The results of the research show that 1) Islamic boarding school management planning in improving the competency of students, namely starting from the planning, implementation and management evaluation stages which started from the beginning of the year activities to the end of year activities, namely teacher work meeting activities which included all the elements in MBI Amanatul The ummah of functionary teachers, security guards, sweepers and so on are involved. 2) Implementation of Islamic Boarding Schools in improving the competency of santri, there are daily programs, various extracurricular and organizational activities are handled seriously so that many santri graduates become leaders at universities (such as the President of BEM, head of UKM) and there are reminders of the 7 keys to success that are always upheld. 3) Obstacles and solutions in improving the competency of students, namely the presence of teachers and asatidz, not all of whom live in Islamic boarding schools or in the surrounding area. The solution provided by the institution is the existence of adequate transportation facilities to pick up and pick up teachers and their Asatidz.

This research aims to evaluate the influence of extracurricular activities on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan. Extrinsic motivation is often needed to encourage students who lack an internal drive to learn, especially at elementary school age, where play activities are often more interesting than learning. It is hoped that extracurricular activities can function as a source of additional motivation and improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 25.0. The research results show that the significance value of the t test for the extracurricular activity variable is 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05, and the calculated t of 1.848 is smaller than the t table of 2.052. Thus, the hypothesis that extracurricular activities influence learning motivation. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.112 indicates that only 11.2% of the variation in learning motivation can be explained by extracurricular activities, while the remainder (88.8%) is influenced by other factors outside this research. These findings indicate that although extracurricular activities are an important element, their influence on students' learning motivation at SMP Muhammadiyah 02 Medan is not significant.

The educational environment is needed in the educational process, because the educational environment functions as a supporting the teaching and learning process. A comfortable environment will support the implementation of the teaching and learning process well. Educational environment can be divided into family environment, school environment, and community environment society. By using the literature review method, this study examines relevant theoretical sources including the relevant theoretical sources including the Quran, hadith, and recent scientific works. recent scientific works. The results show that the family environment plays as the foundation of a child's education, instilling basic values and shaping character. The school environment serves to develop academic potential, social skills and further character building. While community environment provides a practical context for the application of the values and skills that have been acquired. This study concludes that the three environments have a significant and complementary influence in shaping children's education holistically. This research recommends the importance of synergy between family, school and community in creating an optimalan optimal educational environment for children's growth and development.

Education plays an important role in the progress of a nation, the high number of Islamic communities in Indonesia, including in Deli Serdang Regency, can be ensured that Muslims in Indonesia have an important role in the progress of a nation. Professor Toshiko Kinosita stated that Indonesia's human resources are still very weak to support industrial and economic development, the reason is because the government has never placed education as the most important priority, there are still various education problems that have not been resolved, such as limited education funds. , shortage of teaching materials, low number of skilled teaching staff, and inadequate facilities. To advance the nation's education, development is needed both in terms of physical and learning methods. Therefore, one effective solution is to build a Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education. The development of science requires society to choose between focusing on knowledge in the field of religion or academics in general. Often people dream of mastering balanced knowledge, but many schools only focus education on one scientific field and reduce the quota in other fields so that knowledge becomes unbalanced. Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School is designed to provide knowledge and comfort in the learning process, equipped with adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as a more aesthetic building shape. This research aims to analyze the challenges and obstacles in developing the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School based on General Education, and develop an inclusive and friendly solution environment. The focus is on meeting the needs of varying user abilities, while ensuring good accessibility and sustainability. In the design, building design innovations are also proposed to achieve this goal, taking into account aesthetics and Islamic values ​​in accordance with the function of the building. The methods used include mixed qualitative methods with observation, comparative studies, case studies, interviews and document analysis. The building which applies Islamic architectural concepts in the design of the Tahfidz Islamic Boarding School will also consider Islamic aesthetics and values ​​in its application.

