The Suzuki XL7 is one of the car models produced by PT Suzuki Indomobil Sales (SIS) in Indonesia. Since its launch in 2020, the car has undergone significant development, especially with the introduction of a hybrid variant in 2023. This article aims to analyze the import and export phenomenon of the Suzuki XL7 from 2019 to 2024, as well as the challenges faced in the process. Through an in-depth literature review, this research will explore the various variables that influence the success of the Suzuki XL7 in the domestic and international markets. The research method used is literature analysis, which involves collecting data from various reliable sources. The discussion will cover market analysis, marketing strategies, as well as case studies related to challenges and solutions in the face of global competition. The conclusion of this research will provide a comprehensive overview of the Suzuki XL7's position in the Indonesian and global automotive industry.

In recent years, the issue that has become a hot topic of discussion among both the national and international communities is the issue of environmental damage. Therefore, in the economic context, there is a need for a transformation towards a green economy. The Indonesian government is promoting the TPB/SDGs Indonesia 2030 program. Realizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 is a shared responsibility that requires participation from all sectors, including the government, civil society, and the private sector. Therefore, considering the importance of sustainable development in the field of investment itself, several global organizations have established a measure that calculates sustainable development known as ESG investing. ESG consists of Environment, Social, and Governance, which adds value to companies that care about and think about the environment, such as issues related to carbon emissions, water and air pollution, and other environmental issues. This research aims to determine the role of the younger generation as agents of change through ESG Investment in realizing the 2030 SDGs. The research method utilized in this scientific paper is a combination research method with data collection through literature review. This research is expected to provide insights into the urgency of the younger generation in realizing the 2030 SDGs.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the economy by creating jobs and fostering local economic growth. However, MSMEs, especially in the culinary sector, often face challenges in managing finances, including accurately calculating the Cost of Goods Manufactured (COGM). COGM, which includes raw materials, labor, and overhead costs, is essential for setting appropriate prices and maintaining profitability. Miscalculations can lead to inaccurate pricing, impacting competitiveness and profit margins. This study analyzes COGM calculations at U&Mie, a culinary MSME known for its chili oil chicken noodles, to understand its pricing strategy. Findings from this research and prior studies by Harefa and Purwanto reveal that the full-costing method provides consistent results, highlighting the need for comprehensive COGM calculations to avoid overlooking variables that could affect pricing. This study aims to offer guidance for MSMEs in managing production costs and setting prices effectively, enhancing their market competitiveness.

This study aims to determine the financial performance pf Pt. Asia Sejahtera Mina Tbk. Using two ratios, namely likuidity and profitability, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method using secondary data analysis in the form of financial reports for the period 2019-2023. Research findings based on likuidity ratio analysis show that the current ratio, quick ratio, and cash ratio are used by researchers to determine whether the company’s likuidity threshold in 2019-2023 fluctuates. And based on the relative profitability analysis, it shows that return on infestment and return on equity also fluctuate

This aims to determine the profitability ratio to measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia. This research uses quantitative methods and focuses on finding out how Profitability ratios measure financial performance at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk from 2019 to 2023. Based on the results of research that has been carried out using profitability ratio calculations, namely Net Profit Margin, Return On Assets, and Return On It is known that Equity at PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk experiences fluctuations every year except 2023. So it is concluded that the company's financial performance after being calculated using these three indicators is still below the industry average standard except in 2023 capable of being above industry standards.

This article aims to provide an in-depth insight into appropriate training objectives, so as to improve the effectiveness of education and training programs and achieve the desired results. In the context of organizational strategy and training program design, training objectives play an important role. Clear and purposeful training objectives can help improve the effectiveness of training programs, motivate trainees, and provide indicators of success that can be evaluated. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The results showed that clear and well-defined training objectives are essential in designing an effective training program. The research also emphasizes the importance of training objectives in the context of organizational strategy, where appropriate training objectives can help the organization achieve its goals and respond to existing needs. This article contributes to the understanding of the importance of training objectives in improving the effectiveness of education and training programs. The results of this study can serve as a basis for organizations, especially the Central Kalimantan Province Human Resources Development Agency, in designing more effective training programs and ensuring the achievement of organizational goals through human resource development.

