This study explores the importance of protecting the Geographical Indication (GI) of Lamsi Tobacco from Temanggung to safeguard its authenticity and maintain product quality, in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications. Lamsi Tobacco is known for its distinctive taste, aroma, and quality, which are influenced by the geographical conditions of Temanggung as well as traditional cultivation practices passed down through generations. However, without legal protection, the authenticity and reputation of this product risk being diminished due to counterfeiting or unauthorized use of its name. The research method employed is normative juridical, which focuses on library research or secondary data by viewing law as a set of written norms enacted by authorized institutions. To strengthen the analysis, this study is also supported by a socio-legal approach that combines legal studies with social sciences so that law is understood not only as written norms but also as a practice that lives within society. The findings indicate that Lamsi Tobacco meets the criteria for Geographical Indication as stipulated in Law No. 20 of 2016 Protection through Geographical Indications not only plays a role in preserving the authenticity and quality of the product but also generates positive economic and social impacts for the community, particularly farmers. Nevertheless, several obstacles remain, such as low legal awareness, administrative difficulties, and the absence of a strong managing institution. Therefore, coordination between the central government, local government, farmer associations, and the community is necessary to realize effective legal protection. Through the registration and protection of Geographical Indications, Lamsi Tobacco is expected to maintain its reputation, increase competitiveness in the market, and make a tangible contribution to the welfare of the Temanggung community as well as the preservation of local culture.

The execution of Mortgage Rights (Hak Tanggungan) represents legal certainty as regulated in Law Number 4 of 1996 concerning Mortgage Rights. Execution of the collateral object can be carried out through private sale, parate execution, or based on an executorial title. This mechanism reflects good faith and trust between the creditor and debtor in a lending agreement. In line with Sharia principles, the murabahah financing contract also allows for collateral (rahn tasjily), granting the creditor the authority to execute the collateral object if the debtor defaults. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Mortgage Rights execution in Sharia financing, specifically under the murabahah contract. The method used is normative juridical research with a descriptive approach, employing statutory and case study analysis, and based on literature and relevant regulations. The results indicate that land rights can serve as collateral under Mortgage Rights in Sharia financing. This is confirmed in the Supreme Court Decision Number 179K/Pdt/2017, which serves as jurisprudential precedent for Decision Number 3/Yur/2018, where the collateral is executed through a Deed of Granting Mortgage Rights. The position of the creditor in a murabahah contract is equivalent to that in conventional financing, as confirmed in the DSN-MUI Fatwa, thus the creditor retains the right to execute even if the debtor defaults before the due date.

This study aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of the Cilampunghilir Village Head in implementing village governance. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants were selected purposively, including the village head, village secretary, village officials, hamlet heads, and relevant community leaders. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model that included data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the village head's leadership style tends to be democratic and participatory. The village head emphasizes collective decision-making by prioritizing consensus through deliberation and encouraging citizen involvement in every step of governance. In decision-making, the village head strives to involve the wider community so that policy outcomes are well-received. In terms of motivation, the village head actively provides encouragement, rewards, and builds reciprocal cooperation with village officials and residents. He recognizes the importance of appreciation and trust in order to build a cooperative work environment. Furthermore, in communication, the village head is known for being open, accessible, and willing to listen to the aspirations of villagers. In terms of controlling subordinates, the village head provides clear direction, delegates tasks according to competence, and enforces discipline to ensure the smooth implementation of village programs. This indicates a leadership style that balances authority with empowerment. However, the study also identified several weaknesses, including a lack of representation of marginalized groups, low frequency of outreach activities, and unequal access to information. Therefore, it is recommended that deliberation forums be strengthened with a more inclusive approach, diversified outreach methods through the use of digital channels, and increased transparency be implemented to optimize village governance.

Understanding the methods used by the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) is important to be understood by the public in order to gain stronger confidence in the implementation of its fatwa. Of the various methods of determining law or ijtihad, one of the ones used by DSN-MUI is Istishab. The purpose of this study is to analyze the application of the Istishab ijtihad method in determining fatwas in DSN-MUI, especially fatwa on rahn tasjily and rahn emas. The research method used uses a Qualitative method with a normative juridical approach that uses secondary and analytical descriptive data as the data analysis technique used. The results of this study state that one of the legal sources used by DSN-MUI in formulating its fatwa is istishab. In general, in the application of istishab in its fatwa, DSN-MUI in most of its fatwas uses the rules derived from isitishab in the form of the law of origin of muamalat is permissible. However, there are two fatwas that clearly show the use of istishab in the issuance of fatwa, namely in Fatwa D about Rahn Emas and Rahn Tasjily. In both fatwas, the elements that become the harmony and conditions in the use of istishab as a legal evidence have been fulfilled, both of which are related to rahn in general that have taken place in the past, which then these postulates are used to determine the applicability of the rahn law in the present time which is used in the form of golden rahn and rahn tasjily. In addition, it also uses derivative rules from istihab itself in the form of the basic law of muamalat, which is permissible until there is evidence that supports it.

The phenomenon of the shifting role of wives in meeting family needs shows a change from the past, where in the past the wife was only tasked with taking care of housework and children, but along with the times, wives also take on the main role as breadwinners. This study uses a qualitative approach method to explore the role of wives as the main breadwinners in the family. The results of the study reveal that wives have an important role not only as economic supporters, but also as household managers. There are two main factors that encourage wives to take on this role, namely the husband's inability to meet family needs and the influence of an increasingly open social environment providing many employment opportunities for women. This study also emphasizes the importance of support from husbands and families so that wives can carry out dual roles well. The success of wives in carrying out both roles is highly dependent on the support available, including cooperation in the division of household tasks.

Domestic helpers (DWs) play a vital role in sustaining household life in urban areas, yet their legal position in the Indonesian labour system remains marginal and vulnerable, without adequate legal protection. This research aims to analyse juridically normatively the legal position of domestic workers within the framework of national labour law and identify regulatory gaps and structural barriers that hinder the protection of their basic rights. Using a literature study method and a normative juridical approach, this research examines legislation, legal doctrine, and recent scientific literature. The analysis shows that Law No. 13 Year 2003 does not recognise domestic workers as formal workers, and Permenaker No. 2 Year 2015 is non-binding, creating a legal vacuum that results in vulnerability to exploitation, discrimination, and human rights violations. The absence of special regulations such as the PPRT Bill and the non-ratification of ILO Convention No. 189 exacerbate structural injustice against domestic workers. This research concludes that the legal protection of domestic workers is very weak normatively and practically, so regulative reform is needed through the enactment of special laws and harmonisation of national laws with international human rights standards in order to create a fair, inclusive and social justice-based employment system.

In its implementation, various inhibiting factors are still encountered, namely the weak performance of the task force in the field, aspects of facilities and infrastructure such as the low reporting channels that are friendly and easily accessible to the public, and the budget which is still a real challenge in implementing the Saber Pungli Task Force function, especially in areas such as East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) which has geographical characteristics as an archipelago.
