This study aims to analyse changes in students' mindsets regarding multicultural education in the era of globalisation, as well as the factors that affect the development of this mindset. The design of this study uses a qualitative approach with unit analysis in high school students. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and principals, as well as observations in classrooms and school activities related to multicultural education. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and analysis of multicultural education policy documents implemented in schools. Data were analysed with a thematic analysis approach to identify changes in students' mindsets about diversity and the impact of globalisation. The research findings show that students are increasingly open to cultural differences and understand the importance of tolerance, despite the challenges in implementing a consistent multicultural education. The contribution of this research is to provide insights into how multicultural education can influence the mindset of students in the era of globalisation, as well as to suggest the importance of a more inclusive approach in the educational curriculum.

This research aims to explore business education curriculum innovations that can prepare future leaders who are competent and adaptive to global challenges. The method used is qualitative research with an analysis unit of business education programs in universities. The design of this study uses case studies with primary data sources obtained through in-depth interviews with study program managers, lecturers, and students. Data collection techniques were carried out through semi-structured interviews and curriculum document analysis, while data analysis used a thematic analysis approach. The findings of the study show that despite some innovation efforts in the curriculum, there is still a gap between the existing curriculum and the need for leadership skills in the world of work. The contribution of this research is to provide recommendations on how the business education curriculum should be more innovative, with an emphasis on leadership development, adaptation skills, and problem-solving, to prepare future leaders who are ready to face global dynamics.

The purpose of this service is to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the development of learning materials to assist teachers in creating more personalised and adaptive learning. The methods taken in the implementation of service include identifying learning needs, developing AI-based materials, and training teachers to utilise this technology in adapting learning materials according to student needs. The findings of this activity show that the use of AI in learning allows teachers to more effectively tailor the material to students' abilities and interests, thereby increasing engagement and learning outcomes. The contribution of this service is to provide technology-based solutions that can enrich learning methods while improving the quality of education that is more inclusive and responsive to the times.

This study aims to explore the progress of the education evaluation system in improving accountability in Indonesian schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with the analysis units of school principals, teachers, and education supervisors. The research design used is a case study with primary data sources obtained through in-depth interviews and observations. The data collection technique involves semi-structured interviews and documentation, while the data analysis is carried out using thematic analysis techniques. The findings of the study show that the progress of the education evaluation system in Indonesian schools has increased accountability, although there are still challenges in its implementation evenly across regions. The contribution of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of the role of educational evaluation in increasing accountability and to provide recommendations for the development of a more effective evaluation system in Indonesia.

This study aims to analyse the implications of digitalisation trends in business management on curriculum and teaching methods in educational institutions. Using a qualitative research design with a case study approach, the unit of analysis is a business management education program at several universities in Indonesia that have adopted technology in teaching. Data sources were obtained through interviews with education managers, lecturers, and students, as well as analysis of related policy and curriculum documents. The data collection techniques used were semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, while the data were analysed by thematic analysis methods to identify key themes related to digitalisation in education. The research findings show that despite the awareness of the importance of digitalisation, many educational institutions struggle to integrate technology thoroughly into their business management curriculum. The contribution of this research is to provide insight into the challenges and opportunities faced by educational institutions in adopting digitalisation, as well as offer recommendations for the development of technology-based curricula that are relevant to the needs of the digital business world.

This study aims to identify and analyse the adaptation strategies implemented by business schools in maintaining their resilience during economic downturns. The approach used is qualitative research with a case study design, where the analysis unit includes universities in Indonesia that have business education programs. Data sources were obtained through interviews with education program managers, lecturers, and students, as well as analysis of education policy and curriculum documents. Data collection techniques were carried out through semi-structured interviews, observations, and document studies, while data analysis used thematic analysis methods to identify key themes related to adaptation strategies carried out by business schools. The research findings show that business schools that are more successful in dealing with crises are those that adopt digital technologies, formulate flexible policies, and increase industry involvement in curriculum development. The contribution of this research lies in a deeper understanding of adaptation strategies that can increase the resilience of business schools during economic crises.

