This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline (variable X1) and work culture (variable X2) on employee performance (variable Y). The research method used is a descriptive and verifiable method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies to obtain comprehensive and relevant data for the purpose of the research. Data analysis techniques are carried out systematically, starting from the data compilation process, data tabulation, to the hypothesis testing stage. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to determine the influence of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results showed that the determination coefficient (R²) value was 69.8%, which means that work discipline and work culture simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, 30.2% of employee performance was influenced by other factors outside of the study, such as motivation, work ability, leadership, personality, job satisfaction, work environment, and employee loyalty. Thus, it can be concluded that improving work discipline and a positive work culture plays an important role in improving.

Job analysis serves as a strategic instrument in human resource management (HRM), forming the basis for organizational structure design, job descriptions and specifications, and supporting employee evaluation and development processes. This study employs a literature review approach involving 50 articles, narrowed down to 5 core sources to explore the critical role of job analysis. Findings indicate that job analysis not only enhances employee performance and job satisfaction, but also supports optimal placement based on competencies and personality profiles such as the DISC approach. Job analysis has proven effective in the education sector and holds broader potential for implementation across various industries.

Transportation makes it easier for people to carry out their daily activities. Transportation is really needed by the community, considering the density of people's activities which require moving from one place to another and also makes it easier for people to order the goods or food they want from a place that consumers want. Therefore, drivers with personality, emotional intelligence and good motivation are needed, where there is a decline in the performance of gofood drivers, one of which is the gofood driver in Bandar Lampung. This research aims to examine the influence of Personality, Emotional Intelligence, and Motivation on the Performance of Gofood Drivers in Bandar Lampung City from an Islamic Business Perspective. This research used a quantitative approach with a sample of 98 gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung. Sampling was carried out using an associative approach which connects one variable to another variable. The data analysis method uses SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science) version 20 and then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 20 software. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis with Personality, Emotional Intelligence and Motivation as independent variables and performance as the dependent variable .Based on the research results, it shows that personality does not have a significant effect on the performance of Gofood drivers. Emotional Intelligence also has no significant effect on Gofood driver performance. Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Gofood driver performance. However, personality, emotional intelligence and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of gofood drivers in Bandar Lampung City.

This research aims to find out how to train prisoners to improve their Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, interviews and documentation. The type of data used is qualitative and the data source uses primary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. There were 12 informants used in this research, consisting of the Head of the Correctional Institution, prison officers, coaching mentors, prisoners and visitors. The results of the research show that the analysis of inmate coaching in improving Skills at the Class IIB correctional institution in Solok City, namely Self-Reliance Coaching, Self-Reliance Coaching, was carried out to provide skills and guide inmates in entrepreneurship which can later be used by the inmates if one day they return to the community. public. Apart from fostering independence in the field of skills, the Solok Class IIB Correctional Institution also has Personality Development. With Personality Development, it is hoped that inmates will have a change in attitude and be able to restore their self-esteem so they can integrate themselves into society after leaving prison.
