In the era of globalization and digital transformation, organizations strive to maintain competitiveness through optimizing internal factors such as work culture, business process engineering (BPR), and decision support systems (DSS). This qualitative research based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes the relationship between these three using the Denison Organizational Culture Model, Hammer & Champy BPR, and the Resource-Based View (RBV). It finds that work culture mediates the implementation of BPR and DSS to increase efficiency by 30-50%, employee productivity, and sustainable competitive advantage. Case studies such as the Toyota Production System (TPS) confirm this synergy, resulting in reduced costs, cycle times, and improved service quality. This research also emphasizes the importance of a strong work culture in supporting the implementation of new technologies and methodologies, which in turn strengthens the company's market position. Thus, organizations that are able to integrate these three elements will be better prepared to face the challenges of globalization and dynamic changes in their industry, creating a sustainable advantage and being able to survive in a highly competitive market.

This research is motivated by the importance of improving employee performance in the public sector, particularly at the Department of Education of Kediri City, which faces challenges related to work discipline, workload, and the phenomenon of cyberloafing. The study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, workload, and cyberloafing on employee performance. A quantitative research method was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 69 respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests to determine both partial and simultaneous effects. The results indicate that, partially, work discipline and workload have a significant influence on employee performance, while cyberloafing has no significant effect. Simultaneously, all three variables have a joint impact on performance. These findings suggest that effective management of employee discipline and workload can enhance performance levels, whereas controlling cyberloafing behavior helps maintain productivity and work focus. Practically, this research contributes to the formulation of strategic human resource policies that can increase efficiency, optimize task distribution, and reduce unproductive online behavior among government employees.

This study aims to determine whether there is an influence on the Impact of the Digital Era (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Employee Involvement (X3) on Employee Work Efficiency (Y) at PT Indogadai Prima Tangerang City Branch. The research used in this study is quantitative, with a non-probability sampling technique. The sample consisted of 100 respondents representing different job positions, ranging from area managers, store heads, cashiers, to sales clerks. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis applied descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and the coefficient of determination using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that the Impact of the Digital Era has a positive but not significant effect on Employee Work Efficiency, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Work Efficiency, while Employee Involvement does not significantly influence Employee Work Efficiency. Among the independent variables, Organizational Culture is the most influential factor in determining employee efficiency. The findings highlight the importance of strengthening organizational culture to enhance efficiency while ensuring that digital transformation is implemented with strategies that reduce resistance and increase adaptability. This research contributes theoretically to the study of human resource management in the digital transformation era and provides practical recommendations for companies in developing policies to optimize employee efficiency.

PT. Indosato Jaya Makmur is a company engaged in the culinary sector through the operation of a family restaurant called Washoku Sato, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The company is committed to maintaining taste quality, hygiene, and production consistency by utilizing mostly locally sourced raw materials. However, the company faces a serious challenge in the form of high employee turnover intention, which can negatively affect operational continuity, team stability, and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on turnover intention (Y). A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 86 permanent employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that the higher the workload perceived by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. Conversely, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that higher job satisfaction reduces the likelihood of turnover intention. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence turnover intention, with an Adjusted R² value of 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of balanced workload management and continuous efforts to improve job satisfaction in order to minimize turnover intention and support the company’s operational sustainability.

High employee turnover intention can be a big problem for several company. Recruiting replacements for employees who want to resign can be costly. The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of Servant Leadership on Perceived Organizational Support, Job Embeddedness, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention, the effect of Perceived Organizational Support, Job Embeddedness, Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention with the moderating role of Perceived Supervisor Support. This research was conducted using purposive sampling method involving 225 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The findings in this study are in the moderating effect of Perceived Supervisor Support strengthening the relationship of Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention. Meanwhile, the other moderating variables have no effect on Turnover Intention. Managerial implications contained in this study for workers in companies and researchers by applying Servant Leadership in companies, increasing Perceived Organizational Support, increasing Job Embeddedness, increasing Job Satisfaction in order to reduce the level of Turnover Intention.

