Pakpak Bharat Gambir Tea MSMEs are products extracted from the young leaves of the Gambir plant. Not many people know about Gambir tea and its benefits or functions. Gambir tea products can only be found in online marketplaces, such as Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada, Mbizmarket.co.id, and Indotrading, where Gambir tea producers are registered with the Pakpak Bharat Regency. One local exporter, Agro Lestari, sells "Gambier Leaf Tea" packaged in boxes with aluminum foil with 25 sachets. Offline sales in Pakpak Bharat Regency are still lacking, both in traditional markets, modern markets such as Indomaret, shops or stalls. Pakpak Bharat Gambir Tea, especially Gambir Sondel leaf tea, has been marketed to several regions in Indonesia, through wholesalers, trading partners and online resellers and social media such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, but the content does not provide an explanation of what Gambir tea is, its benefits or functions. The problem is:(1)What types of marketing strategies are effective? (2)How to design online and offline marketing? Objectives:(1)Help the process of understanding effective marketing strategies. (2)Help how to design online and offline marketing. The implementation of the lecture method is accompanied by questions and answers, demonstrations and practice. Gambir Pakpak Bharat tea UMKM carries out effective marketing strategies through market segmentation, targeted markets and fulfilled according to needs. The distribution system is through direct sales at outlets, delivery applications integrated with third-party applications such as GoFood or GrabFood, and online marketplaces as well as marketing communications using social media. and collaborating with local influencers

Creativity is a human potential that does not come from outside the individual. Data collection techniques carried out in the form of documentation and extracting information about innovative methods and utilization of used goods. The results of this service activity are based on observations that have been made in Aman Damai Village Hamlet 3 Sirapit District, namely some of the results show positive because the manufacturing process does not take much time, in making bookshelves from cardboard children show enthusiasm for the directions delivered by the service team, positive reactions shown by children to interest in making bookshelves where almost all participants are able to make and decorate bookshelves well, children follow the mechanism of making products and are quite good at working with the team and children's creativity develops quite well. With used goods can increase income and can help the family economy.

Betel leaves contain phenols that function as powerful antiseptics. Hand sanitizer (HS) is a product that can kill parasites on the hands and is easy to use. Therefore, in this event, education will be provided to the students of SMK Farmasi Surabaya regarding the benefits of betel leaves, followed by a training session on making hand sanitizers containing extract. The participant's level of understanding is evaluated by comparing the scores obtained before and after receiving information from the speaker. A questionnaire is given to allow participants to evaluate the overall conduct of the event, and they are invited to try the hand sanitizers prepared by the team. The results show that 76% of the participants achieved higher scores, 24% maintained the same scores, and none of the participants received lower scores compared to the pre-test. Overall, the participants expressed that the event was very beneficial.

Hyperemesis Gravidarum is vomiting that occurs until 20 weeks of gestation. Vomiting occurs so intense that everything that is eaten and drunk is vomited up, affecting the general condition of the mother. The management of mild hyperemesis gravidarum is very important, namely by giving ginger extract drink. Giving ginger drink for 1 week with the rule of drinking a third of a teaspoon of powdered ginger extract brewed using warm water and drunk three times per day. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of drinking ginger extract on mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum in pregnant women. This outreach method is by providing an explanation to the community before the intervention in the form of ginger extract drinks and after the experiment in the form of giving ginger extract drinks. The number of samples in this study were 15 respondents who were pregnant women with mild hyperemesis gravidarum in Manyampa Hamlet. The leaflets were used. Furthermore, From the results of this counseling, it is hoped that the general public, especially health workers, can socialize the use of ginger extract drinks for pregnant women with Mild Hyperemesis Gravidarum. The target of this counseling is to reduce nausea and vomiting in pregnant women, especially pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting in order to improve the quality and quality of services for pregnant women.

This community service is carried out to increase the literacy of housewives in using social media and to extract bijad information provided by social media, as well as provide training on how to use smartphones to housewives who do not know how to use smartphones. This service was attended by 38 participants and divided into three stages, the first of which was preparation, The second is the implementation and the third is evaluation, from the results of the service that has been done by housewives in Damungan Hamlet, Banjarejo Village, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency.