The development of the freight forwarding industry is increasing rapidly due to the culture of society that wants everything to be practical. Developing technology has had a major impact in bringing changes to various areas of people's lives over time. Research objects include quality, price perception, and consumer purchasing decisions, Population is not just the number of objects or subjects studied, samples are part of the population that is expected to represent the entire population, To obtain respondents' perceptions related to Service Quality, Price Perception, and Purchasing Decisions, researchers distributed questionnaires online The service quality indicator table shows that the points that must be set are mainly facilities and consumer needs to continue to increase consumer desires. This study aims to examine The Effect Of Work-Life Balance On Employee Job Satisfaction at PT Ide Kreasi Warna, a company engaged in the sales of paint and building materials. The research method involved 48 respondents grouped based on demographic characteristics such as age, gender, and education level. Linear regression analysis results showed a positive relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction, with a positive regression coefficient, indicating that a one-point increase in work-life balance would increase job satisfaction by 61.9%. The partial significance test (t-test) confirmed that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, with t_calculated (9.438) greater than t_table (1.679) and a significance value (0.00) less than 0.005. The determination coefficient shows that 75.7% of the variation in job satisfaction is influenced by work-life balance. This conclusion suggests that a good work-life balance can enhance employee job satisfaction. To improve work-life balance, the company is advised to implement programs such as family gathering events. Future research is expected to explore other factors affecting job satisfaction beyond work-life balance, given that 25.3% of the variance may still be influenced by other variables.

Evaluation of Regional Government financial performance is important and needs to be carried out. The aim of this research is to check the financial performance of the Malang City Government by analyzing financial reports from 2018 to 2023. This research is descriptive qualitative with secondary data obtained from the Malang City Central Statistics Agency. The results show that the degree of decentralization ratio has an average of Fair Performance, the financial independence ratio has an average of Low Performance, the efficiency ratio has an average of Inefficient Performance, the ratio of operational expenditure to total expenditure has an average of Good Performance, the ratio of capital expenditure to total expenditure with average Good Performance, and ratio of expenditure growth with average Good Performance.

This research aims to determine the influence of Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants at the Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda) of Bungo Regency. The type of research conducted is quantitative research using the purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study consisted of 30 respondents. The data from this research were processed and analyzed using Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, and Hypothesis Test with the help of SPSS version 26 software.The research results state that Leadership affects the Performance of Civil Servants where t-count (2.385) > t-table (2.051) and is significant because (0.024 < 0.05). Work Environment affects the Performance of Civil Servants where t-count (3.211) > t-table (2.051) and is significant because (0.003 < 0.05). Meanwhile, simultaneously, the independent variables affect the dependent variable where F-count 9.952 > F-table of 3.34 with a probability level (0.000 < 0.05). The Coefficient of Determination (R2) value is 42.4%, with the remaining influenced by other dimensions. Through this research, it is useful to enhance knowledge and insights related to Leadership and Work Environment on the Performance of Civil Servants.

This study observes and analyzes using a descriptive quantitative approach. This study has an “ex-post de facto” nature. The implementation strategy of change management can make a significant contribution to improving business performance. Implementation strategies help organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market environment. This allows businesses to adapt more quickly to new trends and demands, maintaining competitiveness. Focusing on change drives a culture of innovation within the organization. This study discusses the impact of remote work on employee engagement and productivity in the post-pandemic era, focusing on public relations management and public service. The aim of the research is to analyze how the implementation of remote work affects employee performance and to identify managerial strategies that can enhance their engagement. The method used is literature research, collecting data from various relevant sources. The findings indicate that while remote work can enhance productivity, challenges such as burnout and communication difficulties persist. The implications of this research provide guidance for organizations to develop more effective remote work models that support employee well-being and encourage the adoption of appropriate technologies to enhance engagement in the workplace.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of major discount offers, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions during the Shopee twin date event. For important sales initiatives, structural equation modeling was the data analysis method used. The results show that online customer reviews have a positive but not statistically significant impact on purchasing decisions during the Shopee twin date event, even while online customer ratings have a large impact.

This study explores social entrepreneurship in Muara Teweh, focusing on how innovative practices and collaborative efforts contribute to community economic development. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology to analyze existing literature related to social entrepreneurship and its impacts on local economies. By examining various case studies and theoretical frameworks, this paper identifies key factors that facilitate successful social entrepreneurial initiatives in Muara Teweh. The findings reveal that innovation and collaboration not only enhance the effectiveness of social enterprises but also foster sustainable economic growth in the community. This study highlights the importance of integrating local resources and knowledge, as well as the role of community engagement in driving social entrepreneurship forward. The research concludes with recommendations for policymakers and practitioners to enhance the effectiveness of social entrepreneurship in Muara Teweh, emphasizing the need for supportive frameworks that encourage innovation and collaboration among stakeholders.