This study aims to analyze the optimization of seaweed seedling inventory management using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method to enhance cost efficiency for farmers in Tarakan City. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, integrating EOQ with forecasting techniques (Moving Average and Exponential Smoothing) to predict raw material needs accurately. Data were processed using Microsoft Excel and POM-QM for Windows to ensure precision. The results indicate that EOQ yields an optimal order quantity of 878 ropes per order, with a frequency of 6 orders per year, a reorder point of 16 ropes, and a total inventory cost (TIC) of IDR 842,681. Compared to traditional methods (TIC IDR 2,132,083), EOQ reduces costs by 60.5%. Forecasting analysis reveals that Exponential Smoothing (MAPE 19.67%) outperforms Moving Average (MAPE 22.5%) in accuracy. These findings highlight EOQ’s effectiveness in minimizing waste, preventing stockouts, and improving productivity. The study provides practical insights for coastal small-scale farmers and policymakers in the marine sector.

This study investigates the effect of role stress and job resources on emotional exhaustion, with work-family conflict as a mediating variable among higher education personnel. Employing a quantitative research design with a causality analysis approach, data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale. The sample consisted of 200 educational staff at XYZ institution in Bogor Regency, including civil servants, permanent employees, and contract workers. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS 3 software. The findings revealed that role stress has a positive and significant impact on emotional exhaustion, indicating that increased stress from role demands contributes to higher levels of emotional fatigue. Conversely, job resources were found to have no significant direct effect on emotional exhaustion. Furthermore, work-family conflict significantly mediated the relationship between role stress and emotional exhaustion, suggesting that stress from conflicting work and family demands intensifies emotional exhaustion. However, work-family conflict did not mediate the relationship between job resources and emotional exhaustion. These results emphasize the critical need for effective stress management strategies and support systems that can help reduce work-family conflict to maintain the emotional well-being of education personnel. This study contributes to understanding the psychological dynamics in the workplace and provides insight into improving employee resilience and productivity in educational institutions.

This study aims to determine the impact of implementing Augmented Reality (AR) features on mobile shopping applications on purchasing decisions of Generation Z consumers, especially first-time buyers. The research method uses a quantitative approach, the study involved 385 Generation Z respondents (aged 18-25 years) who were using AR features for shopping for the first time. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that AR Visual Quality (X1), AR Interactivity (X2) and AR Ease of Use (X3) have a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions (p <0.000). The study revealed that 78.5% of AR features influence Generation Z in deciding to purchase on mobile shopping applications. In this case, it can be concluded that the presence of AR features can reduce Gen Z's hesitation in deciding to purchase for first-time buyers. Key factors influencing purchasing decisions include AR visualization quality, ease of use, and feature interactivity.

The importance of calculating weight and balance on an aircraft to support flight safety is something that must be done by service providers. Mistakes in calculating weight distribution can cause overloads that risk endangering the safety of passengers, crew, and the aircraft itself. This study was conducted at AirAsia Airlines with a focus on the Airbus A320 aircraft at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. The study used a quantitative method with primary and secondary data collection. Primary data was collected through direct observation in the field, while secondary data was obtained from documents, journals, and related literature. This study analyzed data related to aircraft weight, fuel, passengers, baggage, and cargo to calculate weight and balance on the loadsheet. The results of this study indicate that calculating weight and balance on loadsheets is an important process in ensuring flight safety. Steps involving calculating the weight of passengers, baggage, cargo, fuel, and the distribution of the aircraft's center of gravity ensure that the aircraft operates within the safe limits set by the manufacturer. Based on the analysis of passenger, baggage, cargo, and fuel data, the Zero Fuel Weight (ZFW) was 60,516 kg, Takeoff Weight (TOW) was 67,516 kg, and Landing Weight (LW) was 62,516 kg. All of these parameters are within the specified safe limits. Load management on an Air Asia A320 aircraft when overloading requires special attention to parameters such as Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW), Maximum Landing Weight (MLW), and Maximum Landing Weight (MZFW). If an overload occurs, as recorded on the fourth day in Hold 5, the solution that can be taken is to reduce the cargo load on that Hold. For the situation on the fifth day, where the Landing Weight (LW) exceeds the MTOW, the right step is to reduce the amount of fuel.

