Companies often carry out this tax avoidance strategy in an effort to reduce the amount of tax they have to pay. There are two ways for businesses to lower the taxes they pay. In the first case, the business world can reduce the tax value by implementing tax avoidance while still complying with relevant tax laws. The second alternative is for business actors to reduce the tax value by carrying out tax avoidance activities that violate tax regulations. This research examines the relationship between business strategy, transfer pricing, and capital intenssity on tax avoidance moderated by corporate social responsbility. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology. The data collection method in this research is literature study. The research results show that business strategy, transfer costs, and capital intent have an influence on tax avoidance. As well as business strategy, transfer costs and capital intentions can be mediated by CSR on tax avoidance.

Investment is important in helping to increase the growth and development of a country. The total ratio of investors in Indonesia in 2022 is 2.2%, this ratio is still lagging behind when compared to other countries. Students are in the spotlight for the Indonesia Stock Exchange to become young investors in the capital market. The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has done several things to increase investment interest in universities by establishing several collaborations and organizing programs such as opening an Investment Gallery. This study aims to determine the effect of investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation, minimum investment capital and investment return on investment interest in the capital market. The results of this study are that simultaneously investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment motivation, investment return and minimum capital have a positive effect on investment interest. Partially, investment knowledge, investment benefits, investment return and minimum capital have a positive effect on investment interest, while the investment motivation variable has no effect on investment interest. The ability of these 5 variables to influence investment interest is shown in the adjusted R square value of 53% and the rest can be influenced by other variables outside of this study

Analysis of Working Capital on Profitability Levels at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar, Thesis for the Management Study Program at the Indonesian Educational Institute of Management Science College (STIM-LPI) Makassar. (supervised by Dra. Pra Gemini, M.Si and Fausiah, S.E., M.Si). This research aims to determine how working capital influences the level of profitability at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar for 2019-2021 which consists of a profit and loss report and balance sheet. The research results of the current ratio are stated to be good because they continue to increase every year 2019-2021 and exceed the internal average standard in 2020 and 2021. On the activity ratio with measurements using the NWC Turnover ratio can be said to be quite good because it exceeds the internal average, although it experienced a decline in 2020 of 368% but rose again to 430% in 2021. The profitability ratio with Return On Investment is said to be not good because it is below the internal average . Return on Equity is said to be not good, although it has increased in 2019 and 2021, this ratio is still below the internal average. Gross Profit Margin is also still said to be not good or not optimal because it experienced ups and downs from 2019-2021, namely 173%, 181%, 175%, although in 2020 it experienced an increase and was above the internal average of 176.3% but in 2021 experienced another decline and was below the internal average. Net Profit Margin is also said to be not good because it is still below the internal average.

This research is motivated by the problem of employee performance that is still not optimal. The prnyrbabya factors are the quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital. Thus, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital on the performance of employees at CV Karisa Pratama in Pangandaran. The method used is a quantitative descriptive method, with the following research results. The quality of human resources has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the quality of human resources increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. The use of social media has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the use of social media increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. Business capital has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the business capital increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance. The quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that if the quality of human resources, the use of social media and business capital, increases, it will be followed by an increase in employee performance

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial performance, profibility, and capital structure on company value in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study used quantitative methods. Sampling is done using the purposive sampling method which means the sample is selected based on certain considerations. The data used are financial statements obtained through https://old.idx.co.id/ website. In this study only data that met the criteria and needs of the authors were used as samples. The results of the study stated that financial performance had a significant effect on company value, it can be seen from T for financial performance variables is 0.608 0.05, profitability has a significant effect on company value, seen from the calculated value for profitability variables is 0.935 0.05, capital structure has a significant effect on company value,  can be seen from the calculated value for the capital structure variable is 0.633 0.05, and the F test is used to determine the influence of independent variables simultaneously (together) can be seen from the statistical value of F value is 0.155 F value is 0.926 greater than 0.05 then it has no effect on the value of the company.The results of the above research can then be drawn 4 conclusions, namely: 1. Financial performance does not have a significant effect on the value of the company. 2. Profitability has no significant effect on the value of the company. 3. Capital structure has no significant effect on the value of the company. 4. Financial performance, profitability, and capital structure on company value have no effect on company value.LQ45 is listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of information quality, information systems and the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.  This research took the object of 50 employees of the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office of Pati Regency. The researcher's sampling technique uses saturated sampling. Data analysis method using multiple regression The results of the study found that there was a positive and significant influence of information quality on employee satisfaction, there was a positive and significant influence of information systems on employee satisfaction and there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of service interaction on employee satisfaction.
