Kyriad Hotel Arra Cepu is a star-rated hotel located in Blora Regency that plays an important role in supporting tourism activities, business travel, and the development of the local hospitality industry. Despite its strategic position, initial observations and discussions with hotel management revealed several challenges related to service quality, which has not yet fully aligned with current hospitality industry standards. These challenges include limited continuous staff training, inconsistencies between employee competencies and established standard operating procedures, and insufficient professional communication skills. In response, a community service program was developed in the form of competency-based training specifically tailored to the needs of Kyriad Hotel Arra Cepu. The program aims to enhance human resource quality through structured and intensive training aligned with the Indonesian National Work Competency Standards in the hospitality sector, covering Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage Products, and Food and Beverage Service. The training was implemented using a participatory and hands-on approach supported by ongoing coaching. Training materials included hotel hygiene and sanitation, excellent service practices, telephone operator etiquette, and basic English communication. This program provides direct benefits by improving employee competence, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, while also supporting the implementation of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and strengthening collaboration between academia and the hotel industry. The expected outcomes include improved staff skills, higher service quality, and a replicable training model for similar hotels.

Natural resource management in Paccellekang Village, which includes rice paddies, plantations, and teak trees, remains suboptimal despite its significant potential, particularly the abundant wood waste. This wood waste largely originates from agricultural activities, plantations, and small-scale wood processing. Currently, this waste is often simply burned or dumped, potentially polluting the environment and causing air pollution. However, if managed properly, wood waste can be transformed into high-value products that can provide financial benefits to the community. This community service activity aims to empower farmer groups through training in processing wood waste into marketable products such as charcoal, liquid smoke, and wood flour. These products not only have economic value but are also useful in various sectors, for example, liquid smoke as a natural preservative, charcoal as an environmentally friendly fuel, and wood flour as an industrial raw material. The program implementation method uses a structured approach that includes initial observations to identify potential partners and needs, outreach to provide a comprehensive understanding of the program's objectives, and training in wood waste processing technology. Furthermore, intensive mentoring and evaluation of implementation results are provided to ensure program sustainability. The results demonstrated that the farmer group members understood the concept of productive wood waste management and demonstrated high enthusiasm for developing innovative products. This program successfully improved the community's skills in utilizing local resources while reducing the negative impact of waste on the environment. Thus, this activity contributed to increasing community income and supporting sustainable economic development in Paccellekang Village.

This final project report aims to explain the application of a three-act structure in writing a feature video script entitled "Bamboo Melody: Reviving a Traditional Symphony." The three-act structure is used as a narrative approach that functions to raise the issue of the fading of the angklung's sound philosophy among Generation Z. Each act plays an important role in building a structured and easily understood storyline for the audience. The first act focuses on the introduction of the angklung's philosophical meaning. In this act, the audience is invited to understand more deeply about the cultural values contained in the angklung, especially through the perspective of angklung craftsmen who have a direct relationship with the creation of this traditional musical instrument. The explanations from the craftsmen provide an overview of how the angklung is not only a musical instrument, but also a symbol of a profound philosophy of life. The second act highlights the crisis of cultural regeneration, which is a major challenge in preserving traditions. In this act, the perspective of cultural experts is introduced to provide an analysis of how the younger generation, especially Generation Z, is increasingly alienated from traditional cultural values, including the angklung. Cultural experts explain various factors that cause the angklung and other cultural values to be less familiar to the younger generation, who are more accustomed to global popular culture. The third act demonstrates concrete efforts to preserve angklung culture through testimonies from young angklung players and performances at Saung Angklung Udjo. Through this performance, the audience sees how the angklung remains relevant and can be revived by involving a younger generation that is adaptable to developments in media and technology. The story's conclusion illustrates that cultural regeneration can be achieved through a creative approach and the active involvement of the younger generation, so that the angklung's sound philosophy becomes more than just a discourse but can also contribute to social harmony relevant to the current context.

This study aims to analyze the role of social media as a strategic force in the campaign of legislative candidates from the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDI Perjuangan) in the 2024 General Election. Amidst increasing internet penetration and social media usage in Indonesia, especially among the younger generation, social media has become a primary means of political communication. In this context, social media functions not only as a tool for disseminating information, but also as an interactive medium capable of shaping public perception, building political image, and significantly expanding campaign reach. This study uses a qualitative approach through literature review and content analysis of the social media accounts of several PDI Perjuangan legislative candidates, such as Ir. Bambang Wuryanto, Bagus Suryokusumo, and Muhammad Iqbal Adila. The results of the study indicate that strategic use of social media can increase political exposure and emotional closeness with constituents. Authentic, consistent content that emphasizes relevant political values has proven effective in attracting voter attention and building community engagement. Social media also allows legislative candidates to respond to current issues quickly and personally, and mobilize support more efficiently than conventional campaign methods. Thus, the findings of this study confirm that social media plays a very important role in modern political campaign strategies, and is one of the determining factors for success in legislative contests in the digital era.

