This study examines the application of management psychology approach as a strategy to improve the effectiveness of learning and performance of educators in Indonesia. Using descriptive-analytical qualitative methods, this study explores how factors such as work motivation, leadership, and stress management contribute to creating a conducive educational environment. Literature analysis and empirical findings reveal that increasing educator motivation through rewards, feedback-based evaluation, and the implementation of transformational and participatory leadership can significantly increase work enthusiasm and innovation in the learning process. In addition, balanced workload management and the provision of work welfare programs have been shown to help reduce stress levels and improve the psychological well-being of educators. The results of this study provide recommendations for educational institutions to integrate the principles of management psychology into human resource management policies in order to achieve continuous improvement in the quality of teaching and learning.

This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies implemented by the head of administration in improving the quality of administrative services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Laboratorium, Jambi City. Improving the quality of institutional administrative services aims to support the overall quality of the madrasah. Based on national education standards set by the Ministry of Education and Culture, good school quality must also be reflected in the aspect of administrative services. Therefore, the leadership role of the head of administration is very important in designing and implementing strategies that support the achievement of the institution's vision and goals. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach from an educational perspective. The main objectives of this study are to explore the process of strategic planning, implementation, strategy evaluation, and supporting and inhibiting factors in improving administrative services. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and verification, with data validity guaranteed through triangulation of sources, methods, and data. The results of the study indicate that the planning strategy used by the head of administration focuses on the principle of "the sooner the better," through friendly, innovative service, process simplification, service acceleration, and planning the use of ABK (Workload Analysis) guidelines. The strategy implementation is carried out in an integrated manner through regular meetings, active coordination with the head of the madrasah, the use of digital applications, and an effective work system. Evaluations are carried out daily by the head of the madrasah directly or online via WhatsApp, and using SWOT analysis to assess service progress. Supporting factors include staff training, open communication, and regular evaluations. Meanwhile, the main inhibiting factor is the shortage of administrative staff, which causes an excessive workload on the head of administration who also has teaching duties.

This research uses a qualitative approach aimed at describing how the emotional intelligence of school principals improves teacher personality competence, to find out how teacher personality competence is and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in improving teacher personality competence with the emotional intelligence of school principals at SMAN 11 Muaro Jambi. The research findings indicate that the principal’s ability to recognize, manage, and express emotions effectively can create a conducive environment for the development of teacher personality. By providing motivational support, leading with empathy, and setting an example in interacting with teachers, the principal plays a role as an agent of change that enhances interpersonal relationships and teacher professionalism. Teacher personality competence is reflected in aspects of integrity and responsibility, emotional maturity, interpersonal skills, and strong commitment to the teaching profession. The main supporting factors for the principal's emotional intelligence in enhancing teacher personality competence include a conducive school environment, professional training and development, good role modeling by the principal, and social support among teachers. Meanwhile, significant inhibiting factors include limited time and resources, as well as teacher stress and workload. A principal with high emotional intelligence can play an essential role in creating positive change that supports the development of teacher personality, even though various challenges must be addressed.
