This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment on Employee Job Satisfaction at the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon observed in the field, where employee job satisfaction levels show frequent fluctuations. These fluctuations have the potential to impact not only individual productivity but also the overall quality of healthcare services provided to patients. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey technique as the primary data collection method. The population in this study includes employees of the Jimbun Medika Inpatient Primary Clinic, with data collected using structured questionnaires. The data were analyzed using statistical tools, including multiple linear regression analysis, to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The research findings indicate that Servant Leadership (X1), when tested partially, does not have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. In contrast, Work Motivation (X2) and Work Environment (X3) each show a positive and significant influence on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, when analyzed simultaneously, all three independent variables—Servant Leadership, Work Motivation, and Work Environment—have a significant combined effect on job satisfaction levels among employees at the clinic. These findings suggest that to improve employee satisfaction and ultimately enhance service quality, the management of Jimbun Medika should prioritize improving motivation and providing a supportive work environment, while also re-evaluating leadership strategies to better align with employee needs and expectations.

The research method used is quantitative with an associative approach. The sample in this study was 35 people who were civil servants. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, and data analysis included validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and f-tests. The results of the study indicate that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, career development and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. These findings indicate the importance of training, fair career opportunities, and an open and collaborative work culture in improving employee performance. Therefore, the Bima City Social Service is advised to continue improving career development and strengthening an organizational culture that supports performance. In addition, this study also highlights the importance of management's role in creating an environment that supports career development and a positive organizational culture. This study was conducted to examine the influence of ticket prices, facilities, and location on visitor satisfaction at Tirta Bening Swimming Pool. The approach used was quantitative with data collection through primary and secondary sources. The study population consisted of all visitors to Tirta Bening Swimming Pool. Data analysis techniques used included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that partially, the three variables—ticket prices, facilities, and location—influence visitor satisfaction, as indicated by the t-test results. Meanwhile, based on the F-test, all three simultaneously also have a significant influence on the level of visitor satisfaction. More specifically, the facility variable has a dominant influence on visitor satisfaction. This indicates that comfort, cleanliness, completeness of facilities, and the quality of service provided by the management significantly influence visitors' perceptions of their experience at the swimming pool. Affordable ticket prices are also a major attraction, especially for families and student groups seeking cost-effective recreational alternatives. Meanwhile, the strategic and easily accessible location is also an added value, especially for visitors from the surrounding area. The implications of these findings are the importance of regularly upgrading and maintaining facilities, as well as providing additional services such as a cafeteria, comfortable changing rooms, and responsive security personnel. Management is also advised to periodically evaluate ticket pricing to maintain competitiveness while still supporting operational and service development. Furthermore, location promotion through social media and digital platforms can also expand visitor reach. This research provides an important contribution to the development of tourism destination marketing and management strategies based on visitor needs and satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of pricing, sales promotions, and stock availability on sales volume at H&G Collection. In an era of increasingly fierce business competition, companies need to manage marketing strategies effectively to maintain and increase sales. Appropriate pricing can influence product appeal to consumers, planned sales promotions can increase purchasing interest, while maintained stock availability ensures that consumer demand is met without interruption. This study used a quantitative approach with primary data sources obtained through questionnaires. The population in this study was all H&G Collection employees in the marketing, finance, and general administration divisions. The sampling technique used a saturated or census sampling method, where all members of the population were sampled. The number of respondents involved in this study was 37. The research instruments were tested for validity and reliability before being used in data collection. The data obtained were analyzed using SPSS version 19 software. The analysis methods included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, and F-tests to determine partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that the three independent variables, namely pricing (X₁), sales promotion (X₂), and stock availability (X₃), have a significant effect on the dependent variable, namely sales volume (Y). This proves that the right pricing strategy, effective promotions, and optimal inventory management can significantly increase sales volume. This finding implies that H&G Collection management needs to maintain and even improve the quality of the implementation of these three variables in an integrated manner to support sales growth and the company's competitiveness in the market.

The importance of calculating weight and balance on an aircraft to support flight safety is something that must be done by service providers. Mistakes in calculating weight distribution can cause overloads that risk endangering the safety of passengers, crew, and the aircraft itself. This study was conducted at AirAsia Airlines with a focus on the Airbus A320 aircraft at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The study used a quantitative method with primary and secondary data collection. Primary data was collected through direct observation in the field, while secondary data was obtained from documents, journals, and related literature. This study analyzed data related to aircraft weight, fuel, passengers, baggage, and cargo to calculate weight and balance on the loadsheet. The results of this study indicate that calculating weight and balance on loadsheets is an important process in ensuring flight safety. Steps involving calculating the weight of passengers, baggage, cargo, fuel, and the distribution of the aircraft's center of gravity ensure that the aircraft operates within the safe limits set by the manufacturer. Based on the analysis of passenger, baggage, cargo, and fuel data, the Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW) was 60,516 kg, Takeoff Weight (TOW) was 67,516 kg, and Landing Weight (LW) was 62,516 kg. All of these parameters are within the specified safe limits. Load management on an Air Asia A320 aircraft when overloading requires special attention to parameters such as Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW), Maximum Landing Weight (MLW), and Maximum Landing Weight (MZFW). If an overload occurs, as recorded on the fourth day in Hold 5, the solution that can be taken is to reduce the cargo load on that Hold. For the situation on the fifth day, where the Landing Weight (LW) exceeds the MTOW, the right step is to reduce the amount of fuel.

The aim of entrepreneurship education is to develop attitudes, enthusiasm and the ability to create something of value for oneself and others. Creative, innovative, independent, leadership, good money management and never giving up are entrepreneurial attitudes that must be instilled in children from an early age. As followers of the Prophet Muhammad SAW we need to learn from his figure as an entrepreneur. Where in his journey as an entrepreneur, Rasulullah successfully proved that to start a business one does not have to have money first, there are other elements that are more important than that, namely that one must have the right entrepreneurial mentality. The purpose of this article is to analyze the importance of entrepreneurship education instilled from elementary school age in an Islamic perspective. This research uses a qualitative method with a literature-based approach. Qualitative research relies on the collection and analysis of non-numerical data (such as text, video, or audio) to understand concepts, opinions, or results. Entrepreneurship education taught at elementary school level is believed to be able to reduce children's consumption habits, train them to create something of value and give birth to the next generation to create jobs in the future.
