Local food innovation is not only focused on product development but also requires effective communication strategies to build positive perceptions and enhance market competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the implementation of innovation communication strategies by micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in developing papaya-based chili chips as a flagship product in Nagori Karang Anyar, Gunung Maligas District, Simalungun Regency. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, focusing on the product innovation process, marketing communication patterns, and efforts to build product image amid competition in the local food industry. The findings indicate that innovation communication strategies play a crucial role in creating product differentiation through narratives of unique taste, utilization of local raw materials, and promotional strategies combining traditional methods and digital media. Papaya chili chips are positioned as a product that blends distinctive local flavors with a modern touch, attracting consumer interest and increasing the added value of papaya as a local commodity. This study emphasizes that the success of local food innovation depends not only on product quality but also on the ability of MSMEs to manage adaptive and persuasive communication strategies.

One of the local food potentials in the Woitombo Village area, Mowewe District, East Kolaka Regency is the sago plant. Opportunities for utilizing local sago food processing in this area are still lacking, while the potential for this processing can support food security and nutritious eating programs in the area. The lack of knowledge and skills of the local community is the cause of not utilizing the local food potential of sago. Based on this, the service team will provide training and assistance to women who are members of a Dasawisma group, with the aim of increasing women's capacity through processing local sago food in the area using the socialization, counseling and training stages in local sago food processing, which can support the sustainable development of sago plants in supporting food security and nutritious eating programs in the area. The result of this activity is that the women who took part in the activity gained knowledge and skills in processing local sago food, with a very enthusiastic attitude in the activity and at the end of the training activity were able to make and produce local sago food preparations, namely processing wet sago into sago flour and then processing the sago flour into sinonggi (a traditional specialty food) and sago plates (traditional cakes).

Sebagian besar Panti Asuhan di Indonesia memiliki kebun pribadi untuk dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan masakan internal Panti Asuhan dan masih melakukan perawatan dan pemeliharaan tanaman secara konvensional. Mikrokontroler arduino UNO dan sensor kelembaban tanah dinilai mampu membantu pekerjaan perawatan kebun dalam mengatur kadar air tanah. Oleh karena itu akan dilakukan pengabdian pada Panti Asuhan Al-Husna Kabupaten malang yang memiliki kebun sayur yang lumayan luas sehingga pengabdian ini bisa membantu perawatan. Pengabdian ini ditujukan untuk Mengetahui cara pemanfaatan mikrokontroler arduino dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan kebun cabai. Mengetahui pengaruh beberapa level kadar air yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai yang diatur secara presisi menggunakan mikrokontroler Arduino. Menentukan kadar air yang optimal pada pertumbuhan cabai. Diharapkan dari pengabdian ini bisa membantu kelayakan dan kualitas makanan pada Panti Asuhan Al-Husna Malang Kabupaten Malang.

In this study, researchers approached the study through theory and physics. Surabaya has established itself as a city of services and commerce. In addition, Surabaya is a business city where various events take place. As a shop, Surabaya is a one-stop shop. All activities take place here and all supporting facilities are available. Trading is the main activity in Surabaya. Geographically, Surabaya actually emerged as a commercial city. Since the colonial era, the kingdom of the Majapahit era, trade has become the main activity. Currently trading activities in Surabaya are not limited to regional and national needs. Surabaya has become a city of international trade. As a commercial city, Surabaya has several important pillars. These places become spaces for commercial activities. The modern market is the most important pillar of Surabaya's status as a commercial city. Attractive layout, comfortable atmosphere, and competitive prices are the hallmarks of a modern market that fits with the dense activity of city dwellers. Modern markets are scattered throughout the center and suburbs of Surabaya. The presence of many modern markets provides more choices for the community. This number will continue to grow as investment in Surabaya increases. Kampung Surabaya is a living space for Surabaya residents. Apart from houses, villages in Surabaya are also production centers. The village is now emerging as a small economic center. Each village has its own special food, pastries, jewelry, clothing and more. Due to the influence of the city government, these villages are now designated as leading villages and have the potential to strengthen the economy of the less fortunate.

