Fifth grade elementary school teachers are able to determine their students' reading literacy abilities. The aim of the research is to narrate the fifth grade reading literacy skills from the perspective of the fifth grade elementary school teacher. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique used was interviews. The data analysis technique applied is descriptive qualitative data analysis to discuss research results and determine conclusions. There were 26 fifth grade students who were the subjects of the research. The research results showed that fifth grade students had good reading literacy skills in understanding various fiction and non-fiction texts, although there were three students with special needs who were still having difficulties. There are 26 out of 26 students who regularly borrow and read various books in the library every Friday. Morning literacy and literacy activities every Friday after gymnastics make students' literacy skills better. There were also 23 out of 26 students who were able to understand the content of reading fairy tales, short stories, explanatory texts, math story problems and thematic lesson material. This research can be applied for consideration by teachers in improving the reading literacy skills of fifth grade students.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using visual media, specifically flashcards, in enhancing the vocabulary of first-grade students at SDN Wonorejo 3 Surabaya. This topic was chosen due to the importance of vocabulary development in language learning and the need for innovative teaching methods. The research method involved a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design, collecting data through pretests and posttests on 30 students. The results showed a significant increase in students' vocabulary scores after using flashcards, with the average pretest score of 59.87 rising to 84.47 in the posttest. These findings confirm that flashcards are an effective learning medium for improving students' vocabulary. The conclusion of this study is that the use of visual media like flashcards can significantly enhance vocabulary comprehension, supporting the development of students' communication skills.

The role of appraisal orientation and work performance appraisal systems in human resource management is very important to motivate employees and achieve company goals. This article uses a qualitative approach with case studies to explore employee performance and working conditions. The research results show that integration between appraisal orientation and a work performance appraisal system that is tailored to the company's needs can support organizational growth and increase employee motivation. Appraisals and work performance appraisal systems are recognized as effective tools in creating excellence for companies by directing the achievement of organizational goals and improving employee performance. In this context, this research highlights the importance of using relevant and transparent evaluation methods to ensure fairness in employee appraisals. Therefore, implementing good work performance appraisals also involves open communication between management and employees, as well as providing constructive feedback. Thus, this article emphasizes that job performance appraisal is not only an evaluation tool, but also a strategic instrument for building a work culture that supports employee growth and development as well as overall organizational success.

The sample was two classes of 52 students, an experimental class XI IPS 2 taught using SAVI and a control class XI IPS 4 taught by a conventional model (Teacher Center). Each class consisted of two groups based on gender (male and female). The data were then analyzed using the ANOVA test. Before running the ANOVA test, we performed assumption tests, i.e., normality and homogeneity tests. Here are the results of this study:(1) SAVI is more effective than traditional models. (2) Female students have better writing skills than male students. (3) There is a correlation between teaching methods and students using SAVI in writing instruction. English teachers are therefore encouraged to use SAVI in writing classes. This method positively contributes to improving the student’s writing skills.

The problem in this research is whether the application of bibliotherapy techniques through individual counseling is effective for improving the self-concept of class VIII A students at SMPK St. Yoseph Noelbaki for the 2023/2024 academic year? The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of applying bibliotherapy techniques through individual counseling to improve the self-concept of class VIII students at ASMPK St. Yoseph Noelbaki for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive with pre-experimental design (one-group pretest-posttest design). The research instruments used were a self-concept questionnaire and guidelines for implementing bibliotherapy techniques. The t test formula is used by research when analyzing data. The analysis results show that the t_count value is 88.75, while the t_table value at the 5% significance level is 12.71 (t_count > t_(table)). This shows that the application of bibliotherapy techniques through individual counseling is effective for improving the self-concept of class VIII A students at SMPK St. Yoseph Noelbaki for the 2023/2024 academic year. Based on the results of this research, the researcher provides suggestions to: 1) The principal is expected to better coordinate and support the entire BK program so that it is implemented well in order to help students improve their self-concept. 2) Guidance and Guidance Teachers are expected to continuously provide individual counseling services using bibliotherapy techniques to improve students' self-concept. 3) Students are expected to actively participate in individual counseling using bibliotherapy techniques carried out by guidance and counseling teachers to improve students' self-concept.

Therefore, this research will utilize the Prezi application as a media with the aim of improving the learning outcomes in cultural arts learning. This research is a type of Classroom Action Research consisting of two cycles, and each cycle comprises four stages. The subjects of this study are students of class X AK 1 at SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar, totaling 32 people. Therefore, an effectiveness test of the periodic table of the ladder media was conducted to improve the learning outcomes of students at SMKN 1 BP BR on the topic of periodic table of elements. This research is a pre-experimental study aimed at assessing the effectiveness of media usage using data analysis techniques through pretest-posttest assessments. The population in this study is the students of class X TBSM SMKN 1 BP BR. The research instrument is a learning outcomes test consisting of 25 multiple-choice questions that have been pilot tested. The data analysis techniques used are the t-test to determine differences in learning outcomes and the N-Gain test to determine the improvement in students' understanding. The results of the study show that there are differences and improvements in students' learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the average posttest score of 86.67. The improvement in learning outcomes is also supported by hypothesis testing conducted with the t-test, obtaining a t-value (3.45) > t-table (1.21). Another supporting evidence is the average N-Gain test score of 0.75 with a high category. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the periodic table of the ladder media is effective in improving students' learning outcomes with a high category. This media is suitable for chemistry learning that is symbolic, as it will be more engaging and challenging through direct student involvement in the learning process.
