This research aims to examine the impact of using technology-based learning media on class X Software Engineering (RPL) students at SMKN 7 Serang City. In the ever-growing digital era, technology has become an important part of education, offering various forms of learning media that are more interactive and interesting. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the challenges and impacts of using technology-based learning media on student learning outcomes. Data collection techniques were carried out through literature studies, interviews and direct observation. The research results show that the use of technology-based learning media can improve the quality of learning and understanding of the material by students, as well as motivate them to be more active in learning. Media such as digital tutorials, e-learning, and simulations allow students to learn independently and gain practical skills relevant to the world of work. However, there are significant challenges, such as limited technological facilities and gaps in access between students who have devices and those who do not. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve technological facilities and equalize access for all students. This research contributes to understanding the role of technology in education, especially at SMKN 7 Serang City, as well as providing recommendations for maximizing the implementation of technology-based learning media in vocational education in Indonesia.

Responding to the problem of low critical thinking skills at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya, this research aims to determine the direct influence of learning independence and self-confidence on critical thinking skills, the indirect effect of learning independence and learning self-confidence on critical thinking skills with learning motivation as an intervening variable. This type of research is explanatory research and uses saturated sampling techniques. The population of this research includes all students in classes X and XI concentrating on Office Management skills at SMK Negeri 4 Surabaya with a total sample of 175 students. The questionnaire data collection technique was analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS software. The results of the research show that independent learning has a direct positive and significant effect on critical thinking skills. Self-confidence also has a direct positive and significant influence on critical thinking abilities.

Student's work readiness plays a vital role in navigating a job market that is progressively becoming more competitive. The study investigates the impact of industrial work practices, access to job market information, and parents’ social status on the job readiness of students majoring in Office Administration and Business Management (OTKP) at SMKN 2 Buduran for the academic year 2023/2024. A purposive sampling technique was used, and the number of students sampled in this study was 74, using a saturated sampling technique. The analytical framework employed a combination of Multiple Linear Regression Test, conducted with the aid of SPSS IBM 25 software. The findings reveal that industrial work practices and access to job market information demonstrably exert a statistically significant positive influence on job readiness, whereas parent’s social status does not appear to significantly impact on job readiness. Moreover, the analysis suggests that the interaction between industrial work practices, access to job market information, and parents’ social status also contribute positively on job readiness. The findings of this research are anticipated to offer a more comprehensive insight to stakeholders such as educational institutions, industries, and government, enabling them to develop education and training that are both more efficient and inclusive, better equipped to address the challenges of a rapidly evolving and competitive job market.

However, in reality, students' low literacy skills are exacerbated by the use of conventional media and the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) which is not yet optimal. This research aims to (1) analyze the validity of Aksaranesia.co as GLS media at SMPN 4 Yogyakarta City; (2) analyzing the compatibility of Aksaranesia.co as GLS media at SMPN 4 Yogyakarta City; and (3) analyzing the usability of Aksaranesia.co as GLS media at SMPN 4 Yogyakarta City. This research is Research and Development (R&D), with a waterfall model consisting of 5 stages, namely requirements and definition, system and software design, implementation and unit testing, integration and system testing, and operation and maintenance. The results of this R&D are: (1) Aksaranesia.co obtained a mean score of 3.30 on content validity, and 3.66 on construct validity, so it is very valid; (2) Compatibility testing on Android 10.0-13.0, as well as Google Developer tools shows that Aksaranesia.co is 100% compatible; and (3) Aksaranesia.co through usability testing with a percentage of 96.68% or very feasible. Aksaranesia.co is expected to provide implications in efforts to develop literacy media to support the 2030 SDGs.