This study examines the implementation of cheap rice distribution by PT. Jatim Grha Utama through the Food Barn Market Operation and its impact on people's food accessibility. Qualitative research methods are used by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show that PT. Jatim Grha Utama succeeded in carrying out the distribution of cheap rice effectively. A well-organized distribution strategy allows the company to reach the public with cheap rice through scattered distribution points. This research provides an understanding of the implementation of cheap rice distribution in increasing people's food accessibility and suppressing regional inflation. Food Storage Market Operation Program by PT. Jatim Grha Utama makes a positive contribution in achieving better food security.

In this research, in stabilizing the economy in an area in Surabaya and targeting market operating procedures, the Government and PT. Jatim Grha Utama also has a role in advancing the economy of the people of Surabaya. The government continues to push for price stabilization measures to reduce the prices of a number of foodstuffs which show an upward trend until the end of the year. As a concrete step to ease the burden on the community in meeting their basic food needs, the Coordinating Ministry for the Economy has taken several comprehensive and holistic steps to analyze and overcome the various problems mentioned above through policy and tactical steps. Domain in the form of market power. Apart from food prices, rising fertilizer prices are also a concern. The Coordinating Minister for Airlangga also conducted a review of a fertilizer kiosk to show the government's commitment to ensuring the availability of fertilizer for farmers and increasing agricultural productivity and competitiveness. In addition, the government's role in determining market prices directly is to set minimum price limits and maximum price limits. While the government's role in determining market prices indirectly is by imposing taxes on luxury goods and providing subsidies to producers. In this case, market traders also participate successively and contribute with the government in stabilizing food prices in the market, thereby creating and implementing an independent economy for the people of Surabaya and stabilizing food prices in Surabaya.

Pembudidayaan secara umum adalah suatu kegiatan yang mengembangkan dan memanfaatkan sumber daya nabati dan dilakukan oleh manusia dengan memanfaatkan modal, teknologi atau sumber daya lainnya supaya bisa menghasilkan produk barang yang mampu memenuhi kebutuhan manusia secara lebih baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan contoh kepada masyarakat unutk memanfaatkan lahan yang masih kosong untuk membudidayakan ikan lele pada kolam terpal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan Pada Lembang Bulian Massa’bu Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Pengenalan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pembudidayaan harus menggunakan strategi dan metode yang tepat, kreatif, dan menarik bagi masyarakat agar dapat meningkatkan dan memenuhi kebutuhan manusia akan pangan, terutama protein. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah masyarakat di Lembang Bulian Massa’bu. Adapun tujuan pemanfaatan pembudidayaan ikan lele ini, diharapkan agar dapat memberi perubahan dan peningkatan khususnya dalam bidang ekonomi bagi masyarakat di Lembang Bulian Massa’bu.

Pangan lokal merupakan pangan yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat sesuai dengan potensi daerah. Potensi setiap daerah berbeda-beda sehingga pangan lokal yang dihasilkan di tiap daerah berbeda pula. Pangan lokal tersebut masih terpinggirkan karena keterbatasan jenis olahan pangan yang bisa dikreasikan. Selain itu juga karena masyarakat sekarang terbiasa dengan fast food yang mudah untuk dinikmati. Kreasi pangan lokal sangat dibutuhkan supaya tingkat konsumsi pangan lokal meningkat. Bahan pangan lokal yang digunakan adalah bahan yang sudah dan bisa dibudidayakan di halaman rumah yaitu lidah buaya,  gembrot, kelor, singkong, telang dan katuk. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini, masyarakat bisa memanfaatan pangan lokal yang mereka budidayakan menjadi menu makanan keluarga. Kegiatan ini menyajikan 26 menu baik menu camilan, snack, minuman, dessert, maupun menu utama (main course). Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh warga dusun II, desa Purbayan, Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Dalam lomba ini, diambil 6 pemenang, masing-masing juara 1,2, 3 dan harapan 1, 2, 3. Pemenang lomba ini adalah menu Kue Putri Selendang Pelangi berbahan gembrot dan telang
