This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges in implementing digital payment systems to enhance the productivity of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). In the era of growing digital transformation, the adoption of cashless transactions has become a crucial innovation to improve efficiency and competitiveness among MSME players. The findings indicate that the use of digital payment platforms such as QRIS, bank transfers, e-wallets, and card-based e-money offers several advantages, including faster payment processing, reduced risk of calculation errors, and the minimization of counterfeit money usage, which remains an issue in some regions. However, the implementation of digital payments still faces various obstacles on the ground. Certain sectors of MSMEs continue to rely heavily on cash transactions, especially in remote areas where internet connectivity is limited. Furthermore, many business owners still prefer conventional payment methods due to concerns over trust, security, and deeply rooted habits. Demographic factors also influence the level of digital payment adoption. Younger generations tend to be more adaptive to digital technologies, whereas older business owners are generally less familiar and comfortable with using digital devices. These findings suggest that in order to fully leverage the benefits of payment digitalization among MSMEs, strategic efforts are needed. These should include the improvement of digital infrastructure, widespread education and awareness programs, and the development of applications tailored to the specific needs and characteristics of each business sector. Collaboration between the government, financial institutions, and digital service providers is essential in creating an inclusive and user-friendly digital payment ecosystem. By addressing technical barriers and bridging digital literacy gaps, the implementation of digital payments holds significant potential to drive operational efficiency and sustainably boost the productivity of MSMEs.

This research concludes that the Income Level (TPP) received by workers at retirement is only 10% of the last salary obtained from the mandatory pension program, a decrease in income of 90% of the last salary. The monthly living cost needs of retirees in retirement (food, monthly shopping, water costs - electricity, internet, lifestyle, health insurance, etc.) obtained data of IDR 5,600,000, - or equivalent to 56% of the last salary per month. So in actual terms, the level of retirement income (TPP) of retirees in Indonesia there is a gap of IDR 4,600,000, - or 46% less than the last salary per month. This condition causes retirees to fail to maintain their standard of living in old age, in addition to experiencing financial problems in retirement. Factors that affect the amount of a person's TPP consist of: 1) type of work, 2) pension program participated in, 3) length of service and salary amount, 4) investment return rate from the pension program, 5) government regulations, 6) macroeconomic factors and inflation, 7) health conditions of retirees, 8) family responsibilities, and 9) pension fund education determine the size of the level of retirement income. Optimizing private pension funds plays an important role in increasing TPP as a guarantee of income in retirement and creating financial independence in old age, in addition to improving quality of life. For this reason, private pension funds must be managed more optimally to achieve significant investment performance, improve pension fund literacy, target formal and informal workers, and diversify adequate products and services through digitalization of pension fund access and services to encourage significant growth in private pension fund participation.

Gratitude plays a crucial role in enhancing psychological well-being, particularly for students who balance work and studies. This research seeks to explore the connection between gratitude and psychological well-being among working students at Pamulang University. A quantitative approach was used, involving 107 respondents who were selected through purposive sampling and completed a Google Form survey. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The analysis revealed a correlation coefficient of 0.824, showing a significant relationship between gratitude and psychological well-being. This suggests that higher levels of gratitude are associated with better psychological well-being. The study also highlights the significance of gratitude-based interventions to help working students manage stress and enhance their overall quality of life. Additionally, this research contributes to the field of positive psychology, particularly within Indonesia's higher education context, and offers practical recommendations for universities to develop programs that more effectively support the well-being of working students.

The use of artificial intelligence (AI) in banking has grown rapidly in recent years, providing opportunities and challenges in dealing with it. AI in the banking world is expected to facilitate use, strengthen customer data security, and optimize risk management. This article aims to analyze the level of customer user experience towards banking services by utilizing artificial intelligence (AI). The analysis technique used in this study is descriptive with a quantitative approach, involving 100 respondents of various ages, various jobs and various educational backgrounds. The main requirement for respondents is that they are customers of various conventional banks in Ponorogo Regency who have used artificial intelligence (AI)-based banking services. Data were collected through questionnaires supplemented with secondary data in the form of documents related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the banking service system. The application of AI in the banking sector is the detection and prevention of fraudulent transactions in real time, identity verification through biometrics, identity verification through biometrics, chatbots and virtual assistants for customer service, detecting suspicious activity, and the use of smart wallets. The findings in this study explain that artificial intelligence (AI) is able to increase the efficiency of services to customers, provide a better experience, and improve the quality of banking services. This study aims to examine The Effect Of Work-Life Balance On Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Ide Kreasi Warna, a company engaged in the sales of paint and building materials. The research method involved 48 respondents grouped based on demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and education level. Linear regression analysis results showed a positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction, with a positive regression coefficient, indicating that a one-point increase in work-life balance would increase job satisfaction by 61.9%. The partial significance test (t-test) confirmed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with t_calculated (9.438) greater than t_table (1.679) and a significance value (0.00) less than 0.005. The determination coefficient shows that 75.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is influenced by work-life balance. This conclusion suggests that a good work-life balance can enhance employee job satisfaction. To improve work-life balance, the company is advised to implement programs such as family gathering events. Future research is expected to explore other factors affecting job satisfaction beyond work-life balance, given that 25.3% of the variance may still be influenced by other variables.

