This study is motivated by the importance of the relationship between reading and speaking skills in Arabic language learning. Reading, as a receptive skill, plays a significant role in enriching vocabulary, understanding language structures, and constructing meaning, which in turn affects speaking ability as a productive skill. At Baitul Hidayah Islamic Boarding School in Bandung, variations were observed in students’ abilities in reading Arabic texts and speaking Arabic, raising questions about the existence of a relationship between these two skills. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Arabic reading skills on Arabic speaking skills among fifth-grade students (Class V-A) in the 2024/2025 academic year. This research employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The subjects of the study consisted of all 28 students in Class V-A, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through reading skill tests and speaking skill tests, and subsequently analyzed using descriptive statistics and the Spearman rank correlation test. The results indicate a significant relationship with a strong level of correlation between Arabic reading skills and Arabic speaking skills. This is evidenced by the correlation coefficient (r-value) of 0.824, which is higher than the r-table value at a 5% significance level (0.374). It is recommended that the development of reading skills be more systematically integrated with speaking practice. Further research is suggested to involve a larger sample size and more diverse variables to strengthen the findings.

The background of this study is the low interest of students in speaking and the limited learning media that are interesting and in accordance with their age characteristics. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and speaking skills tests. The subjects in this research are fourth grade students of SDN Margasari 01 Balikpapan City. The results show that the use of digital comic media based on fable stories can increase students' courage in speaking, expand their vocabularies, and help students construct sentences more coherently and communicatively. Teachers and students also give positive responses to the media used because it is considered interesting, contextual, and in accordance with the learning needs. Thus, digital comic media based on fable stories can be an innovative alternative in learning Indonesian in elementary schools to improve the speaking skills of elementary school students.

Based on a literature review of scholarly journals and national books, it was found that students’ understanding of sentence structure remains low, affecting their writing and speaking skills. Teachers also face obstacles in developing effective and engaging teaching strategies. To address these issues, this article proposes several solutions, such as the use of communicative approaches, interactive learning media, and continuous professional development for teachers. It is hoped that with more contextual and practical methods, syntax learning can become more meaningful and enjoyable for students.

Pronouncing words correctly boosts confidence when speaking and facilitates the easy and clear expression of ideas. By assisting people in accurately identifying and reproducing sounds, it also improves listening skills. Correct pronunciation makes a big impression and can open up more options in both professional and academic settings. In the end, mastering pronunciation improves relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds, promoting improved communication and international interaction.

This study aims to analyze the errors in the use of the numerals "er" and "liang" by class VII students of SMP Wahidin in the academic year 2023/2024. This study uses a qualitative research method with elicitation and interview techniques to describe the types of errors and factors causing errors made by class VII students of SMP Wahidin in the academic year 2023/2024. The results of the data analysis prove that students still make many mistakes in using the numerals "er" and "liang". The types of errors made by class VII students of SMP Wahidin when using the numerals "er" and "liang" consist of 178 selection errors, 80 sequencing errors, 4 addition errors and 2 subtraction errors. While the factors causing errors consist of mother tongue interference as many as 12 people, lack of discussion of the material as many as 2 people, Mandarin language learning strategies as many as 2 people and teachers who are not serious in teaching as many as 8 people.

Before the program, students were hesitant to speak English, but after joining the program, they showed significant improvements in vocabulary and confidence. On average, students were able to mention 10 new vocabulary words related to cooking and participated more actively in discussions. Cooking activities create a fun learning atmosphere and support active language use. Interviews with students and teachers show that the program not only improves language skills, but also students' self-confidence and social skills. With the right teacher support, this program can continue to evolve to meet student needs.

Empirical studies reveal that anxiety among EFL students is influenced by variables such as communication anxiety, fear of receiving a poor grade, and low self-esteem.  during speaking activities. Speech anxiety among ESL/EFL learners can impact their oral communication skills negatively, leading to avoidance and withdrawal from speaking activities in the classroom. Language anxiety, specifically related to speaking, can hinder students' willingness to engage in foreign language acquisition and affect their speaking performance negatively .Research have indicated a connection between EFL students' oral communication anxiety and communication proficiency,highlighting the importance of addressing anxiety to enhance language proficiency.

This research used quantitative methods with pre-test, treatment, and post-test design approaches in the experimental class and control class. The population in this study were students of class X Madrasah Aliyah Al – Washliyah Tebing Tinggi. This study used sample of two classes, namely experimental class as many as 30 students from X IPA-1 and control class as many as 30 students from X IPS-2. This study used a lottery method with random sampling style to select the sample. The validity processing tool used IBM Statistics Version 29. The result of this study revealed that there was a significant of using Falou Application in improving students’ speaking skill. This can be seen from the increase in the result of test, namely a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.01 < 0.05 or t count (19.778) higher than t table (0.361). Based on the findings above, it can be concluded that the use of “Falou Application” has a significant effect on students’ speaking skill of Students in Madrasah Aliyah Al – Washliyah Tebing Tinggi.

Speech delay is a condition of delayed development of speaking abilities in children who are below the normal developmental stage for their age. The phenomenon of speech delay in Indonesian celebrity children is interesting to study from a psycholinguistic perspective. Psycholinguistics is a branch of science that studies the relationship between language and the mental processes involved in language use and provides an in-depth understanding of the causes and treatment of speech delay in celebrity children. This research aims to analyze cases of speech delay in children of Indonesian celebrities in a review of psycholinguistic studies. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data related to speech delay and language disorders in Indonesian celebrity children through YouTube video shows and through article reviews. The results of the analysis show that speech delay in Indonesian celebrity children can be caused by neurological problems, genetic and environmental factors. A psycholinguistic perspective helps understand the mental processes involved in the acquisition and use of language in celebrity children who experience speech delay. Some treatment recommendations that can be given include speech therapy, communication stimulation, as well as family and social environmental support that is conducive to the child's language development.