This service presents the results of activities carried out at PT PLN (Persero) Aceh Distribution Unit, focusing on designing a web-based automatic certificate generation system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The main goal of the development of this system is to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the process of creating certificates that were previously done manually. Through the needs analysis, it was found that the current manual system resulted in delays and errors in the management of certificate data. The SDLC method was chosen to ensure that system development is carried out in a structured manner, from needs analysis to system maintenance.

The three-act structure is applied in the scriptwriting of the documentary film Tanah dan Waktu. This audiovisual work explores the issue of the existence of ceramic art in the current era. The purpose of its creation is to explain the application of the three-act structure in documentary scriptwriting: Act I (Set Up), Act II (Confrontation), and Act III (Resolution). The creation process includes Pre-Production, Production, and Post-Production stages, with a main focus on scriptwriting as it plays a crucial role in building a structured narrative through storyline development, interview design, and maintaining story continuity. The results show that Act I introduces the history of ceramic art and the initial perspectives of the interviewees, aiming to build basic understanding for the audience. Act II presents a deeper exploration of the issue through the views of artists and academics, highlighting the challenges of sustaining ceramic art today. Act III offers resolutions in the form of proposed solutions and hopes from the interviewees. In conclusion, applying the three-act structure helps build a strong narrative, effectively delivering the message about the current challenges faced by ceramic art.

This community service aims to enhance the visual creativity of early childhood children through collage art activities at MIN 2 Kota Palangka Raya. In the current digital era, children are often exposed to passive visual media, which can hinder the development of their active creativity. Through the collage art approach, students are given the freedom to create using various materials such as colored paper, origami, and glue, which stimulate fine motor skills and visual creativity. The research method used involved direct guidance in creating collages, followed by the presentation of material about collage art and the steps for creating it. The results of the community service show that collage activities can improve students' creativity, visual expression, and fine motor skills. Additionally, these activities can also boost students' self-confidence in expressing themselves freely and creatively. These findings suggest that collage art can serve as an effective medium in art education at the elementary school level and is highly beneficial for fostering children's creativity from an early age.

PHBS is all health behavior carried out with awarness so that family members help themselves in the field of health and play an active role in health activities in the community. But currently there are still many. who are attacked by disease, as a result of not implementing clean and healthy living habits in the household. The aim of the research is to determine the level of knowledge of the community regarding Clean and Healthy Living Behavior. This research is an analytical observational study with a cross-sectional design and was carried out by 5 students at RW08, Sirnagalih Village, Taman Sari District, bogor regency in 2024. The method was carried out in this community service is by means of counseling because in our opinion this method is very effective in being used as a tool for the community regarding clean and healthy living behavior. The development of the internet and technology is currently growing so that it provides many benefits but also negative impacts. For children who are still underage, the problem that is often encountered is the spread of fake news or more commonly known as hoaxes. This is the background of this PKM activity to contribute to the community, especially 7th grade students at SMP NU Palangka Raya. This PKM activity aims to teach critical listening and thinking skills to provide a better understanding of the existence of hoaxes, and train students to be more critical in filtering the information they receive. The activity was conducted for 7th grade students with 2 different classes at SMP NU Palangka Raya. This PKM method uses participatory observation. The results of the observation showed that classes 7-1 and 7-2 were active in this service activity. However, class 7-1 was more interactive than class 7-2. This activity makes a positive contribution in shaping a smarter and more critical young generation in the use of social media

In the current digital era, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) need digital tools to facilitate their business processes. Binong Subdistrict, as one of the subdistricts that has many MSMEs, faces challenges in encouraging technology adoption among MSME owners. To overcome this problem, the authors introduce BukuWarung, a digital financial platform, as a practical solution to optimize financial recording. The process involves training and mentoring structured in four steps: outreach, training and mentoring, and evaluation. The results show that MSMEs now better understand the important role of financial management and have successfully adopted BukuWarung for their financial recording needs. In conclusion, socialization and training on the use of the Buku Warung application in Binong Village succeeded in increasing the understanding and skills of MSMEs in utilizing digital technology to support their business.

The independent curriculum is the curriculum that is considered the most humanistic among the previous curricula. Therefore, the learning process must also undergo changes, by innovating each lesson. Based on this, it requires every educational institution to develop the potential of each human resource. Therefore, the aim of this community service is to facilitate early childhood educators throughout the world to develop their potential in making innovations in learning according to children's current needs. The final result of this PkM is that all educators in the early childhood education unit receive information or curriculum updates, and are able to innovate the independent curriculum in accordance with the culture of their respective school environments.

