The community service program entitled “Implementation of Digital Technology through Mapping MSME Locations on Google Maps to Enhance Consumer Accessibility in the Bukit Lawang Tourism Area” aims to improve digital literacy and business visibility among local micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Bukit Lawang, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra. The program was carried out using a participatory approach through socialization, training, and technical assistance involving four local MSMEs, consisting of two wildlife-themed painting craftsmen, one culinary business, and one souvenir craftsman. The results show that all MSMEs were successfully registered and verified on Google Maps, leading to increased consumer accessibility and customer interaction through digital reviews. In addition to expanding market reach, this activity also fostered awareness and independence among business owners in managing their online business profiles. This program demonstrates that location mapping through Google Maps serves as a simple yet effective strategy to support MSME digital transformation and strengthen community-based creative economies in rural tourism areas.

This community service program focuses on enhancing digital literacy, documenting cultural traditions, and developing integrated promotional media through the EthnoGring platform in Tlemang Cultural Tourism Village, Lamongan. The activities were conducted in collaboration with the local tourism group, Pokdarwis “Bukit Inggil,” through stages of needs assessment, digital literacy training, cultural content production and curation, platform development, and monitoring and evaluation. The results indicate that digitalization strengthens community capacity to manage tourism promotion while simultaneously safeguarding cultural heritage in the face of modernization. Cultural outputs such as documentaries, photographs of traditional rituals, interview transcripts with cultural figures, and an e-book on the Nyanggring tradition serve not only as promotional tools but also as efforts to conserve collective community knowledge. The integration of these outputs into the EthnoGring platform, equipped with public service and tourism information features, highlights the strategic role of digital innovation in supporting sustainable tourism village development. Early impacts include broader exposure of Tlemang’s cultural heritage, the emergence of local economic initiatives, and the establishment of a more adaptive community organization. Although challenges remain, particularly in digital infrastructure, collective engagement and institutional support serve as key foundations for sustainability. Therefore, EthnoGring contributes not only to cultural preservation but also to strengthening the social, economic, and institutional dimensions of sustainable tourism.

Pemana Island, located north of Flores Island, is one of the islands in the administrative area of ​​Sikka Regency which has enormous marine tourism potential. Pemana Island is included in the Maumere Bay area as a Marine Nature Tourism Park Area (TWAL), which is included in 10 large islands (Pulau Besar, Pulau Koja, Pulau Pemana, Pulau Kambing, Pulau Sukun, Pulau Parumaan, Pulau Dambila, Pulau Pangabatang, Pulau Babi and Pulau Kondo. The Pemana Bahari Festival was initiated by the Village Government by involving various parties, one of which was by inviting academics represented by the Cristo Re Polytechnic Ecotourism Study Program. The Ecotourism Study Program was invited to participate in the festival activities, especially through the socialization of educational materials on the importance of protecting the environment and nature conservation in a sustainable manner (conservation) as well as Tourism Awareness and Sapta Pesona materials. The results of this service can be used as a reference for the future in protecting the environment and nature conservation in a sustainable manner (conservation) as well as Tourism Awareness and Sapta Pesona. Selo Village in Boyolali Regency is a center for dairy cattle farming and is also developing as a tourist village. However, most local residents still sell raw milk to middlemen without applying marketing strategies or product innovation. This community service activity aimed to provide education on the importance of dairy product marketing and to introduce innovative ideas based on local potential. The methods used included preliminary observation, open interviews, focus group discussions, interactive counseling, and evaluation through questionnaires and reflection. The activity involved 15 participants, including dairy farmers, homestay operators, café owners, and local youth. The results showed increased participant understanding of marketing strategies, tourism market opportunities, and the potential for milk processing. Most participants expressed interest in further training and began formulating product ideas such as yogurt, ice cream, and pasteurized milk. This program not only improved marketing literacy but also built motivation and collective awareness to develop independent businesses based on the village’s potential. Thus, the activity served as an initial step in promoting sustainable rural economic development.

Tourism has become one of the vital sectors in the economic development of a region. To ensure the sustainability and development of tourism destination products, effective assistance in basic tourism management is necessary. This study aims to describe the mentoring process and analyze its impact on the sustainability and development of tourism destination products. This community service focuses on assisting the management of tourism fundamentals, emphasizing managerial capacity building, strengthening community involvement, and developing sustainable tourism destination products. This assistance has successfully increased understanding and skills in basic tourism management among stakeholders. The involvement of local communities in tourism-related decision-making has also increased, ensuring active participation and shared responsibility in managing tourism destinations. Furthermore, this mentoring encourages innovation in the development of sustainable and competitive tourism products. Thus, assistance in basic tourism management not only has a positive impact on sustainability but also serves as a catalyst for the development of tourism destination products that provide significant added value to the local economy and community welfare. Practical implications and recommendations for policies are also discussed to strengthen efforts in developing sustainable tourism

Assistance in making a masterplan is carried out by MBKM Building Villages students located in Mekarsari Village which aims to assist the village government in developing and exploring the potential of Mekarsari Village as a tourist village. By becoming a tourist village, the village is expected to be able to become an independent village that can independently manage its economy. The method of preparing the masterplan was conducted by focus group discussion (FDG), discussing the problems and potentials of the village. It is expected that the final result of this masterplan preparation assistance can provide great benefits and contributions to the development and development of the village.

