This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee productivity at PT Harmoni Reka Cipta. The research employs a descriptive c method using Spradley’s approach, which includes place, actor, and situation. Informants were selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, resulting in one key informant and four main informants relevant to the data requirements. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and field observations. The research findings, based on NVIVO analysis visualized through a word cloud, indicate that the most dominant aspect in discussions of the work environment is workplace facilities, followed by work relations, work atmosphere, and operational constraints. Interviews revealed that lighting and coworker relationships are generally in good condition; however, challenges remain, including limited workspace, insufficient facilities, and suboptimal air circulation, especially in the production area. These conditions affect employee comfort, focus, and work effectiveness. NVIVO results related to productivity show that quantity, quality, and timeliness are influenced by a work environment that is not yet fully supportive. Some delays occur due to high production intensity, heavy workloads, and inadequate facilities. This study concludes that improving facilities, reorganizing workspace layouts, and enhancing physical comfort are necessary to support optimal employee productivity

MSMEs Traditional culinary MSMEs play a vital role in the Indonesian economy through job creation, income equality, and preservation of local culture. However, limited capital, raw materials, and labor, as well as unsystematic production planning, mean that MSME production decisions are still intuitive, leading to inefficiencies and suboptimal profits. A case study of MSME Sostang Tijang Bruno, a Sundanese cireng producer, shows that cireng production is still based on experience without clear calculations, resulting in a mismatch between production and demand and waste of raw materials. This study aims to optimize cireng production volume using the Graphical Linier Programming method to maximize profits by considering constraints on raw materials, working time, and market capacity. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The decision variables were the production volume of original chicken-filled cireng and spicy chicken-filled cireng. The analysis results showed an optimal production combination of 2.93 kg of original chicken-filled cireng and 0.53 kg of spicy chicken-filled cireng with a maximum profit of Rp499,000 per day. This method is expected to help MSMEs make more efficient and rational production decisions

In the era of globalization and digital transformation, organizations strive to maintain competitiveness through optimizing internal factors such as work culture, business process engineering (BPR), and decision support systems (DSS). This qualitative research based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) analyzes the relationship between these three using the Denison Organizational Culture Model, Hammer & Champy BPR, and the Resource-Based View (RBV). It finds that work culture mediates the implementation of BPR and DSS to increase efficiency by 30-50%, employee productivity, and sustainable competitive advantage. Case studies such as the Toyota Production System (TPS) confirm this synergy, resulting in reduced costs, cycle times, and improved service quality. This research also emphasizes the importance of a strong work culture in supporting the implementation of new technologies and methodologies, which in turn strengthens the company's market position. Thus, organizations that are able to integrate these three elements will be better prepared to face the challenges of globalization and dynamic changes in their industry, creating a sustainable advantage and being able to survive in a highly competitive market.

PT. Indosato Jaya Makmur is a company engaged in the culinary sector through the operation of a family restaurant called Washoku Sato, which serves authentic Japanese cuisine. The company is committed to maintaining taste quality, hygiene, and production consistency by utilizing mostly locally sourced raw materials. However, the company faces a serious challenge in the form of high employee turnover intention, which can negatively affect operational continuity, team stability, and service quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of workload (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) on turnover intention (Y). A quantitative research approach was employed, with data collected through the distribution of Likert-scale questionnaires to 86 permanent employees as respondents. The data were analyzed using a series of statistical tests, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The findings reveal that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, indicating that the higher the workload perceived by employees, the greater their tendency to leave the company. Conversely, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect, suggesting that higher job satisfaction reduces the likelihood of turnover intention. Simultaneously, both independent variables significantly influence turnover intention, with an Adjusted R² value of 35.6%, while the remaining 64.4% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings emphasize the importance of balanced workload management and continuous efforts to improve job satisfaction in order to minimize turnover intention and support the company’s operational sustainability.