The aim of this MSME training program is that the aim of entrepreneurial training is not to direct people or SMEs to create new businesses, but to help SMEs to see business opportunities and new markets by looking at them from a different angle. This different angle is more directed at the need for new innovations from businesses that are currently being run and ensuring business continuity. This activity can increase sales and profits, expand target markets, deepen customer loyalty, and increase competitive advantage (Perwita, 2021). The benefits obtained from this activity are for participants to gain knowledge and product promotion. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. Apart from that, this activity also provides social learning for the implementing team, namely students. Students interpret the knowledge gained on campus by providing benefits to many people. Students also carry out downstream research and interpret knowledge for the progress of SMEs. Increased product orders from a wider target market will also be obtained. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). From the results of the service, it can be concluded that this MSME training was carried out so that Konveksi Aura consumers would increase and expand from various regions. This MSME training uses Instagram media which will be filled with content and product videos. This video content is in the form of product manufacturing procedures, types of products produced, and profiles, pachaking designs. The content video is published on the durian village Instagram account.

Utilization of financial technology as an effort to improve the quality of MSME financial reporting. Current developments in financial technology really help business actors in preparing financial reports per period. This convenience is expected to help business actors in presenting better financial reports. The general objective of this activity is to support MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) business actors to improve their ability to record transactions and be able to present financial reports easily so as to produce sustainable financial reports. The method is carried out by making direct visits, conducting observations, conducting questions and answers and providing demonstrations and briefings. The results of this activity provide MSME players with an understanding of how important it is to record financial reports every month. The advantage of making financial reports is that it will make it easier for the owner to control and evaluate his business. Financial technology is an alternative that business actors can use to make it easier to create and present financial reports on an ongoing basis.

In this study, researchers approached the study through theory and physics. Surabaya has established itself as a city of services and commerce. Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Currently Indonesia is in the industrial revolution 4.0 where technological changes affect living habits, ways of working and communicating with one another. In other words, this era is the main axis in life. The changes in this era also have an impact on the economic sector towards a digital economy. Visible changes are the convenience that people get in accessing online services such as ordering food through applications, shopping for necessities online, selling online to studying at home online. In Talang village, Nganjuk district, only 2 micro, small and medium enterprises that have been recorded have run their businesses using digital marketing. Therefore, KKNT 66 KKNT students have the goal of improving the micro, small and medium business sector by providing socialization as well as digital marketing assistance to micro, small and medium enterprises. So that it can make it easier for micro, small and medium enterprises in Talang village to expand the market and develop their business. After conducting outreach and assistance to micro, small and medium enterprises in Talang village, the result was an increase of 4 small and medium micro businesses that had registered their business in digital marketing. While the other 4 still haven't got it. There are several small and medium micro businesses that are not willing to register their business for digital marketing.

The internet has been a highly influential phenomenon in recent times, impacting technological advancements and various fields of knowledge. Internet development also directly affects the growth of websites. Initially, websites were not very popular due to limited services. However, they are now widely used and offer various services, such as news portals, email providers, and social media platforms. The use of computerized systems becomes more convenient when integrated with information systems based on websites, offering a user-friendly interface for data input and accuracy. In the current internet era, websites are essential for both government and private institutions, providing information to the public without constraints of distance and time. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

In the current digital era, MSMEs business competition is getting tougher in getting customers through digital marketing platforms. The best strategies and solutions are needed by MSMEs to gain market share by optimizing several search engine techniques. Digital marketing in the form of websites that rank well on Google search pages will get more potential visitors. The website must be capable of being featured on Google pages. One way to optimize a website is by using search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to get a good ranking on search engine pages. SEO techniques are needed to increase brand awareness and generate potential traffic for a company's services or products. In this study, the authors apply SEO to MSMEs engaged in florist business. This research is an implementative research with SEO Web Design Methodology method, which emphasizes the delivery of information precisely and quickly. The result of implementing the system development method carried out on the digital marketing platform software from Funcraft Florist is that the Funcraft.epizy.com website can appear on the initial ranking of Google pages after applying SEO techniques according to keywords.

This research discusses how to optimize marketing through social media at Sugarbelly_id SMEs. Currently Sugarbelly_id is facing fierce competition from other MSMEs selling similar products. This obstacle was factored in by the owner's lack of understanding of the latest business strategy developments which caused sugarbelly_id to have little engagement from target consumers and a brand image that had not yet been formed. So this study aims to provide an understanding regarding good Social Media Marketing strategies for sugarbelly_id SMEs and help optimize the use of social media and online platforms to build a more effective and attractive Brand Image and increase promotion using digital tools that guarantee increased engagement. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis which is collected through interviews with the owner, surveys through questionnaires and observations which then analyze the appropriate strategy. The results obtained are that Sugarbelly_id SMEs already have a good brand image and the number of followers on the Sugarbelly_id Instagram account has increased from before, which was 350 followers. In addition, the number of Profile Visits on the Sugarbelly Instagram account has also increased, reaching 1,801 visitors in the last 6 days.