This activity was carried out at Padhepokan Panji Asmoro Bangun, an art center with panji masks as a typical culture of Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. This assistance is carried out by the Abdimas Team under the ADAI organization, via hybrid (offline and online). The purpose of this assistance is to provide assistance on how to calculate the selling price of tour packages using a cost approach. The mentoring methods used are lecture methods and training in the form of demonstrations. The results of the assistance show that there has been no determination of an appropriate and affordable selling price for the community. The selling price used so far is only an estimate and does not use calculations of the related cost elements. The advice is to pay attention to 5 (five) stages in determining the selling price of tour packages, including market research, identifying cost elements, calculating operational costs, determining profit margins, and calculating the selling price of tour packages.

A tourist area is a valuable asset for a region, which not only provides sustainable economic potential, but also reflects and promotes its rich cultural, natural and historical heritage. Along with developments over time, changes in tourist behavior patterns, and demands for more memorable tourist experiences, developing tourist areas has become very important. The Marimbunna tourist attraction is a tourist destination that offers typical Toraja cultural heritage, especially in the form of burial or funeral tourism. The aim of this tourist area development innovation program is to create tourism destinations that are sustainable, competitive and attractive for tourists. The methods used in this service are field observation, interviews with the community, identifying problems and determining work objectives. The results of the work program activities include comparative studies, improvements to facilities and infrastructure, site cleaning, and outreach about the importance of preserving cultural tourism objects.

Tourism villages have become a major concern in efforts to develop local economies and preserve culture in many regions. Tongkonan Karuaya is one of the tourist attractions in Lembang Tumbang Datu. Visitors can use this area to get to know the typical Toraja customs and culture. This article aims to analyze the development of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a potential tourist destination to support the local economy. The research method used is a qualitative approach by collecting data through interviews, field observations and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Karuaya tourist attraction has a variety of attractions and cultural heritage. However, challenges such as limited facilities, lack of promotion and the need for infrastructure improvements still need to be addressed. This research underlines the importance of collaboration between local communities and the private sector to optimize the potential of the Karuaya tourist attraction as a sustainable economic resource and utilizing technology such as social media can be an effective tool for introduce the Tongkonan Karuaya tourist attraction to a wide audience, increase its attractiveness, and improve.

Desa Banjarejo merupakan salah satu desa di Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki potensi alam yang bagus dengan tanah subur yang bisa ditanami berbagai macam sayur-sayuran, salah satunya adalah selada air. Namun pemanfaatan kekayaan alam tersebut belum maksimal sehingga masih memiliki nilai ekonomis yang rendah. Tim pelaksana kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dari Universitas Negeri Malang berkesempatan untuk melakukan pelatihan pengolahan selada air untuk meningkatkan nilai ekonomis dari sayuran tersebut. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat perekonomian kelompok tani melalui inisiatif pengolahan mie selada air sebagai strategi mendorong pengembangan desa wisata di desa Banjarejo kabupaten Malang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan, kegiatan ini melatih bagaimana kelompok petani di desa mengatur dan mengembangkan usaha pengolahan mie selada airnya, tidak hanya membantu meningkatkan pendapatan pribadi tetapi juga berkontribusi positif terhadap perekonomian Desa Banjarejo. Potensi dampak pengembangan komersial ini untuk meningkatkan daya tarik desa sebagai tujuan wisata juga dieksplorasi dalam kegiatan ini, memberikan pandangan komprehensif tentang potensi pemberdayaan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal. The strategy for developing Prince Benowo's tomb tourism in Wonosalam District, Jombang has become the focus of discussion. One strategy that stands out is the use of social media platforms such as YouTube and other platforms. In this context, interesting and informative video content, official YouTube channel, collaboration with local YouTubers or influencers, live streaming, and social media-based campaigns can be used to promote the tomb. In addition, other strategies include improving infrastructure, environmental management, providing adequate facilities and information, developing educational and cultural programs, as well as involving local communities and partnerships with related parties. Implementation of this strategy aims to create a good tourist experience, boost the local economy, and strengthen the cultural and historical identity of the village. Periodic evaluation and monitoring is required to ensure the successful implementation of the strategy and improvements where necessary. Thus, it is hoped that Prince Benowo's tomb tour will become an attractive, sustainable tourist destination, and provide benefits to the local community.

The method is carried out by providing socialization, offline discussions, and training, as well as digital materials. Make-up. Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are an important part of the Indonesian economy. This type of business is very stable, not affected by inflation, flexible, and not overly reliant on the macro-financial system. The role of digital marketing facilitates MSME actors' ability to provide information and interact directly with consumers, expand market share, raise awareness, and increase sales turnover. MSME actors in Ciung Wanara gain insight as well as depth of understanding into digital marketing as a result of this community service. They already have business Google accounts, Instagram accounts, and other accounts on social media to reach out to a larger viewer.

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan penopang perekonomian Indonesia untuk saat ini. Tetapi, kenyataan di lapangan UMKM sulit berkembang. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengelolaan keuangannya yang masih dicampuradukkan dengan keuangan pribadi para pelaku UMKM. Dalam kesempatan ini dilakukan penyuluhan tentang pengelolaan keuangan usaha dan praktik mencatat transaksi keuangan bagi UMKM di Kawasan Wisata Ciung Wanara dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan para pelaku UMKM dalam menjalankan dan mengembangkan kegiatan usahanya. Harapan akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para pelaku UMKM dapat mengembangkan usahanya yang pada akhirnya mampu menyerap tenaga kerja di sekitar mereka dan efek berikutnya akan mampu mengurangi angka pengangguran serta mengurangi angka kemiskinan