This study aims to analyze in depth the structure of production cost components and determine a reasonable and competitive selling price for shrimp farming in the Venambak Shrimp Farm. The background of this study is the need to determine the cost efficiency and profit potential of shrimp farming activities, so that business actors can make the right decisions and be oriented towards sustainability. The study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with the full costing method to calculate the total production costs, and the cost plus pricing method to determine the selling price. The data used consists of primary data, such as details of operational expenses during one cultivation cycle (six months), as well as secondary data obtained from internal company reports and records. The results of the analysis show that the total production costs incurred in one shrimp cultivation cycle reached Rp16,085,208,000, with a total harvest of 1,000,000 kg. Based on these figures, the cost of goods manufactured (COGS) was obtained at Rp16,085 per kg. In determining the selling price, the company used the cost plus pricing method and set the selling price at Rp80,000 per kg. Thus, the profit margin obtained by the company reached Rp63,915 per kg. Gross profit generated during one cultivation cycle reached Rp63,915,000,000. If cultivation were conducted in two cycles per year, the annual gross profit could potentially increase to Rp127,830,000,000. These findings indicate that with efficient cost management and the right pricing strategy, shrimp farming has significant profit potential. Therefore, intensive and sustainable shrimp farming development at the Venambak Shrimp Farm is highly feasible to improve the competitiveness and welfare of fisheries business actors.

This study aims to explore the strategic role of e-commerce in increasing the export of handicraft products by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia, with a case study on CV. Palm Craft in Kediri. In the context of globalization and digitalization, e-commerce is an important means for MSMEs to reach the international market, especially in the midst of the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic that limit conventional export activities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The main focus of this study is how CV. Palem Craft utilizes various digital platforms such as social media (Instagram, Facebook), marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee), and global platforms (Amazon, Etsy) to expand market access, build product branding, and increase the selling value of local handicrafts. The results of the study show that the strategic use of e-commerce has helped companies overcome export barriers such as limited distribution networks, logistics constraints, and lack of international promotion. In addition, e-commerce also allows CVs. Palem Craft to build direct relationships with global consumers, get faster feedback, and make product adjustments according to market needs. This research also identifies supporting factors such as digital literacy, product quality, and production capacity as crucial aspects in the success of e-commerce strategies.  The implications of this study provide relevant insights for other MSMEs that want to develop exports through the use of digital technology. Continuous support from the government and related institutions is needed in terms of training, access to capital, and digital export facilitation so that Indonesian MSMEs can compete in the global market in a sustainable manner.

Manco, a traditional snack from Madiun, holds significant potential to grow and gain recognition beyond its region of origin. Its unique taste, texture, and embedded cultural and historical values serve as key assets in an increasingly competitive market. However, the main challenges faced by manco entrepreneurs are building a strong brand identity and conveying the product’s uniqueness through engaging storytelling. Effective branding through distinctive logos, packaging, and memorable taglines can enhance the product’s appeal and perceived value among consumers. Furthermore, compelling storytelling, such as narratives about traditional production processes, the struggles of business owners, and the use of natural ingredients, can foster emotional connections and consumer loyalty. Nevertheless, challenges remain, such as inconsistent brand identity usage and limited digital promotion. Therefore, branding and storytelling training are essential for manco entrepreneurs to maximize their product’s potential, expand their market, and establish manco as a culinary icon representing Madiun both nationally and internationally.

This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of banana chips products at My Kripis by using the Check Sheet and Fishbone Diagram methods. The main problem found was the high rate of defective products, which reached 3.79% of the total monthly production. The largest type of defect was recorded as inappropriate banana ripeness during the frying process, which amounted to 18 kg out of a total of 37.2 kg of defective products. Data was collected through direct observation and interviews, then analyzed using an inspection sheet to identify the type and frequency of defects. Results showed that the dominant cause of defective products came from raw material factors, such as non-uniform banana ripeness and inconsistent slice thickness. A Fishbone Diagram was used to identify root causes from various aspects, including man, methods, machines, and materials. These findings served as the basis for recommendations to improve the production process, such as standardizing cutting procedures, training operators, and monitoring the quality of raw materials. This research confirms the importance of simple yet systematic quality control for MSMEs to sustainably improve product quality.

In Indonesia, the use of inorganic fertilizers is one area that is produced continuously to be used to increase crop yields, especially vegetables. Organic fertilizer and compost also have long-term benefits because they can increase the fertility of plants such as coffee. Indonesia is a coffee producer with unique characteristics. There is one type of coffee that is not widely known by the Indonesian people, namely Excelsa coffee. Excelsa coffee has very distinctive characteristics and aroma. Most of Wonomerto's residents have agricultural land and livestock that can produce coffee and livestock. However, villages that have cattle farms are still unable to utilize animal waste properly, and also residents who have coffee production only process it into ground coffee. Therefore, educational events and new programs for the Bokashi compost coffee market are being held. Apart from that, agricultural products and animal products that cannot yet be processed can be used as organic fertilizer using EM4 technology. The benefits of bokashi fertilizer are that it can increase the nutrient content of plants, reduce organic waste, and encourage the growth of plant microorganisms.
