The purpose of this study is focused on answering the social problems of turuk bintul gastronomy in the dimension of Islamic education. A qualitative approach in the setting of library research is used to answer these problems. The results showed that etymologically the name turuk bintul looks dirty, meaning female genitals with lumps. However, the purpose of this name is not to emphasize this aspect, but rather to focus on delicious and savory foods. The dimension of Islamic education is the importance of thinking clearly in responding to everything around us. In Islam, the term clear-minded is synonymous with husnuzon, which means to think clearly and think well about things or other parties. By responding in this way, the effect of this action will be good as well. This research hopes to contribute to Islamic education related to positive thinking.

The lack of learning motivation of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darussalam students Regency towards PAI lessons causes their learning outcomes to be less than optimal. Low learning motivation, lack of commitment and responsibility as well as active participation of students in responding to learning are obstacles in achieving learning success. To overcome these problems, Islamic Religious Education Learning requires innovative strategies to motivate students to learn. One method that can be used is religious tourism, which combines learning with direct experience at historical and religious sites. This research is a literature study which aims to analyze efforts to increase student learning motivation in PAI learning through religious field trips. In this research, literature was searched and analyzed related to the concept of learning motivation, PAI learning and religious tourism work methods. The results of the literature study show that the religious field trip method can increase students' learning motivation through direct experience and enrich their understanding of Islamic teachings and spiritual values.

The Koran is one of the holy books that Allah revealed to humans. The purity of the Koran will always be preserved until the end of time. The maintenance of the purity of the Qur'an cannot be separated from the innovations created by the Rasyidin Khulafa'. One of the efforts to overcome teacher problems in learning is by educational supervision. Supervision is guidance in the form of guidance or guidance towards improving the educational situation in general and improving the quality of teaching and learning. Supervision is carried out by the Principal (supervisor) whose role is to supervise teaching and learning activities, teacher performance etc. The purpose of supervision is to develop better situations to train the learning process and improve the teaching profession.
