This study aims to analyze the effect of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Firm Size, and Sales Growth on Financial Performance at PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2015–2024 period. Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in this study is proxied by institutional ownership, financial performance is measured using Return on Assets (ROA), firm size is measured by the natural logarithm of total assets, and sales growth is measured using the sales growth ratio. This study employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The data used were secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the official websites of the IDX and the company. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, multiple and simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing consisting of t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination with the assistance of SPSS version 27 software. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable has a t-value of -1.526 < t-table 2.447, meaning that it has no significant effect on financial performance. The firm size variable has a t-value of -2.857 > t-table 2.447, indicating a significant negative effect on the company’s financial performance. The sales growth variable has a t-value of 1.593 < t-table 2.447, meaning that it has no significant effect on financial performance. Simultaneously, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), firm size, and sales growth have a significant effect on financial performance, with an F-value of 13.023 > F-table 4.76 and a significance value of 0.005 < 0.05. This study aimed to determine and analyze the influence of financial ratios on profit changes in telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. The financial ratios used in this study encompass four main groups: liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios, and profitability ratios. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative nature because it attempted to examine the relationship and influence between these financial variables on profit changes. The population in this study comprised all telecommunications companies listed on the IDX, while the sample selection was conducted using a purposive sampling technique with specific criteria, resulting in 15 eligible companies. The research data were then analyzed using panel data regression using EViews 12 software, with the best model selected being the Random Effect Model (REM). The results showed that simultaneously, liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability ratios significantly influenced profit changes, thus concluding that the company's overall financial performance plays a significant role in determining the dynamics of profit generated. However, partial test results showed that the influence of each ratio was different. The solvency ratio has a significant negative effect on profit changes, indicating that the higher a company's debt level, the greater the risk of profit decline. Conversely, the profitability ratio has a significant positive effect, confirming that a company's ability to generate net profit is a major factor in increasing profit changes. Meanwhile, the liquidity ratio and activity ratio were not shown to have a significant effect on profit changes, indicating that short-term liquidity and operational efficiency are not sufficient to be the primary determinants in driving profit changes in the telecommunications sector.

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and company size on the share prices of companies that are members of the Investor33 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, so that 17 companies out of a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria are obtained. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the IDX's official website. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software version 25. The results of the analysis show that the leverage and profitability variables have a significant effect on the stock price, which indicates that the company's capital structure and ability to generate profits are important factors in the investor's assessment. In contrast, the liquidity variables and company size do not show a significant influence on the stock price, which means that the company's ability to meet short-term obligations and operational scale are not the main determinants in the formation of the stock price on the index. These findings provide implications for investors and company management to pay more attention to profitability and leverage aspects in financial strategies and investment decision-making. This research can also be a reference for further studies related to the analysis of financial ratios and capital market dynamics in Indonesia.

This study aims to explore and understand the impact of various internal corporate governance and financial structure variables on firm value, specifically within the context of the Indonesian banking sector. The variables examined include company size, capital structure, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and the presence of independent commissioners. The study focuses on companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period from 2022 to 2024. A quantitative research approach was employed, using purposive sampling to select banking firms that met the criteria for analysis. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to determine the individual and simultaneous influence of each variable on firm value. The empirical findings reveal that company size does not have a significant effect on firm value, indicating that larger asset bases or broader operations are not necessarily associated with higher market valuation in the banking sector. Conversely, capital structure—reflected by the proportion of debt to equity—has a positive and significant effect, suggesting that leverage, when managed efficiently, enhances firm value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership does not show a notable contribution to firm value, implying that insider ownership may not always align with shareholder interests. On the other hand, institutional ownership exerts a positive and significant influence, indicating that the presence of large, professional investors can enhance oversight and value creation. Finally, the presence of independent commissioners does not significantly impact firm value. Overall, the results highlight that, although not all governance variables have a direct individual influence, the five variables studied jointly have a significant effect on firm value. These findings have implications for corporate governance practices and financial decision-making in the banking sector, especially in emerging markets such as Indonesia.

The objective of this study is to determine the impact of environmental performance on the sustainability reporting of companies in Indonesia, utilizing the PROPER scale as a measurement tool. This research examines whether there is an improvement in sustainability report disclosures associated with the environmental performance assessed through the PROPER scale. The study involves companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that have published annual and sustainability reports for five consecutive years. The analytical method employed is WarpPLS, with a total of 85 observations. WarpPLS is used to identify statistical relationships between environmental performance and the intensity of sustainability reporting. The findings indicate that there is an enhancement in sustainability report disclosures when the audit committee and board of directors hold regular meetings. Companies without governance committees tend to focus more on governance improvement rather than on disclosing sustainability reports. Good environmental performance, particularly in companies with specific industry types and the presence of governance committees, enhances sustainability reporting. However, companies with strong environmental performance tend to make the audit committee and board of directors focus on other responsibilities, given that the community already understands that these companies manage their environmental impact well. This study underscores the importance of the Indonesian government's support in encouraging, facilitating, and urging companies to achieve the gold category in the PROPER scale. This not only demonstrates good environmental performance but also enhances sustainability report disclosures. This research implies that good environmental performance should be accompanied by increased transparency in sustainability reporting to truly contribute to sustainable development.