In Indonesia, the use of inorganic fertilizers is one area that is produced continuously to be used to increase crop yields, especially vegetables. Organic fertilizer and compost also have long-term benefits because they can increase the fertility of plants such as coffee. Indonesia is a coffee producer with unique characteristics. There is one type of coffee that is not widely known by the Indonesian people, namely Excelsa coffee. Excelsa coffee has very distinctive characteristics and aroma. Most of Wonomerto's residents have agricultural land and livestock that can produce coffee and livestock. However, villages that have cattle farms are still unable to utilize animal waste properly, and also residents who have coffee production only process it into ground coffee. Therefore, educational events and new programs for the Bokashi compost coffee market are being held. Apart from that, agricultural products and animal products that cannot yet be processed can be used as organic fertilizer using EM4 technology. The benefits of bokashi fertilizer are that it can increase the nutrient content of plants, reduce organic waste, and encourage the growth of plant microorganisms.

The research aims to demonstrate the ability of accounting through its procedures and the auditing process followed and the professional ability of the accountant through his acquired experiences to limit this phenomenon and work to reduce and limit it, since the accounting profession is the basic foundation that can access real and confidential numbers and documents and ensure the extent of management’s commitment to instructions. The laws and regulations in force are within the legislation and laws to limit any deviation in work that could lead to loss of opportunities for progress in completing work, and moving away from personal interests to reach the public interest.The research also focused on the methods that can be followed to reduce the administrative and financial corruption gap. The researcher relied on a questionnaire distributed to a group of accountants and auditors, academics and professionals, and relying on SPSS statistical analysis to reach the research requirements and reach the most important conclusions and recommendations. Among the most important Conclusions: There is a relationship between the accumulated experience of those working in accounting and oversight to reduce the phenomenon of administrative corruption. In running a business there are definitely risks. Risks that arise from the internal and external environment of the business can result in the business experiencing losses. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method with data collection techniques originating from observations and interviews with the owner of the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch. This research will use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), where ERM implementation is usually implemented by identifying risks, assessing and controlling risks. Businesses that use Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) can get risks ranging from low (low), medium (medium), high (high). This research aims to identify risks that may occur in the Manju Steamed Bread business, Tuasan Branch, then create a risk matrix to determine the worst risks that must be prioritized in control. The research results show that there are operational risks, namely employees not following steaming machine operating procedures, lack of maintenance of the machine and bread steaming equipment by employees and delays in the arrival of raw materials. This risk will affect the quality of taste, service, and can result in losses due to shop closures due to delays in the arrival of raw materials, so risk management is needed which aims to reduce operational risks that may occur.

MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) are one of the important economic pillars in driving local economic growth in various cities in Indonesia. However, MSMEs often face significant challenges, especially related to financial and labor risk management. This study aims to analyze financial and labor risk management at Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs in Medan City. In this study, a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews was used to collect data from business owners and employees. The analysis was conducted with a focus on financial risk management strategies, such as product and service diversification, creative promotion, cash flow management, and access to capital, and labor risk management strategies, including employee cost management, employee development and retention, and effective performance management. The results show that Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs have implemented various strategies to effectively manage financial and labor risks. Product and service diversification, creative promotions, and utilization of online delivery and ordering services help reduce financial risks and maintain revenue stability. Meanwhile, efficient management of employee costs, employee development, and effective performance management help manage labor risks, improve productivity, and maintain service quality. This research shows that effective financial and labor risk management plays an important role in the operational success of Mbak Yummi Chicken Noodle MSMEs.

