Technological development has brought significant changes to the world of education, notably through the implementation of digital learning systems. However, these changes have also significantly impacted students' mental health. This research aims to analyze various factors affecting students' mental health in the digital learning era and to identify their impacts. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology using various published journals. Analysis was conducted using Huber and Miles' interactive analysis model. The results reveal that high academic workload, lack of social interaction, technology dependence, inequitable learning access, and limited emotional support are the main factors affecting students' mental health. Common impacts include academic stress, anxiety, mild to severe depression, digital fatigue, and physical health disorders. Therefore, collaborative efforts from students, families, educational institutions, and government are needed to create a healthy digital learning system.

Children with hearing impairments face challenges in communication that can affect their social and educational development. Advances in technology have provided various innovative solutions to improve accessibility and independence of children with hearing impairments in communicating. This article discusses the role of technology in helping children with hearing impairments communicate, including hearing aids, cochlear implants, sign language interpreter applications, speech recognition technology, and digital-based learning media. With this technology, children with hearing impairments can interact more easily with their social environment, improve their communication skills, and obtain better educational opportunities.

Apart from that, this also shows that the principal's leadership plays a strategic role in determining the success of educational goals. This research uses literature research methods and data is obtained by analyzing various sources such as books, scientific journals, articles and other documents related to the research subject. The study shows that the leadership of the school principal is very important to support the implementation of Merdeka Belajar. As leaders, they are responsible for setting policies, creating an educational vision that is aligned with national goals, and optimizing existing resources to create a good learning environment. The Independent Learning Program, which was founded by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology Nadiem Makarim, aims to realize the Pancasila Student Profile by producing students with superior character. Religious values, global diversity, independence, creativity and critical thinking are part of this profile. The success of the Merdeka Belajar program really depends on school principals who are good at managing education policies at the school level. With good leadership, school principals can incorporate the principles of Independent Learning into the elementary school curriculum and make a real contribution to achieving educational goals.

The continuously evolving Merdeka Curriculum helps facilitate the integration of the latest information technology for students.

In the field of education, the Educational Management Information System (EMIS) is very necessary as Indonesia has entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, thus requiring the management of school information related to payments, activity status, attendance, and new student admissions. The Kampus Mengajar Program is an initiative by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of Indonesia aimed at improving the quality of education in elementary schools, particularly in literacy and numeracy. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this program at SDN 5 Kalibarumanis through a creative learning approach. Implemented programs include Puzzle Mame (Metaphor Majas), TTS Listening to Stories, and the Making of 3D Shape Nets. The results show that this creative approach successfully increased students' interest, motivation, and literacy and numeracy skills. Collaboration with class teachers also positively contributed to the program's success. Based on these findings, it is recommended that this creative learning approach be further developed and implemented in other schools to enhance overall educational quality.

Motivation in language learning is a critical factor influencing proficiency and engagement. Utilizing semi-structured interviews and participant observation, this research explores how the app influences students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation levels. Findings reveal that DuoLingo positively impacts motivation through its interactive features and gamified learning approach, fostering a more engaging and enjoyable learning environment. Educational implications and recommendations for integrating such technology into language classrooms are discussed.

Neurolinguistic approaches, which integrate techniques such as task-based learning and the use of educational technology, have proven effective in enhancing language learning outcomes. Literature analysis indicates that learning techniques involving various sensory modalities and educational technology can stimulate new neural pathways, strengthening language comprehension and memory. Studies focused on Arabic language learning highlight that traditional approaches are less effective compared to more interactive and communicative methods. The use of technology such as mobile applications and augmented reality provides a dynamic and engaging learning experience for students. Practical recommendations include developing more interactive curricula, utilizing educational technology, and training educators in neurolinguistic techniques. This research emphasizes the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to enhance the effectiveness of Arabic language learning, providing insights and strategies to optimize language learning through a better understanding of brain plasticity and neurolinguistics.