Sinar Inti Telaga was founded in 1986, then transformed into PT Serasi Autoraya in 1990 by introducing the trademark "Toyota A Car". PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) is an international subsidiary. Tbk which is now widely known as one of the largest transportation and logistics service companies in Indonesia. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on the performance of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC) in this research uses independent variables, namely compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) as well as the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). The population of this study were employees of PT. Serasi Autoraya (TRAC). The sample used the Puprosive Sampling method, data collection by collecting questionnaires online with Google from to 50 respondents. The method in this research uses quantitative statistical methods. Quantitative statistical analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analysis. Other hypothesis testing includes classical assumption tests, including data normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The data was processed using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) 25.0 photo windows program. The test results of the T (Partial) test on the compensation variable (X1) show that the sig 0.004 < 0.05 and t value 3,028 > 2,010 (t table) test results on the T (Partial) test on the work discipline variable, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and t value 6,081 > 2,010 (t table). The test results of the F test (Simultaneous) show that the sig value is 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated f value is 49,966 > 3.19 (f table) and it can be concluded that compensation (X1) and work discipline (X2) have a positive and significant effect on performance employee (Y).

This study aims to examine “The effect of work motivation and salary on employee productivity performance”. The background of this research is the decline in productivity that occurred at PT Integra Indocabinet in 2012 and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample in this study were employees at PT Integra Indocabinet Sedati Sidoarjo East Java, totaling 100 people as respondents taken using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique used in this study is non probability sampling, namely techniques that do not buy opportunities or become samples. By using a questionnaire method 4 Likert scale. From the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that 1) motivation has no significant positive effect on employee performance when the t statistical test is carried out, 2) salary has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 3) motivation and salary on productivity simultaneously have a significant positive effect.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of communication and organizational culture on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable. This study is quantitative. The sample in this study amounted to 55 respondents based on purposive sampling technique. The study was conducted using a test tool in the form of SmartPLS 4.0. The results of the study indicate that communication and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation as a mediating variable.

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, workload and work ability on employee turnover intention at PT Pendidikan Maritim Dan Logistik Indonesia (Pmli) Bogor. Before an employee takes a turnover action, it is usually preceded by turnover intention. In this research, the cause of the employee's desire to stop working is thought to be leadership that is not working well, too much workload and a mismatch in abilities and job duties. Sampling of 100 employees was carried out using proportional stratified random sampling. The analytical method used in the research is descriptive and verification methods. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and literature study. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, F test and t test. The results of this research show that the variables of leadership, workload and work ability simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention. Meanwhile, partially leadership and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention and work ability has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention.

The purpose of this study was to study how job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life affect employee performance at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. In addition, the purpose of this research analysis was to determine how the independent and dependent variables used in this study interact with each other. This study used the entire population as a sample. where the author used 31 employees at the Lowokwaru District Office as a research sample. The tool used in this study was the Likert scale, which consisted of five response options, each valued 1-5. This study used research instruments, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of Windows SPSS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life have a partial and positive effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that all independent variables in this study have an effect on the dependent variable.

An airline is a company that offers air transportation services for passengers and cargo. This research aims to analyze bankruptcy predictions for airline companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2016-2023 period using the Altman Z-Score (Modified) model and the Springate model. The research population consists of 12 companies operating in the transportation subsector, focusing on the air transportation industry (airlines). The sample used includes 2 airline companies listed on the IDX, namely PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (GIAA) and PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI). The data collection technique involves documentation in the form of secondary data, specifically the financial reports of airline companies available on the IDX or each company's website. The results of the study show that PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk demonstrates potential bankruptcy according to the Modified Altman Z-Score with an average Z-Score of 0.568. However, this company is considered healthy by Springate with an average S-Score of 0,913. Meanwhile, PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI) is in a grey area according to the Modified Altman Z-Score with an average Z-Score of 1,101, but shows potential bankruptcy according to Springate with an average S-Score of 0,806.
