Vaccination can increase the body's immunity and fight infectious diseases. The level of health of the Indonesian people is decreasing due to the high infant mortality rate, and one effort to overcome this is with a vaccination program for babies and young children. But this program still faces a problem: opposition from parents. Some say that parents' reluctance to vaccinate is caused by people's misunderstanding about vaccines, lack of education, lack of knowledge about vaccines, and the distance between Posyandu Nilla A and Posyandu Nila B, some argue that it is the same whether they want to carry out immunization or not, they will still experience fever, some say the reason is related to religion. This intervention aims to provide education to mothers who do not have access to basic health services. The method used is a lecture method using booklet media which provides direct information to mothers of babies and young children through open interaction. The results of the intervention showed that 81.0% of mothers had good knowledge and 19.0% of mothers had poor knowledge. The conclusion from this intervention is that most mothers know about vaccinations for their children, and it is hoped that good knowledge can help support good vaccinations for their children

The largest organ in the human body, the epidermis, serves as the primary barrier against environmental factors that may arise from the outside. Xerosis cutis is a skin condition that causes dry skin. It's caused by a number of things, including the activity of sebaceous and sweat glands decreasing with age, which lowers the amount of water in the stratum corneum and causes moisture loss. This can lead to disturbances in daily activities and a decline in sleep quality. In France, mild to moderate-severe dry skin is prevalent at a rate of 55.65%, while its prevalence is 9%. At Hana Nursing Home, sixty people attended the geriatric population screening activity, with a mean age of 78 years. During this activity, the left hand demonstrated an average water and oil content of 36.6% and 16.4%, respectively. In contrast, the right hand displayed an average water and oil content of 33.7% and 15.1%, respectively. The aim of this activity is to enhance participants' understanding of the significance of maintaining an optimal level of hydration in their epidermis.

Bullying has long been a phenomenon haunting educational environments worldwide, with its impacts not only affecting the victims individually but also influencing the overall image of the school. Bullying can lead to a decline in academic achievement, loss of students' self-confidence, and even mental health disorders among victims. Additionally, bullies themselves may experience negative consequences, such as difficulty in forming healthy social relationships with others in the future. In recent years, awareness of the importance of addressing bullying has significantly increased. Schools, parents, and communities are becoming more aware of the actions needed to prevent and address bullying cases in schools. One approach that has been implemented is through the introduction of programs like the Roots Program. The Roots program is designed to promote values such as respect for others, openness, freedom of expression, trust, and safety within the school environment. By involving the entire school community, including students, teachers, staff, and parents, this program aims to create a positive school climate where bullying can be effectively addressed. This research aims to implement the Roots program with the involvement of change agents, with the hope of providing deeper insights into the effectiveness of this program in combating bullying in schools. A qualitative approach focusing on phenomenology is employed in this study. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan, North Sumatra. Data are obtained from primary sources consisting of research subjects, including the school principal, teachers, and members of the Change Agents. Subject selection for the research uses purposive sampling technique. So far the education system in Indonesia has not optimally implemented: classroom learning so it does not accommodate the needs of each student. It is proven that remedial learning is still in demand to increase skills outside of class hours. This condition is a serious enough problem that parents are looking for options to increase their children's abilities through tutoring. Schools in all educational units should be able to apply the concept of differential learning, namely learning that prioritizes the learning needs of age to face challenges. However, this does not mean that differentiation learning provides different treatment. In fact, every child is unique, has different styles, interests and abilities. The results of  the counseling at Kumon prove the speed of students in answering 100 questions in 5 minutes. On average, students complete their assignments. Then the child learns to the next level. If they cannot reach the time limit, students will be motivated to repeat it until they meet the minimum time limit. The mind mapping and Kumon methods have similarities

Infancy is a golden period as well as a critical period of growth and development, called the golden age because infancy is very short and cannot be repeated. Children's health problems are one of the main problems in the health sector currently occurring in Indonesia. The level of children's health reflects the health level of the nation. Based on these problems, children's health problems are prioritized in nation development planning (Roesli, 2016). The method used in this counseling is a participatory approach, namely approaching local community leaders to obtain permission and support in mobilizing mothers with babies to undergo baby spa (baby massage)..

Recently, people have been shocked by the high level of bad credit among Millennials. Based on the findings of the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) (Wibowo, 2024), the number of bad loans for more than 90 days in the peer-to-peer (P2P lending) financial technology industry, or what is known as loans for the individual category, has reached IDR 1,73 trillion as of May 2023. The problem is, the Millennial generation or those aged 19-34 years are the biggest "contributors" of bad credit. Various experts say that the Millennial generation is in debt due to the Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) phenomenon, aka following trends to feel like they are not "missing out". Some other experts think that their financial literacy is low.
