Sanitation facilities are a fundamental element that contributes to creating a healthy, comfortable, and productive learning environment in higher education institutions. This study aims to describe the availability of sanitation facilities in the Office Administration Management Study Program, analyze the factors that influence their condition, and explore the perspectives of the academic community regarding their quality and usefulness. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through field observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The informants of this study consisted of students, lecturers, administrative staff, and facility managers. The findings reveal that sanitation facilities such as toilets, sinks, and trash bins remain inadequate in terms of quantity, physical condition, and distribution within the campus area. Several key challenges were identified, including limited financial resources, suboptimal management practices, low awareness and discipline among users, and the absence of clear and strict institutional policies related to sanitation standards. The academic community generally perceives that the available sanitation facilities do not meet the expected standards of comfort and hygiene, which may negatively affect the quality of learning experiences and academic activities. This study highlights the importance of strategic planning, adequate budget allocation, and supportive institutional policies in improving the quality of sanitation facilities. The implications of the study are expected to provide valuable input for higher education managers in formulating policies and planning facilities that are more responsive to the needs of the academic community, thereby supporting effective, professional, and sustainable educational governance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan: (1) proses pembentukan tim akreditasi sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik, (3) faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam persiapan akreditasi sekolah, (4) quality control dari proses pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik, (5) tindak lanjut persiapan akreditasi sekolah, dan (6) strategi keberhasilan dalam akreditasi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian di SD Islam As-salaf Tahfidzul Qur’an Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini (1) proses pembentukan tim melalui penunjukan ketua tim oleh kepala sekolah, (2) pelaksanaan pengisian instrumen akreditasi dan bukti fisik melalui menghadiri sosialisasi, melakukan checklist instrumen akreditasi, persiapan data akreditasi dan pemenuhan bukti fisik, (3) faktor penghambat yaitu belum adanya tenaga dibidang administrasi sekolah, keterbatasanya waktu, bukti fisik berupa dokumen yang letak nya tidak beraturan dan terkadang tidak adanya bukti berupa foto, fasilitas yang kurang memadai berupa printer, sedangkan faktor pendukung yaitu bantuan dan motivasi kepala sekolah, kerja sama antar tim, dan bantuan stakeholders sekolah (4) quality control melalui pengecekan dan rapat evaluasi, (5) tindak lanjut persiapan dengan membiasakan kelengkapan perangkat sekolah, membuat program sekolah, dan (6) strategi keberhasilan dalam akreditasi sekolah terdapat strategi untuk mendapatkan nilai A dan strategi supaya cepat selesai.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan A4 dalam upaya meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan di obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kawasan obyek wisata Pantai Sembilan dengan analisa deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis A4. Bentuk pengembangan produk wisata Pantai Sembilan dalam meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan yaitu: meningkatkan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan terutama kapal penyeberangan, meningkatkan kualitas komunikasi/internet sebagai penunjang fasilitas pelayanan, meningkatkan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata demi keselamatan pengunjung dan pengembangan daya tarik wisata lainnya di sekitar kawasan Pantai Sembilan, serta menambah jumlah cottage. Pengaruh pengembangan A4 yaitu: dengan standarisasi keamanan atraksi wisata membuat wisatawan merasa aman saat berkunjung, pengembangan daya tarik wisata dapat memberikan atraksi baru sehingga wisatawan tidak jenuh saat berkunjung, peningkatan kemudahan aksesibilitas dan standar keamanan pada kapal penyeberangan dapat meminimalisir ketakutan calon wisatawan akan resiko kecelakaan di laut, serta peningkatan kualitas internet dan keasrian cottage dapat membuat wisatawan nyaman untuk berkunjung dalam tenggat waktu yang lebih lama.

This study aims to: 1) describe the effect of skills on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency, 2) describe the influence of facilities on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency and 3) explain which variables dominant influence on employee performance at the Office of the Agency for Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Majene Regency. The research which was conducted from September to December 2021 at the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency of Majene Regency was a research with a quantitative approach. The population taken is all employees, totaling 50 people. Because the population does not exceed 100 people, so the sample from the study is the entire population. The research was analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that 1) skills had a significant effect on the performance of employees of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency, 2) facilities had a significant effect on the employee performance of the Majene Regency Civil Service and Human Resources Empowerment Agency and 3) More Dominant Facilities had a significant effect on Employee Performance of the Majene Regency Personnel and Human Resources Empowerment Agency.