Administration plays an important role in the success of a school, of course this must be supported by how the application of administrative functions is orderly and organized. This study aims to determine how the application of administrative functions in the Integrated School of Muhamadiyah 36 Medan. This research was conducted with a qualitative method in the form of a survey. The source of data to be obtained comes from the results of interviews and observations of teachers and administrative staff. The results of the research obtained state that Muhamdiyah 36 Medan Integrated Elementary School is an orderly and organized educational institution in accordance with the role of administrative functions to be achieved.

Technological progress is concrete evidence in life in the modern era. Its urgency has spread widely to various fields. One of them is social media. Social media is one source of information used by the wider community. Nowadays, social media is considered a necessity in life. It cannot be denied that the function of social media is used as a form of convenience in providing or obtaining information covering several aspects, especially in the religious field. Islam utilizes the existence of social media as a means of da'wah. to facilitate and expand regional coverage in accepting Islamic teachings. The research method used is a qualitative method with a library research approach based on previous research. The results of this research state that all ulama agree with the use of social media as a means of da'wah by paying attention to the ethics and norms of using social media. This is believed to be a form of spreading Islamic teachings so that the messages conveyed spread easily. The transition from time to time in conveying da'wah certainly uses different methods. It is hoped that social media will play a role as a means of developing the da'wah methods carried out from the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW until now. So that the urgency of preaching can be conveyed perfectly. From this research, it is hoped that all Muslims can use social media well as a means of da'wah to spread Islamic teachings to a wider scope so that we can apply its essence in everyday life.

Motivation is one of the factors that influences student success in the learning process. Students will get the desired results in learning if within them there is a desire to learn. Motivation can function as a driving force for achieving good results. Students will carry out an activity because there is motivation within them. Having high motivation in learning will achieve optimal results. To achieve optimal results, teachers must give maximum effort and attention to students, especially for students whose achievements are lagging behind other students, so that these students are more motivated in participating in teaching and learning process activities so that what they want can be achieved optimally so that achieve the desired goals, both in the field of education and other goals. Strategic Planning in organizations is the structured process of setting long-term goals and choosing the best strategies to achieve them, with the aim of improving organizational performance. Strategic planning is important because it covers various aspects in the long term, provides a basic framework for the organization's activities, and allows the achievement of desired performance.. The purpose of this study describes the role of strategic planning in improving organizational performance by using literature studies as a method of collecting data with libraries, reading and recording and processing research materials. Data collection techniques involve gathering information from written or printed sources, such as books, journals, articles, reports, and other documents. The results of this study concluded that strategic planning is identified as a comprehensive long-term plan, strategic planning is not just a static document, but an active guide in carrying out activities in accordance with organizational functions. Strategic planning is seen as an orderly and continuous process. This process includes anticipatory knowledge-based decision making, organizing activities to implement decisions, and measuring results through systematic feedback. For the purpose of strategic planning, which is the main element in building organizational performance, providing comprehensive guidance to achieve the vision, mission and goals of the organization.

This research aims to determine the impact of promotion and demotion mechanisms in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research used is interviews. The informant in this research was only one teacher. This research shows the mechanism of promotion and demotion in teacher career development at SMA Labschool Unesa 1. There are promotion and demotion indicators consisting of work performance, discipline, skills. Lastly, the demotion indicators consist of member incompetence, personal requests, and rationalization of numbers. The results of the discussion in this research are that in carrying out professional duties, teachers have the right to receive promotions in accordance with their duties and work performance, which includes promotion/increase in functional position. Furthermore, demotions are caused by the lack of performance of a teacher who is not good enough. Demoting a teacher does not happen directly, but there is a gradual evaluation, namely by evaluating several times with agreement with the other teachers. At SMA Labschool Unesa 1, there are no differences and there is a sense of family towards teachers who have just been demoted.

