This journal discusses the archive storage and maintenance system at the Lirik District Office, Indragiri Hulu Regency, using qualitative methods. The results of the study indicate that the archive storage system at the Lirik District Office has implemented manual and digital storage. Physical archive storage is carried out manually by arranging it based on the principle of the origin of the archive and the type of media, taking into account the environmental conditions of the storage room (temperature and humidity). Physical archives are stored in fireproof cabinets and coded folders. Digital archives are stored via Google Drive. There are regulations set to maintain confidentiality, limit access, and maintain the cleanliness of the storage room. Archive maintenance efforts include: (1) Maintaining the storage room with air conditioning and ventilation. (2) Cleaning the storage room and archives regularly. (3) Separating damaged archives; (4) Using fireproof metal archive cabinets; (5) Arranging archives neatly and using camphor. Overall, the implementation of the archive storage and maintenance system at the Lirik District Office has met expectations, although not yet optimal. This study concludes that the archive maintenance efforts carried out are quite good in maintaining the physical condition and information of the archives, although there is still room for improvement and optimization of the system.

The Koran is one of the holy books that Allah revealed to humans. The purity of the Koran will always be preserved until the end of time. The maintenance of the purity of the Qur'an cannot be separated from the innovations created by the Rasyidin Khulafa'. This research aims to reveal the innovations and ideas of the Rasyidin khulafa' in maintaining the originality of the Koran. The results of the study show that the innovation of the Rasyidin khulafa' in maintaining the originality of the Qur'an was realized in the form of unification and codification of the Qur'an in one mushaf during the time of the caliph Abu Bakr, re-codification of the Qur'an, copying it into several manuscripts and Uniformizing the punctuation of the Qur'an during the time of Caliph Usman bin Affan and giving honors (lines) to the Qur'an during the time of Caliph Ali bin Abi Talib. It is hoped that this study can provide motivation to scholars and ulama in particular and Muslims in general to continue to innovate in Al-Qur'an studies so that Islamic teachings originating from the Al-Qur'an are felt to be relevant for all times and generations and can provide solutions. to the problems faced by the people.

Inventory of goods at MI is an important process to ensure smooth operations and learning. Administration of goods equipment or goods inventory in MI includes activities such as recording, coding and reporting goods inventory. This includes inventory items (such as tables, benches, whiteboards) and non-inventory items (such as markers, erasers, pencils). The inventory process aims to create goods administration, financial savings, and effective supervision of these goods. Inventory activities of educational facilities and infrastructure in schools include planning, procurement, distribution, use, maintenance and disposal of goods. Inventory recording of goods is carried out in various books, such as the goods inventory master book, goods inventory class book, non-inventory goods record book, quarterly report list, inventory item mutation, and annual recapitulation list. A computerized goods inventory system can help organizations increase efficiency and effectiveness of goods management. This system can help organizations save time and costs, increase productivity, and make better decisions regarding goods management.