This study aims to analyze the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Civil Service Status at the State Civil Service Agency in handling service problems or ASN status cases. Labor productivity is influenced by various factors related to the workforce itself as well as those related to the company environment and government policies as a whole, such as education, skills, discipline, attitude and work ethics. Research methods are classified based on the objectives and level of natural setting of the object, research methods can be classified into basic research objectives, applied research methods and research and development. In this study, the researcher chose the type of Qualitative research to present and describe in detail and in detail the analysis of employee productivity in serving ASN performance problems at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the BKN. Research Results Overall, the quality of service at the Directorate of Civil Service Status of the State Civil Service Agency (BKN) can be categorized as very good, supported by clarity of information, ease of access through various communication channels, and employee responsiveness in handling complaints. The completeness of the files submitted by the proposing agency greatly affects the speed of the service process. When the files are complete, the process can run quickly and efficiently. However, incomplete files are often the cause of delays in service. and the use of technology, such as the ASN SI application, is very helpful in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of services. Technology allows ASN to access information and services more quickly and easily.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation on the performance of employees in the production department at PT. Semen Tonasa II and III Pangkep Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 51 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using Solvin samples. The analysis used in this research is a simple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of the education level variable have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity variable as proven based on the results of the simultaneous test with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the compensation variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

Analysis of Working Capital on Profitability Levels at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar, Thesis for the Management Study Program at the Indonesian Educational Institute of Management Science College (STIM-LPI) Makassar. (supervised by Dra. Pra Gemini, M.Si and Fausiah, S.E., M.Si). This research aims to determine how working capital influences the level of profitability at PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative. The data processed is the financial report of PT. Gaya Makmur Tractors Makassar for 2019-2021 which consists of a profit and loss report and balance sheet. The research results of the current ratio are stated to be good because they continue to increase every year 2019-2021 and exceed the internal average standard in 2020 and 2021. On the activity ratio with measurements using the NWC Turnover ratio can be said to be quite good because it exceeds the internal average, although it experienced a decline in 2020 of 368% but rose again to 430% in 2021. The profitability ratio with Return On Investment is said to be not good because it is below the internal average . Return on Equity is said to be not good, although it has increased in 2019 and 2021, this ratio is still below the internal average. Gross Profit Margin is also still said to be not good or not optimal because it experienced ups and downs from 2019-2021, namely 173%, 181%, 175%, although in 2020 it experienced an increase and was above the internal average of 176.3% but in 2021 experienced another decline and was below the internal average. Net Profit Margin is also said to be not good because it is still below the internal average.

This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research, because in this research it will describe the condition of the object and the researcher plays the role of being the key instrument that will process the data. This research was carried out naturally, this research chose to focus on the conditions existing at the Dessy Course and Training Institute (LKP), Bergas District. The data collection technique in this research uses 3 data collection techniques, namely semi-structured interviews, documentation and triagulation. The data sources in this research are subject sources who have the information needed to support this research, namely managers, teachers, employees, members and alumni of LKP Dessy. LKP is a form of non-formal education unit organized for people who need knowledge, skills, life skills and attitudes to develop themselves, develop their profession, work, do independent business and/or continue their education to a higher level. In carrying out the LKP, good management is also required, namely in the selection of management strategies by the management. Strategic management is a series of managerial decisions and actions that determine company performance in the long term. Strategic management includes long-term planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control. This research aims to qualitatively describe strategic management at LKP Dessy, Bergas District. The results of the analysis show that strategic management at LKP Dessy can be described using one of the stages in company development, namely strategic management whose components include environmental observation, strategy formulation by determining the LKP program plan, LKP program planning, strategy implementation, evaluation and control.
