Teamwork is a fundamental factor in social, organizational, and educational life, because in essence humans are social creatures that require the interaction and involvement of other individuals to meet their needs and achieve life goals. In the context of work, teamwork can be defined as the result of coordinated individual efforts that are able to produce higher performance than if work is done individually, or as a group of individuals working collectively to achieve common goals that are easier to achieve through collaboration. The implementation of teamwork plays an important role in accelerating job completion, improving individual and organizational performance, and being able to prevent overlapping tasks through good synchronization. Through intensive interaction, teamwork can have a positive impact on the overall performance of the group and also improve individual abilities through the process of knowledge and experience transfer between employees. The dimension of teamwork includes active member contributions, interaction and communication, consistency in maintaining focus on goals, quality of work results, and relevance of team members' knowledge and skills. Therefore, the effectiveness of teamwork is seen as the most important competitive advantage in an organization, making it a major factor that influences the increase in work productivity.

Human resource development (HRD) is a fundamental pillar in the management of Islamic education, especially in the era of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. Islamic educational institutions are required to produce graduates who are not only religious but also competent, ethical, and adaptive. This study aims to identify effective HRD strategies to improve the quality of Islamic educational institutions. The research employs a qualitative approach with data collected through interviews, observations, and documentation in several Islamic educational institutions. The findings reveal that strategies such as training, internships, scholarships, mentorship, collaboration, performance evaluation, spiritual development, technology implementation, and innovation play vital roles. The integration of Islamic values in recruitment, training, and career development is also crucial. However, challenges such as limited funding, lack of competent human resources, and insufficient leadership attention remain obstacles. This study emphasizes the need for innovation in HRD to overcome these barriers. It is expected that the findings provide practical solutions for Islamic educational institutions to achieve educational goals, produce quality graduates, enhance competitiveness, and contribute positively to society.

This research aims to explore the policy management of educational programs at SD IT Al-Anshar Tanjung Pura in integrating the national curriculum with Islamic values. The research approach used is qualitative with a descriptive method, involving observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The subjects of the study include principals, teachers, and students, while the object is the education management policy in this school. The results of the study show three main findings: 1) Policy planning is designed to form a generation that excels in academics and has Islamic character through careful planning that involves all parties. 2) The implementation of policies prioritizes a balance between religious and general education, supported by collaboration between teachers, students, and parents, as well as various extracurricular activities. 3) Policy evaluations are carried out regularly to measure the success of educational programs even though they still face the challenge of limited resources. This study emphasizes the importance of the role of planning, collaborative implementation, and regular evaluation in education policy management to achieve holistic educational goals.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. The development of digital technologies has changed the educational landscape, requiring educators to upgrade their skills to remain relevant and effective. Competency-based training is important in this context because of its focus on developing practical skills that can be directly applied in teaching. This paper discusses the role of competency-based training in improving educators’ productivity in the digital era. The method used is a literature study, which includes analysing various studies and articles related to this topic. The findings show that competency-based training acts as: 1) Skills Development; 2) Teaching Quality Improvement; and 3) Evaluation of Teaching Effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to provide insights into the importance of competency-based training in improving the productivity and teaching quality of educators in the digital era, and to encourage wider and more sustainable implementation of training.

The principal has an important role which is very helpful to the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school. in improving the quality of education, even though his role is only as PLT Principal, he carries out his duties well. Efforts to improve the quality of education are one of the factors in creating ideal education. This research wants to find out more about "The Role of Principal Leadership and Teacher Performance in Improving the Quality of Education" in accordance with the main problem raised, namely the relationship between principal leadership and teacher performance in improving the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Surabaya Islamic elementary school. There are several factors that influence the increase in educational progress, including: a) competent teachers, b) facilities and infrastructure, c) implementation of curriculum and innovations implemented, d) student involvement, e) evaluation or supervision carried out by the Head of School, f) and administration education.  The aim of this research is to find out the role of the school principal as a leader, who has motivator competencies and indicators for educational staff who contribute to improving the quality of education.  This research method uses a qualitative approach and uses a case study research design. Data collection techniques used (1) in-depth interviews, (2) non-participant observation, (3) documentation studies. Data validity techniques use credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, verification or conclusions. The conclusion of this research is that there is a link between school leadership and teacher performance in an effort to improve the quality of education at the Cokroaminoto Islamic elementary school, Surabaya.

This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The research was conducted at the Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember Dormitory. The aim of this research is to analyze how the planning, organization, implementation and evaluation of dormitory service management by the dormitory head Mrs. Munadiroh, S.Pd. in managing the dormitory at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember. The results of the research showed that the head of the girls' dormitory at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Jember, Mrs. Munadiroh, S.Pd. able to carry out dormitory service management activities by supervising or monitoring to see whether dormitory programs, activities and implementation are running in accordance with the curriculum. In the process of planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the dormitory, namely: 1) the dormitory head is able to carry out well starting from planning and implementing dormitory activities and programs, while planning involves all dormitory personnel; 2) Organizing by determining educational resources and other necessary resources including funds to fulfill the implementation of the dormitory and also facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process or dormitory development; 3) Able to mobilize his subordinates in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures or duties and responsibilities as well as regulations for student needs in accordance with the curriculum; 4) The dormitory head is able to evaluate the implementation of the dormitory program and the duties of each dormitory personnel, student deficiencies and other obstacles in meetings held once a month.

This research aims to describe the management of early childhood education at RA Annur Babalan. This research uses a qualitative approach and is descriptive in nature. The selection of research subjects was carried out using purposive sampling technique. Research subjects are managers, educators, students and parents. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through diligent observation, participation and adequacy of references. The research results show that the RA Annur Babalan management program has been prepared in accordance with the institution's vision and mission by carrying out management functions including; implementation, supervision and guidance. Managers as leaders in carrying out management functions place great emphasis on cooperation based on sincerity, enthusiasm and high loyalty. Planning is carried out with strategic planning, preparing learning plans ranging from yearly, semester, monthly, weekly to daily. Organizing is carried out by coordinating tasks, opportunities, experiences and insights with open communication, holding regular meetings to discuss efforts to improve performance. Supervision is carried out by direct observation, through supervision, regular meetings with educators. Collaboration ends with parents, through monthly meetings (parenting), and partners related to RA. Assessment and evaluation is carried out by giving assignments, observations, daily notes, anecdotes, performance, work results and educational visits.
