In the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0, digital technology is developing rapidly. This has prompted the world of education to make major changes in learning methods, including in Islamic Religious Education (PAI). Until now, PAI has used outdated methods. These methods are inadequate to meet the needs of children who are accustomed to technology. Therefore, there is a need for technology integration in the learning process. This study aims to determine how to use E-Learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in PAI learning. This study also aims to determine the benefits, challenges, and strategies for implementing these technologies. This study used a qualitative approach with a literature review type. Data were obtained from various sources, such as books, scientific articles, journals, and relevant documents. The results show that the use of E-Learning, LMS, and AI can improve the quality of PAI learning. E-Learning makes learning easier and more flexible. LMS helps manage learning more systematically. AI helps make learning more personalized and tailored to students' needs. However, the implementation of these technologies still faces several challenges, such as limited infrastructure and low digital skills of teachers and students. Therefore, a strategy is needed to address these challenges. This strategy includes enhancing digital capabilities, strengthening technological infrastructure, developing innovative learning media, and monitoring the use of technology based on Islamic values. This will ensure optimal integration of technology into Islamic Religious Education learning.

In the digital era and the Industrial Revolution 4.0 towards Society 5.0, innovation becomes crucial, but many young people are still trapped in consuming information immediately without sufficient analytical skills. The absence of a culture of literacy and reading causes innovation that is only based on imitation. Reading includes observing nature, social phenomena, and the signs of God's power, which require reflective thinking. The history of Islamic civilization shows progress triggered by the spirit of "iqra'," which gave birth to famous scholars such as Ibn Sina and Al-Khawarizmi. In the current era of globalization and technological challenges, these values ​​are becoming increasingly crucial. Al-'Alaq 3 serves as an eternal call to develop critical thinking as a moral and spiritual responsibility, linking contemporary innovation with the ability to read critically. This article is intended to analyze QS. Al-'Alaq 3 as the basis of critical thinking in Islam, encourages scientific research and creative expression of gratitude. This study applies qualitative literature methods, which combine Islamic literature and contemporary critical thinking.

Graduates competitiveness is a major factor in determining their readiness to face the increasingly competitive world of work. Management psychology plays an important role in shaping the character, skills, and mentality needed by graduates to be able to adapt to the dynamics of the industry. Through a management psychology approach, such as strengthening leadership, increasing motivation, and managing stress and emotions, graduates can develop a professional and productive attitude. In addition, the application of psychological theory in human resource management allows for the development of soft skills that support work readiness, such as effective communication, teamwork, and problem solving. The application of management psychology in the world of education can be done through various strategies, such as coaching, mentoring, and the formation of an academic culture that is oriented towards self-development. With this approach, educational institutions can create a learning environment that encourages the growth of character and competency of graduates holistically. In addition, the synergy between education and the industrial world is also an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of graduates, where learning based on practice and direct experience can strengthen their readiness to face the challenges of the world of work.

Education plays an important role in the progress of a nation, the high number of Islamic communities in Indonesia, including in Deli Serdang Regency, can be ensured that Muslims in Indonesia have an important role in the progress of a nation. Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development, the reason is because the government has never placed education as the most important priority, there are still various education problems that have not been resolved, such as limited education funds. , shortage of teaching materials, low number of skilled teaching staff, and inadequate facilities. To advance the nation's education, development is needed both in terms of physical and learning methods. Therefore, one effective solution is to build a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education. The development of science requires society to choose between focusing on knowledge in the field of religion or academics in general. Often people dream of mastering balanced knowledge, but many schools only focus education on one scientific field and reduce the quota in other fields so that knowledge becomes unbalanced. Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School is designed to provide knowledge and comfort in the learning process, equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a more aesthetic building shape. This research aims to analyze the challenges and obstacles in developing the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education, and develop an inclusive and friendly solution environment. The focus is on meeting the needs of varying user abilities, while ensuring good accessibility and sustainability. In the design, building design innovations are also proposed to achieve this goal, taking into account aesthetics and Islamic values ​​in accordance with the function of the building. The methods used include mixed qualitative methods with observation, comparative studies, case studies, interviews and document analysis. The building which applies Islamic architectural concepts in the design of the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School will also consider Islamic aesthetics and values ​​in its application.

The point of the problem is that there are still restrictions everywhere, especially in education, educators and students cannot feel sufficient autonomy to determine the direction of policy in learning and teaching because they are still regulated by regulations which make the implementation and evaluation process plans carried out seem limited and tie. The concept of Freedom of Learning is an agreement in reconstructing the national education system, by reorganizing the education system in order to support the progress of change and progress of a nation that adapts to changing times.
