Universitas Maritim AMNI carried out community service activities at Tambak Lorok  to support the government of Semarang program. It is not only students/cadets and lecturers who carry out community service activities but also the surrounding community. They are very enthusiastic in participating in implementing various program activities carried out at Tambak Lorok  . The method of implementing this activity uses a direct socialization and training approach , observation, interviews and literature studies. Socialization and training materials on efforts to increase fishing yields to increase fishing family income. The observation was held in Tambak Lorok  . The data collection was carried out through interview methods and as a reference for implementing community service activities was using the literature study method. The success of these program was  indicated by improve the healthy lifestyles and increase the income of the Tambak Lorok  Community.

This empowerment was carried out bearing in mind that there are still many banana tree fronds that are not used and only become waste, therefore to overcome the large amount of banana frond waste in Marga Mulya Village. And to find out what the benefits of banana fronds are for processed products that are useful and have economic value, we make use of these banana fronds by making processed banana fronds chips that have high economic power by empowering housewives in Marga Mulya Village. This community empowerment is carried out every Saturday with four meetings. And it is hoped that the manufacture of banana chips which has been implemented in Marga Mulya Village can continue and help the economy of local residents.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a chronic disorder of the body's metabolism due to the hormone insulin in the body which cannot be used effectively in regulating blood sugar balance thereby increasing the concentration of sugar levels in the blood (hyperglycemia). The purpose of this study is to be able to understand diabetes mellitus and practice diabetic foot exercises in order to minimize tissue damage. Health education about diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot exercises can increase the knowledge of Karangjongkeng villagers to try their best to prevent more severe diabetes mellitus, namely tissue damage. Health education to residents can increase the knowledge and skills of diabetic foot exercises in preventing diabetes mellitus.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

Green tea (Camellia sinensis) is a plant known by the public as a drink that is quite economical and easy to obtain. Green tea contains polyphenol compounds that can lower cholesterol levels in the blood. Excessive cholesterol (Hypercholesterolemia) is a very feared threat because it is one of the causes of coronary heart disease and stroke. High cholesterol has become a common disease for the elderly, the increase in the number of elderly people must be followed by an increase in the degree of well-being, one of which is in the health sector. The rise of lifestyle and the effects of unhealthy eating behaviors have an impact on increasing cholesterol levels. The purpose of this activity is to reduce the rate of hypercholesterolonemia in the elderly through the use of the consumption of green tea brew on cholesterol levels in the elderly in Sumber Cirebon District. The method in this activity is to conduct counseling, observer of respondents and experiments by giving green tea brew then followed by checking cholesterol levels. The result of this activity is that green tea is able to lower cholesterol levels. The conclusion is that the infusion of green can provide benefits for the community, especially the elderly, in improving health and reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease.

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.

This community service aims to improve understanding and financial management skills among the managers of the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, South Tangerang. This socialization activity was carried out during October 2021. The objects of this activity were Islamic boarding school managers, including the Islamic boarding school head, treasurer and administrative staff. The activity methods used include training, workshops and focus group discussions. The training includes material on financial planning, budget management, bookkeeping and financial reporting. Interactive workshops provide opportunities for participants to apply the theory they have learned through case studies and practical simulations. Focus group discussions are used to identify specific problems faced in financial management in Islamic boarding schools and find joint solutions. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in financial management understanding and skills among participants. They are able to make better financial plans, manage budgets more efficiently, and carry out more transparent and accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting. The implication of this activity is the creation of a better financial management system at the Baitul Qurro Islamic Boarding School, which in turn will support operational sustainability and development of the Islamic boarding school. Apart from that, improving financial management skills is also expected to increase stakeholder accountability and trust in the management of Islamic boarding school funds.

Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

Desa Tambu merupakan salah satu desa yang ada di Kecamatan Sausu Kabupaten Parigi Moutong. Sasaran kegiatan PKM ini adalah masyarakat yang memiliki ternak sapi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan program PKM ini dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana yang terdiri dari mahasiswa dan dosen Universitas Sintuwu Maroso Poso. Metode dalam kegiatan PKM meliputi observasi, pelayanan kesehatan ternak dan evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan PKM menunjukan bahwa pengetahuan peserta PKM mengalami peningkatan. Secara rinci diuraikan bahwa 90% sangat mengetahui pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM, 82% sangat mengetahui tentang pemeliharaan kesehatan ternak sapi yang baik, dan 75% sangat mengetahui manfaat pemberian vitamin B kompleks pada ternak sapi.  

Kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) senantiasa harus ditingkatkan, guna menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat  di Era 4.0. Peningkatan komptensi dapat melalui hard skill maupun soft skill dan intergrasi di antara keduanya, hard skill dan soft skill. Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) pegawai PT. Bumida Kantor Pusat dan Kantor Cabang DKI Jakarta, baik pendidikan formal melalui peningkatan jenjang pendidikan ke Strata-1 atau Strata-2 dan non formal, berupa peningkatan kompetensi hard skill atau soft skill. Manfaat dari peningkatan kompetensi hard skill dan kompetensi soft skill sangat dibutuhkan dalam dunia kerja, karena kedua hal ini adalah saling melengkapi dan menyatukan kompetensi hard skill dan soft skill untuk keberlangsungan (survive) perusahaan dan kesuksesan seorang pegawai menjadi seorang professionalisme.  

Alat  Permainan  Edukatif  (APE)  diharapkan  agar  proses  pembelajaran menjadi menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga anak betah,tidak merasa bosan dan fokus dalam belajar. Walaupun telah diketahui bahwa Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) sangat menunjang bagi terlaksananya proses belajar yang efektif namun perlu mengkreatifitaskan lebih banyak variasi di sekolah dalam menggunakan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) secara maksimal dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan  minat  belajar  anak, pengabdi akan menerapkan suatu tindakan dalam bentuk penggunaan media Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) disiapkan oleh guru sesuai dengan kebutuhan pokok bahasan yang akan diajarkan pada anak dan didapat dengan mudah bisa gunakan bahan dari tersedia dibeli, barang bekas ataupun dalam bentuk kreatifitas lain yang bisa dibentuk, dibuat, digunakan dan dimanfaatkan terutama guru memiliki keahlian  keterampilan untuk hal tersebut perlu membekali diri dari sosialisai, pelatihan dan seminar  untuk belajar lagi dan memuntut hal baru dari ilmu pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil dari sosialisai tersebut adalah berjalan dengan lancar dan tercapainya salah satu cara pilihan  untuk  dapat  membantu  dan  saling memberikan kebermanfaatan bersama dalam kemajuan dibidang pendidikan anak usia TK terutama usia 5 sampai 6 tahun dalam memotivasi mereka selain guru, peserta didik juga pihak lain yang berkepentingan dalam memajukan dunia pendidikan agar anak anak yang merupakan bagian dari nantinya sebagai penerus bangsa merupakan anak anak yang cerdas selain kognitifnya, keterampilannya juga prilaku serta wawasan dan pengembangan dirinya yang dimiliki berguna dan bermanfaat kelak nantiya baik bagi dirinya orang lain lingkungan dan negara tentunya.  

Banyak UMKM yang ada di daerah sekitar kita masih menggunakan pencatatan pengeluaran usaha secara sederhana dan sejatinya belum mengerti bagaimana perhitungan dari harga pokok penjualan dan bagaimana caranya memanajemen resiko-resiko yang ada pada usaha yang dimiliki, Alasannya para pemilik usaha ini hanya tau dari banyaknya penjualan, yang penting untung dan masih ada modal untuk usaha lagi. Selain itu para pemilik UMKM ini terkadang hanya membuka usaha dengan modal nekat tanpa memperhatikan resiko resiko yang dihadapi dan cara mengatasinya. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertitiktolak pada pendampingan masyarakat pemilik UMKM yang ada di Desa Telogo Rejo Batanghari Lampung Timur, melalui Pendampingan Perhitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan Dan Manajemen Resiko mampu meningkatkan kualitas para pemilik UMKM agar dapat mengelola keuangannya dengan baik serta meningkatkan kualitas usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pendampingan perhitungan harga pokok penjualan dan manajemen resiko.    

Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus mengenai dampak ekonomi dari Pandemi Covid-19 terkait regulasi pemerintah berupa pembatasan aktivitas membuat banyak performa di berbagai sektor bisnis menurun, terutama bagi perusahaan besar atau korporasi. banyak pelaku UMKM yang kesulitan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan digitalisasi ini baik bagi “pemain” lama maupun yang baru terjun ke dunia wirausaha sejak pandemi Covid-19 ini. Proses pengabdian masyarakat meliputi kegiatan tahap FGD, tahap survey, tahap sosialisasi, tahap pelatihan, tahap pendampingan, dan tahap evaluasi. Terlebih di masa pandemi Covid-19 sekarang ini dimana dengan diberlakukannya pembatasan aktivitas fisik diluar rumah dan mengakibatkan banyak dari pendapatan yang dilakukan oleh bisnis secara konvensional menurun dan mendorong mereka untuk beralih tempat berjualan ke ranah dunia maya dikarenakan meningkatnya aktivitas pengguna media sosial. UMKM yang berada di Jakarta yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 8 Mei 2021 hingga sampai saat ini.   Kata Kunci:

Program Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan tahun ini berfokus mengenai industri sektor pertanian maupun perkebunan seringkali diarahkan untuk mendorong sektor industri lainnya untuk menyediakan bahan baku. Dan hal ini menjadi kelemahan dalam meningkatkan lapangan usaha industri yang seharusnya dapat lebih menguntungkan banyak pihak. Selain itu, penggunaan internet menjadi salah satu media yang tidak tertinggal dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan interaktif dengan target pasar dalam lapangan usaha sebuah industri. Kami berfokus pada usaha dalam mengoptimalkan hubungan antara sektor perkebunan dengan sektor industri agar bahan baku mentah hasil perkebunan dapat memiliki nilai tambah produk dan dapat menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang produktif. Berjalannya program ini, hasil yang telah tercapai sampai dengan 12 Juni 2021 yaitu, produksi 3 varian sambal (Sambal Bawang, Sambal Bajak, dan Chili Oil) yang di-packing dengan botol 150ml. Proses program ini dalam memproduksi sambal ‘Nyambel Neh’ sudah hampir mencapai tahap penjualan yang diharapkan mampu memberikan dampak dari segi ekonomi Padepokan Siti Dhumillah, Bogor.    

This community service project aims to enhance Sunday School teachers’ ability to use digital media as a tool for children’s faith formation in local churches. The rapid development of information technology requires churches to adapt their educational ministries, including children’s spiritual learning. The training was conducted at the Christian Evangelical Church in Timor (GMIT) Sion Noelbaki Congregation, involving 25 Sunday School teachers. The implementation methods included needs observation, interactive workshops, practical sessions on creating digital Bible content, and direct mentoring in using media such as spiritual videos, PowerPoint, and online platforms (YouTube, Canva, and WhatsApp Groups). Evaluation was carried out through pretest-posttest and participant satisfaction questionnaires. The results showed a 78% increase in teachers’ competence in using digital media after the training. Participants also demonstrated high enthusiasm and commitment to applying digital media in their children’s ministry. This activity had a positive impact on improving the quality of faith education, making Sunday School learning more engaging, contextual, and relevant to children’s lives in the digital era.

The expected goal of this community service is that UMKM are able to understand the basics and regulations of taxation on UMKM so that UMKM business actors are able to fulfill their tax obligations. On the basis of the problems that occur with partners, this PKM program needs to be carried out by providing socialization regarding the existence of PP No. 23 of 2018 for MSMEs that have a turnover of below Rp. 4.8 billion in a year with a 0.5% tariff and only valid for 7 (seven) years. for private person and 3 years for UMKM entities. The method used is discussion and lecture. The service activities carried out by the PKM Team with the lecture and discussion methods have been able to add insight, motivation and understanding about the UMKM Final PPh in the future. UMKM actors are also expected to be disciplined and timely in reporting and paying and in accordance with applicable standards. And also with the UMKM tax incentives during the Covid 19 Pandemic, UMKM actors are expected to be able to use these incentives.

In 2018, Basic Health Research (Riskesdas) data showed that the prevalence of wasting in children under five in Indonesia was 10.2%, while in the age group under two years (baduta) it was higher, namely 11.7%. Nutrition Status Monitoring Data for 2017 also shows that the prevalence of wasting in under-fives is higher, which is 12.8% when compared to the toddler group, which is 9.5% (Ministry of Health RI, 2018). Based on the WHO classification, wasting in the underdog group in Indonesia is categorized as a serious public health problem, with a prevalence in the range of 10-14%. Malnutrition that occurs in 1,000 HPK, besides being at risk of inhibiting physical growth (failure to thrive) and being susceptible to disease (metabolic disorders: DM. Hypertension, obesity), also inhibits cognitive development (motor cognitive impairment) which will affect the level of intelligence and productivity of children in the future.    

