A professional leader of an educational institution is someone who is able to provide direction, set goals to be achieved, provide solutions to every problem, make various decisions, planning and strategies. He is a great person in implementing concepts. He actively communicates, coordinates, supervises and conducts evaluations. The most important thing is that he motivates teachers and education personnel to become professional teachers and education personnel. He builds morale and a spirit of togetherness in the madrasah educational institution, teaches, trains, and gives advice. All of these hopes will be realized if a leader has the integrity to lead the madrasah educational institution to become an excellent and quality institution. Leader, which means "to lead" or "leader," is the root of the word "leadership," which indicates the act of taking control. "Leadership as the ability to influence a group towards achieving goals" is what Stephen P. Robbins said when asked about leadership. One definition of leadership is the capacity to inspire others to work together to achieve common goals. The development of school culture in order to achieve commitment in achieving the expected standards needs to be continuously carried out in a culture of quality. Therefore, the principal's leadership plays a key role in realizing a culture of quality in educational units.

This novel describes the lives of village communities are hit by social and political tensions after the incident G30S/PKI. Through the main character Srintil, a ronggeng who is trapped in stigma politics, this article analyzes how accusations of PKI affiliation affect social dynamics and culture in the village. The focus of this study is to understand how social elements, especially gender and the role of women in Batak custom, interact with greater political power, and how this is reflected in the novel's narrative structure. By using literary sociology theory, this research also discusses identity social and political aspects are formed through literary texts, as well as the implications of these accusations on the formation of morality and views of society at that time. Through analysis It is hoped that this article will contribute to the understanding of the relationship between literature, politics and social identity in Indonesia, especially in context post-1965 history.

The role of appraisal orientation and work performance appraisal systems in human resource management is very important to motivate employees and achieve company goals. This article uses a qualitative approach with case studies to explore employee performance and working conditions. The research results show that integration between appraisal orientation and a work performance appraisal system that is tailored to the company's needs can support organizational growth and increase employee motivation. Appraisals and work performance appraisal systems are recognized as effective tools in creating excellence for companies by directing the achievement of organizational goals and improving employee performance. In this context, this research highlights the importance of using relevant and transparent evaluation methods to ensure fairness in employee appraisals. Therefore, implementing good work performance appraisals also involves open communication between management and employees, as well as providing constructive feedback. Thus, this article emphasizes that job performance appraisal is not only an evaluation tool, but also a strategic instrument for building a work culture that supports employee growth and development as well as overall organizational success.

This research aims to describe the form of implementation of the Pancasila student profile at SMAN 2 Medan.The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The research results show that the Pancasila student profile values ​​have been implemented intensively, namely 1) The profile of faith, devotion to God Almighty and noble morals is realized through JUBAH (Juma'at Worship) activities which are carried out every Friday morning and carrying out congregational prayers. 2) The global diversity profile is implemented through discussion and study of various foreign cultures. 3) The mutual cooperation profile is realized through community service activities, group discussions, and the preparation of OSIS work programs. 4) An independent profile is realized through completing daily tasks, taking exams, as well as returning and fixing books in the library. 5) The creative profile is realized by encouraging students to create new things, carrying out activities to recycle waste into useful items in the P5 program. 6) Critical reasoning is carried out through activities to get students used to asking questions in class, discussing, giving arguments to the problems raised, criticizing and respecting differences of opinion. The results of this research can be used as a model in implementing the Pancasila student profile in high school.

The short story "At the Pantura Crossing" by Tantri Pranash published on Kompas.com on December 11 2011 is a short story that represents social reality in the region Pantura (North Coast of Java). Precisely in the Patokbeusi area which is a prostitution area, which contains the dynamics of relationships between characters, social conflicts, and the values upheld in the film local community. The aim of this research is to analyze the content of Tantri Pranash's short story "In Pantura Intersection” using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, Literary works are seen as a reflection of social life and cannot be separated from consideration elements of fiction and social aspects in social life. This means studying literary sociology the relationship between literary works and people in society, as well as social processes. Method The research used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. With using reading and note-taking techniques as data collection techniques. This study aims to explore an in-depth understanding of Kim Ji Young's personality in the film "Kim Ji Young, Born 1982" in the context of patriarchal culture using Sigmund Freud's psychoanalytic theory. The research method used is a qualitative method using note-taking technique. We used Sigmund Freud's theory, specifically concepts such as id, ego, and superego, to help us understand the inner conflict experienced by the main character. We also analyzed various events in the film that depict Kim Ji Young's experience as a woman in a society dominated by patriarchal values. The results of this study show that Kim Ji Young experiences complex internal conflicts while performing her role as a woman in a patriarchal culture. Freud's theory helps us understand how these conflicts arise and affect her personality. In addition, this study also emphasizes the important role of family environment, society, and childhood experiences in shaping Kim Ji Young's personality. This research has important implications in understanding the role of women in a patriarchal society and how psychoanalytic theory can be used to analyze characters in works of art such as films.
