This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and benefits on employee job satisfaction. Fair, adequate, and transparent compensation is considered a crucial factor influencing employee morale, loyalty, and retention. The study identifies seven key indicators to measure the impact of compensation on job satisfaction: salary adequacy, compensation fairness, punctuality of payments, compensation system transparency, incentives and bonuses, overall compensation satisfaction, and employee retention. The analysis results show that compensation has a significant influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, compensation effectiveness is affected by economic conditions, compensation system structure, and the relevance of compensation to employee needs. The study concludes that well-designed compensation can be a strategic tool for improving performance and reducing employee turnover.

This research aims to determine whether work life balance and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee morale at the Bima City Cooperatives, Industry and Trade Department. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population in this study was 64 employees consisting of 34 civil servants, 7 honorary employees and 23 contract employees. The sample in this research was 34 Civil Servants with the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires, documentation. Data analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, coefficient of determination, t tests and f tests with the help of SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of the research show that there is a partially significant positive influence of Work Life Balance on employee morale, there is a partial positive and significant influence of the work environment on employee morale, there is a simultaneous positive and significant influence of Work Life Balance and the work environment on employee morale in Bima City Department of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade.

Human resources are one of the organizational resources that play an important role in achieving its goals. Every organization is managed by humans. Without humans, the organization will not run. Challenges and opportunities in managing and creating organizations often stem from human-related problems. Therefore, in managing human resources (HR), the most vital resource is a strategic central activity. Based on this, this study aims to analyze the effect of competence, motivation, reward on employee performance with morale as an intervening variable. This research was conducted at Sembako Rahap Putra UMKM.The research method is to use a type of quantitative research. The population of this study is 215 employees, the sample in this study is 140 employees. The technique used in collecting data using observation and questionnaires as data collection instruments. Data processing techniques use the SmartPLS 3 application.Based on research at Sembako Rahap Putra MSME, the research results obtained show that competence is less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.093), Motivation has less effect in increasing Morale with a P-Value of (0.465), Rewards are less influential in increasing morale with a P-Value of (0.172), Morale has a positive effect on Employee Performance with a P-Value of (0.025), Competence has less effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.244) , Motivation has little effect on Employee Performance through Morale with a P-Value of (0.238), Reward has less effect on Employee performance through work enthusiasm with a P-Value of (0.431).
