondents from fish farmers and 5 staff of the Fisheries Service. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative and SWOT analysis. The results of the study found that there are two social stratifications in the cultivation community in Samarinda City, namely middlemen/collecting traders and owner fish farmers. Positions as middlemen/collecting traders and fish farmers are status roles that are obtained because they are fought for through their own choices or efforts (achieved status). The top social layer is occupied by middlemen or collecting traders by looking at the level of wealth owned (ownership of vehicles, living conditions and ownership of luxury goods). The strategy that can be carried out for the development of aquaculture in Samarinda City is an aggressive strategy, namely optimizing technology and infrastructure to support the marketing of aquaculture products.

Transportation includes several things in relation to moving from one place to another such as road infrastructure, modes of transportation, to the management of its management. The existence of the terminal cannot be separated from the transportation component, especially the public transportation system. The existence of terminals is often accused of being the cause of congestion, this is due to incomplete planning for land use patterns, road network patterns, population distribution patterns, movement needs, operational systems and service levels that lead to a low level of terminal effectiveness. This study aims to determine the effect of the role of the department of transportation, infrastructure, and employee performance on the effectiveness of the Magersari type C terminal in Magelang City. Data was collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents, namely public transport drivers at the Magersari type C terminal. The method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The regression formulation in this study is as follows:Y = 2,048 + 0,314X1 + 0,198X2 + 0,258X3 + µ. The results of multiple linear regression showed that there was a partial positive effect on the role of the transportation agency on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 3.195 > ttable 1.99346), infrastructure to the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.598 > ttable 1.99346) and employee performance on the effectiveness of the terminal (tcount 2.882 > ttable 1.99346). The influence of the three research variables is very strong with the correlation coefficient of determination (Adjusted R2) = 0.538 which means that the variables of the role of the transportation service (X1), infrastructure (X2), and employee performance (X3) have an effect of 53.8% on the effectiveness of the terminal (Y ) and 46.2% (100% - 53.8%) influenced by variables outside this study.