In the current era, many institutions compete to build an image. Public relations (public relations) or what is usually called public relations (PR), is something that is familiar to every educational institution and institution outside of education. Public relations is one of the strategies in forming an institution's image, both positive and negative. This type of research method uses library research or library research. The verses of the Koran themselves contain absolute and final truth as when the book was revealed, while the truth of the interpretation of the text of the Koran is relative, so that the meanings of these verses can continue to be reproduced and developed according to the development of civilization and human needs themselves. Using library research methods, this research seeks to examine the function and meaning of the verses constructed from the form (ṣigah) fi'il 'alā Wazni Af'ala in Surah Al Mukminun. Based on the research results, several things can be concluded, First; 59 words or 59 places were found, both of isim and fi'il types whose word structure came from wazan af'ala. Second ; Of the 59 words originating from the wazan af'ala structure in Surah Al Mu'minun, it was found that 0.53% (32 words) contained the Lī Al Ta'diyyah function. Of the remainder, 2 words contain the meaning function للدخول في الشّيء (entering into something), 8 words contain the function لوجود مااشْتَقَّ منه الفعلُ في الفاعل (appearance origin of fi'il in fā'il), the next 4 words contain the function للمُبالَغَة (exaggerating the meaning of fi'il ), 2 words contain the function لوِجْدانِ الشيءِ في صِفةٍ (find something in nature), 6 words contain the function للصَّيْرُورة (change into), 3 words contain the function للتَّعْريْ ض (show off), 1 word contains the function للحَيْنونَة (arriving time), and 1 word contains للسَّلْب (withdraw or remove) function.

Education is a conscious effort that is held to explore and develop human capabilities so that a transformation occurs, both in terms of knowledge, behavior, or norms that have been set. Islamic education is different from other education because its size does not only look good or bad. Islamic education must be based on the Koran, which in Islam functions as the main source of law. In addition, Islamic education must also be based on the hadith. The final achievement is that humans have skills in aspects of education that are in harmony with these two main sources of law. So, the final goal is not just to change behavior, or thinking power, but everything must be in tune with the guidance of the Koran and Hadith. Educational and teaching activities can achieve success if supported by good components. Among the main components is the method. That is the way that must be taken by a teacher in educating his soul so as to achieve goals that are in line with the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah. The use of appropriate methods will largely determine the outcome of the education and teaching process. Thus, educators must be skilled at choosing and using methods to match the material and teaching material. Not to forget, as educators need to pay attention to several principles in the use of methos,so that teaching methods will lead to successful teaching

Measurement, assessment and evaluation themselves have similarities, but in essence measurement, assessment and evaluation are quite different in terms of their application. In this article, we discuss the nature of evaluation (meaning measurement, assessment, evaluation; function & purpose of assessment, characteristics of educational assessment). The approach used is through a literature review, by collecting data from various scientific sources such as journals, scientific articles, books and other relevant information related to the topic. The data obtained was then analyzed qualitatively, and the results of the analysis were presented systematically and objectively by the author. It is concluded that measurement, assessment and evaluation have their respective roles in the world of education and are mutually binding, such as measurement in the world of education can be carried out with various tests which will later produce grades. From this score, the teacher will pay attention to whether the student should get additional help or not. And this is an evaluation in education.

This article aims to describe human nature from the perspective of Islamic educational philosophy in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of human nature. The main sources for this type of qualitative research, called library research, are books, journals and other scientific articles. The collected data was analyzed using content analysis to make it easier for the author to filter the main ideas from various existing sources and narrate them as the focus of the research. The results of this article's research: (1) The terms used to refer to humans in the Koran include al-Insan (refers to humans who have special qualities and potential), al-Basyar (refers to humans as living creatures), and al-Insan (calls humans who have privileges and humans who have potential), al-Basyar (calls humans as living creatures). -Nas (calls humans as social creatures): (2) Characters have different views but are essentially the same regarding the nature of humans, namely humans are creations whose potential is different from other creations of God: (3) Humans are called ahsan al-taqwin , which places humans in a strategic position as servants of Allah and Caliph of Allah. Therefore, humans should try to discover their true nature to realize how great a gift God has given in the form of potential so that humans can optimally carry out their functions in worship and serve Allah SWT.
