According to WHO (World Health Organization), health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just freedom from disease or weakness/disability. From this description it can be concluded that health implies ideal health conditions, both from a biological, psychological and social perspective. Apart from that, WHO also describes several health characteristics that need to be known, including physical and spiritual health without involving external elements, health related to the internal or external environment, spiritual health, mental health or what is usually called mental health (WHO, 2022). Mental disorders are disorders in the way of thinking (cognitive), will (volition), emotions (affective), actions (psychomotor). One of the mental disorders that greatly affects and disrupts an individual's life is schizophrenia (Makhruzah et al, 2021).

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder that occurs chronically or chronically because the body does not have enough insulin hormone due to interference with insulin secretion, the insulin hormone does not work as it should or both (Hendry et al., 2023). The International Diabetes Mellitus Federation (IDF) organization estimates that at least 463 million people aged 20-79 years in the world suffered from diabetes mellitus in 2019 or equivalent to a prevalence rate of 9.3% of the total population of the same age. Based on gender, IDF estimates that the prevalence of diabetes in 2019 is 9% in women and 9.65% in men. (Indonesian Ministry of Health, 2020). Prevalence data from the Indonesian Ministry of Health in 2013-2018, there are 4 provinces with the highest prevalence, namely DKI Jakarta 3.4% East Kalimantan 3.1% In Yogyakarta 3.1%, North Sulawesi 3% and Central Java 2.1% ( Research and Development Agency, Republic of Indonesia Ministry of Health, 2019).

Mental disorders themselves are a group of symptoms characterized by changes in a person's thoughts, feelings and behavior that cause dysfunction in carrying out daily activities. Within mental disorders there are several diagnoses, one of which is schizophrenia. Schizophrenia is a serious mental disorder characterized by decreased or inability to communicate, cognitive impairment, inability to think abstractly and experiencing difficulty in carrying out daily activities (Afeanpah et al., 2022). WHO data for 2019 shows that 1 in every 8 people or 970 million people throughout the world live with mental disorders such as anxiety disorders, depression, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder. 24 million people suffer from serious mental disorders such as schizophrenia worldwide or 1 in 300 people (0.32%) this figure is 1 in 222 people (0.45%) among adults, and 280 million people suffer from depression, including 23 million children and adolescents, 40 million people experience bipolar disorder, 301 million people experience anxiety disorders including 58 million children and adolescents (WHO, 2019).

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that is a major problem in countries where schizophrenia is a type of psychosis that ranks at the top of all existing mental disorders. Schizophrenia is part of a mental disorder characterized by strange behavioral and speech deviations, incoherent thoughts, delusions, hallucinations, where this condition occurs due to changes in the physical structure and chemistry of the brain (Tri et al., 2020).

Hypertension causes high rates of morbidity (sickness) and mortality (death). Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure in systolic and diastolic that comes and goes or persists. Hypertension is pressure higher than 140/90mmHg (Pangestika et al., 2022). Hypertension is also called the silent killer because this disease does not have specific symptoms, can attack anyone, and can cause degenerative diseases, even death (Yanita N.I.S, 2022).

Every woman experiences the process of giving birth, it is natural for women to give birth normally, namely through the vagina or normal birth canal. If a woman cannot give birth normally, medical personnel will perform an alternative delivery to help expel the fetus. If the conditions of the mother and fetus have complications during delivery, then to immediately save both of them it is necessary to carry out delivery procedures, one of the actions taken is caesarean section delivery (Safitri, 2020).
