This study aims to analyze the concept of "loving for the sake of Allah" based on the Qur'an and Hadith and examine its application in social life, particularly within the campus environment of Zainul Hasan Islamic University, Genggong Probolinggo. The concept of loving for the sake of Allah is a spiritual value that underpins interpersonal relationships in Islam, emphasizing compassion, brotherhood, and selfless sincerity. Using a qualitative approach with field studies and documentation methods, the research involves students, lecturers, and campus administrators as subjects. The findings reveal that the values of loving for the sake of Allah are applied in various social activities on campus, such as religious programs, organizational collaboration, and community service. Qur'anic verses like Surah Ali Imran (3:31) and Hadiths on Islamic brotherhood serve as the primary references for understanding this concept. The implications show that implementing the value of loving for the sake of Allah fosters a harmonious campus atmosphere, strengthens Islamic brotherhood, and motivates students to contribute positively to the community. However, challenges in consistently applying this value arise, particularly due to external influences and a lack of deeper understanding. Therefore, strengthening religious programs and Islamic character development on campus is essential to ensure the sustainability of these values in social life.

The main issues identified include lack of student interest and motivation, difficulties in integrating religious values with pharmacy materials, limited time and lesson allocations, and insufficient facilities supporting religious activities. The research aims to discover appropriate strategies to address these issues and enhance the effectiveness of Islamic education in pharmacy campuses. The findings reveal several key strategies that can be implemented, including: establishing binding regulations, organizing meetings with off-campus religious lecturers, coordinating with student affairs departments, combining suitable learning methods, increasing worship practices, strengthening basic religious understanding, creating engaging religious activities, and habituating Quran reading before lectures. The study's conclusion emphasizes the importance of implementing these strategies comprehensively and sustainably, with support from the entire academic community, to produce a young generation excelling in academics and possessing noble character based on Islamic values.

Teacher competency is very important, so a teacher must have the ability to professionally improve the implementation of their duties in the field of education. This is useful for educating the nation's children. This feasibility study aims to formulate policies related to improving the quality of education which is focused on the conditions of adequate madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) teachers based on the professional competence possessed by each teacher. This research uses qualitative methods with cross sectional techniques to analyze data for each MI teacher based on academic qualifications according to the field of study they teach. The findings of this research show that there are still many MI teachers who do not have undergraduate academic qualifications as stipulated in Law No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers. The ratio between the number of elementary schools (SD) and MI (both private and public) in Tampan District is 5:1; or the number of elementary schools is 41 consisting of 31 state elementary schools and 10 private elementary schools, while the number of new MIs is 8, all of them have private status. It can be argued that public interest and the government's response to MI is still relatively low due, among other things, to the relative lack of competent teachers.
