This study aimed to analyze the influence of brand trust and brand image on the purchase decisions of Somethinc products in Tasikmalaya City. The research employed a survey method with a quantitative approach and involved 100 respondents who had used Somethinc products. Path analysis was used to examine the simultaneous and partial effects of brand trust and brand image on purchase decisions, as well as the role of brand trust as a mediator. The results indicated that brand trust and brand image simultaneously had a significant effect on purchase decisions. Partially, brand trust and brand image also had a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Brand trust influenced the purchase decision through the brand image of Somethinc products in Tasikmalaya. It was suggested that companies strengthen brand trust and brand image by conducting periodic evaluations of the effectiveness of their strategies and monitoring the development of brand trust and brand image and their impact on purchase decisions.

This study aims to examine the influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Cahaya Nikmah Bakery located in Samarinda City. More specifically, this study analyzes three main things: first, the influence of compensation on employee performance; second, the influence of work discipline on employee performance; and third, the simultaneous influence of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. This study was conducted on 40 permanent employees who work at Cahaya Nikmah Bakery as research subjects. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The collected data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to determine the relationship and influence between the variables studied. The results of the data analysis show that the calculated F value of 35.898 is greater than the F table of 2.87 at a significance level of 5%. In addition, the significance value of 0.000 is below the critical limit of 0.05. This indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence between compensation and work discipline on employee performance at Cahaya Nikmah Bakery. In other words, the combination of the two independent variables has a real contribution in influencing the level of employee performance. In addition to the simultaneous effect, the partial test results also show that each variable, namely compensation and work discipline, has a significant influence on individual employee performance. This is evidenced by the significance value for both variables, which is 0.000, which is also less than 0.05. The conclusion of this study shows that adequate compensation and the implementation of good work discipline can significantly improve employee performance. Therefore, company management is advised to continue developing a fair compensation system and strengthening a culture of work discipline to support overall company productivity and efficiency.

The development of the freight forwarding industry is increasing rapidly due to the culture of society that wants everything to be practical. Developing technology has had a major impact in bringing changes to various areas of people's lives over time. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial self-efficacy on risky credit behavior in using paylater (survey of students in tasikmalaya city). The method used in this research is a quantitative method through a survey approach. With a research sample of 100 students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. The data used is using primary data. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression using SPSS 26.0. The results showed that financial literacy has a good assessment classification, financial self-efficacy has a good assessment and risky credit behavior has a good assessment classification for students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater. Simultaneously financial literacy and financial self-efficacy have a significant influence on risky credit behavior. Partially, financial literacy does not have a significant effect on risky credit behavior and financial self-efficacy has a significant effect on risky credit behavior in students in Tasikmalaya City who use PayLater.

The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of segmenting and targeting on consumer satisfaction through purchasing decisions as an intervening survey variable for consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya. The research method used is survey and quantitative methods. This research used a sample of 220 consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikalaya. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis. The results of the research show that there is an influence of Segmenting and Targeting on Consumer Satisfaction through Purchasing Decisions as an Intervening Variable in Consumers of Cio Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya both partially and simultaneously, meaning that the more focused segmenting and targeting is applied to CIO Herbal, Syakira Herbal and Salma Herbal Tasikmalaya, purchasing decisions will increase so that consumer satisfaction will also increase

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work discipline and communication at the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office and its influence on job satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially. This research model uses a survey method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 83 permanent employees of the Tasikmalaya Regency Transportation Service Office staff. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Based on the research results, it is known that Work Discipline and Communication simultaneously and partially influence Job Satisfaction. Work Discipline and Communication both have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended that companies can improve Work Discipline, Communication and Job Satisfaction so that they can have a positive impact and achieve company goals in the future.

In the modern era, Muslim fashion, one of which is the hijab, is experiencing developments every year. Hijab is Muslim clothing that is very popular with Muslim women in Indonesia. This incident happened because Muslim women in Indonesia are aware that wearing the hijab is an obligation. This provides an open space for companies to produce Muslim clothing, especially hijabs, to become the main target market in the country. The purpose of this research is to find out whether promotions and testimonials have an influence on purchasing interest through the mediating variable of consumer trust in Buttonscraves products. There were 51 participants in this study and data was collected through an online survey using a Google form. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling techniques and primary data types, as well as collecting questionnaires. The results of the analysis show that promotions have a significant effect on buying interest, testimonials have a significant effect on buying interest and testimonials have a simultaneous effect on buying interest in Hijab Buttonscraves.