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kerajinan tenun Tembe Nggoli Masyarakat Bima Dompu di Kabupaten Mimika Provinsi Papua. Fokus masalah pada penelitian ini adalah proses pembuatan, motif dan warna, dan makna simbolik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptiff kualitatif. Data tersebut diperoleh dengan cara observasi, wawacara, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dan dibantu instrumen pendukung berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data data adalah triangulasi sumber. Tahapan analisis data penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Prosedur pembuatan tenun Tembe Nggoli (benang pakan dan benang lungsi). Proses pembuatan terdiri dari empat tahap: a) pembuatan pola, b) memasang benang lungsi pada alat tenun, c) membentuk moti pada tenun, dan d) finishing. 2) Motif dan warna yang diterapakan pada kerajinan kain tenun Tembe Nggoli Masyarakat Bima Dompu di Kabupaten Mimika Provinsi Papua adalah: a) Motif kain tenun Tembe Nggoli, 1) Nggusu Waru, 2) Gari atau garis, 3) Nggusu Upa, 4) Bunga Samobo. b) Warna yang digunakan tenun Tembe Nggoli Masyarakat Bima Dompu di Kabupaten Mimika Provinsi Papua yaitu kuning, merah, merah muda, biru, hijau, putih, dan hatam. 3) Makna simbolik kain tenun Tembe Nggoli, diantaranya: a) kain tenun Tembe Nggoli Nggusu Waru adalah delapan sifat yang harus dimiliki manusia yaitu berbudi pekert luhur, suka membantu, sopan, jujur, bekerja keras, dan mempunyai jiwa pemimpin. b) kain tenun Tembe Nggoli Gari atau garis adalah melambangkan sikap jujur dan tegas dalam melaksanakan tugas. c) kain tenun Tembe Nggoli Nggusu Upa adalah melambang empat sifat utama yaitu suka membantu, jujur, berhati mulia, dan bekerja keras. d) kain tenun Tembe Nggoli Bunga Samobo adalah memiliki akhlak mulia yang bermafaat bagi orang-orang sekitar.

The current state of the war against COVID-19 requires people to be active at home, keep their distance, wear masks and other healthy living habits. Almost all activities that we normally can do outside the home freely, such as school, work, play, lectures and others, have been restricted since the Covid-19 outbreak. On the other hand, of course, there are economic factors that make people continue to do activities outside the home. Seeing this situation, the acceleration of handling COVID-19 must be carried out thoroughly and involve all parties who take universities. In Ringintunggal village, residents work as farmers, usually growing rice, beans, soybeans, secondary crops, and others. But here there are also lots of crystal guavas owned by residents, so don't be surprised if we enter Ringintunggal village there will be lots of guava trees around people's homes, and there are several crystal guava gardens that are quite wide owned by residents. But with the abundance of guava fruit, it is not accompanied by the innovation of processed crystals. Therefore we saw that this was a problem in the village and we were moved to take action for the residents of Ringintunggal village by providing understanding and training on the potential assets owned by Ringintunggal village.

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a glucose tolerance disorder that was first discovered during pregnancy which had never been diagnosed with diabetes in the mother and then showed high glucose levels during pregnancy. Women with GDM almost never give complaints even though the incidence of GDM can be threatening and very dangerous because it can cause several complications during pregnancy, childbirth and after childbirth is also one of the causes in cases of maternal and infant mortality. Pregnancy accompanied by diabetes is also at risk of causing maternal death up to 4 times 2. One other prevention that can be done is more intensive counseling and counseling from officers to all pregnant women about the description of the incidence of DMG. This activity was carried out at the Tanralili Public Health Center with the method of individual counseling to pregnant women in turn with brochures distributed to each pregnant woman, after which they took blood/glucose checks while. This activity was attended by 2 lecturers and 2 midwifery students as well as 20 pregnant women. This community service provides good benefits, namely getting knowledge about Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and being able to know glucose levels in the blood as screening so that it can prevent and detect early complications that will occur.