International trade is something that often occurs in customs areas. Customs areas often witness international trade. Law on 17 of 2006 and Law on Excise No 11 of 1995 stipulate regulations regarding customs. However, in the case of exports and imports, it is difficult to differentiate between customs violations and customs crimes. The Customs and Excise Agency, an institution under the Ministry of Finance, is needed to handle customs cases. Based on the questions we discussed, the role and efforts of the DJBC in minimizing the increasing number of customs crimes must be discussed. The increase in customs crimes and obstacles. In their efforts to reduce the increase in customs crime, Customs and Excise is facing challenges. It is important to note that the national principles that drive the duties and efforts of the DJBC to reduce the increasing level of customs crimes can be linked to the principles and principles reflected the 1945 Constitution. CV Cielofood Pratama is a beverage processing business with nutmeg raw materials, located in Bogor City, West Java. The company produces syrups with varying sizes of packaging. The multi-stage production process does not rule out the possibility of irregularities that could cause the product to no longer meet the quality standards we set. In general, business units have a profit goal for business sustainability, by seeking efficiency in operations in order to obtain profitable profits. Analysis of the data shows the difference between corporate policy and the results of the EOQ method. The company usually orders 25 kg of raw materials with a frequency of 120 times per year. However, the EOQ method recommends ordering 144 kg with a frequency of 36 times per year. In addition, there is a significant difference in the total cost of supplies, which is IDR 30,900,000 according to company policy and IDR 10,392,000 according to EOQ method. This study aims to analyze strategies in raw material supply as an effort for supply chain efficiency. Using the Economic Orders Quantity (EOQ) method Reduce storage costs, save space on both storage and workspaces, resolve problems and reduce the risk that raw material supplies may pose.

Every company is obliged to carry out efficiency strategies in every business process in order to continue to exist in today's increasingly fierce competition. This research aims to determine the magnitude of the OEE value and the dominant factors from the six big losses analysis which is used as a proposal for improvements to the cutting machine at PT ABC. The method used is Availability Ratio, Performance Ratio and Rate of Product Quality as basic elements of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big Losses and analyzed using a fishbone diagram. Calculation results for the period September 2023 to February 2024 obtained an OEE value of 82.58% with the largest contributor to losses being the idling and minor stoppages and Reduce Speed ​​factors. To overcome this, it is necessary to increase skills in identifying and repairing machines, implementing clear standard operating procedures, operator skills in conveying information about machine damage, as well as standard material for parts used by machines.

Background: Errors in inputting medical record data are still found in health services. The phenomenon that occurs in the use of electronic medical records is still an obstacle for health workers due to the complexity of the system. So research to reduce errors in inputting electronic medical record data needs to be done. Aims: This study was conducted to examine errors in inputting medical record data. The error of medical record data is influenced by technological stress factors. In addition, technological stress which is a mediator variable is also influenced by three factors, namely technology that is realistically more advanced, compatibility and complexity. Methods: . Information collected through questionnaires distributed to health workers who meet certain criteria and using electronic medical records. A total of 200 individuals in the sample were selected, selected using nonprobability sampling techniques. To test the validity of the Strucktural Equation Model (SEM) Analysis used with the Amos method Results: The results of data analysis in this study show that technological stress has a positive impact on electronic medical record data errors. In addition, relatively more advanced technology and complexity also positively affect technology stress and compatibility negatively affect technology stress Conclusion: The application of technology for hospital administration must be easy to use without the need for more learning and compatibility between work, technology used, and people who use it to reduce stress on technology in order to facilitate the input of medical records.

Dispora or Youth and Sports Service is a regional government located in the province or district/city. The general aim of this research is to find out what influences employee/worker loyalty in completing performance programs that will be implemented in the Youth and Sports Department. This research uses a research method with a qualitative approach, where the research carried out is descriptive. The focus of this research is the achievement of work results (performance) of government officials at the Youth and Sports Department in increasing loyalty to performance by analyzing problems, especially regarding employee readiness and response to performance and loyalty.