This study aims to explore changes in the teacher evaluation system in Indonesia and their impact on improving the quality of teaching. This study uses a qualitative research design with an analysis unit on the policy of changing teacher evaluation, its implementation in schools, and its impact on teaching quality. Data sources were obtained through interviews with principals, teachers, and education supervisors, as well as direct observation in several schools that have implemented performance-based evaluation systems. Data collection techniques were carried out by semi-structured interviews, classroom observations, and documentation studies, while data analysis used a thematic analysis approach to identify key themes related to the effectiveness of evaluation in improving teaching quality. The findings of the study show that although performance-based evaluation systems can increase teacher motivation, their implementation still faces challenges related to limited resources and training. The contribution of this research is to provide insight into the importance of a sustainable and competency-based evaluation system to improve the quality of teaching, as well as provide recommendations for the development of more effective education policies in Indonesia.

The purpose of this service is to develop a social studies education curriculum based on local wisdom in elementary schools, in order to introduce local cultural values and traditions to students. The method used is with document analysis and interviews with teachers and education experts to gain a deep understanding of the implementation of the curriculum based on local wisdom. The findings of this service show that a curriculum based on local wisdom can improve students' understanding of their own culture and enrich social studies learning materials. The contribution of this service is the creation of a social studies education curriculum model that not only teaches social knowledge but also instils local values that are relevant to the daily lives of students in elementary schools, which in turn can strengthen the cultural identity and character of the nation.

This research aims to explore the crisis of religious intolerance among adolescents and its impact on social tensions in schools, as well as how educational programs can be developed to reduce these tensions. Using a qualitative research design, the analysis unit of this study was adolescents aged 15-18 years in several secondary schools. Data sources were obtained from in-depth interviews with students, teachers, and school staff, as well as observations of social interactions in schools. Data collection techniques included semi-structured interviews and observations, while data analysis was conducted with a thematic analysis approach to identify factors influencing religious intolerance and social tensions in schools. The findings of the study show that religious intolerance among adolescents is often triggered by a lack of understanding of diversity and culture, as well as social environmental factors that exacerbate these tensions. The contribution of this research is to provide insights for the development of more inclusive educational programs, which can increase religious tolerance in schools and reduce social tensions among adolescents.

This research aims to explore the role of digital leadership in improving physical education learning in elementary schools (SD) through technology integration. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design in several elementary schools in Depok. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with principals and teachers, observation of the physical education learning process, and analysis of documentation related to the use of technology in learning. Data analysis was carried out thematically to identify the main patterns that support the implementation of digital leadership in the context of physical education. The validity of the data is maintained through triangulation of sources and methods. The results of the study show that effective digital leadership can encourage technology integration, increase student engagement, and improve the effectiveness of physical education learning. This research contributes to the development of relevant digital leadership strategies to support technology-based learning at the primary school level.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of project-based learning in improving the financial literacy of vocational school students in the digital era. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and documentation analysis related to the implementation of project-based learning in financial literacy learning. The research participants consisted of vocational school students who were directly involved in finance-based learning projects, teachers of economics or finance subjects, and financial education experts. The data analysis process is carried out through data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing to identify patterns in students' understanding of financial management concepts in the digital context. The results of the study show that the application of project-based learning increases students' involvement in learning as well as their ability to manage personal finances more wisely. The contribution of this research is to provide insights for educators and policymakers in designing innovative learning strategies that are more contextual to the development of the digital era.

This study aims to explore the effectiveness of the use of video learning media in improving Economics learning outcomes among students in Grade 10 at SMA Japan Depok. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis. The subjects of the study are grade XI students who take the subject of Economics, and Economics teachers who use video media as a learning tool. The data obtained were analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify relevant patterns and themes related to the use of video media in learning. The results of the study show that video learning media can significantly improve the understanding of economic concepts and student learning outcomes. This research contributes to the development of more effective learning strategies by utilizing video technology for Economics subjects at the high school level.

This study aims to explore the role of mathematical logical intelligence in improving the mastery of United Kingdom grammar in grade X students of SMAN 1 Singgahan Tuban. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that students with higher mathematical logical intelligence have better abilities in understanding and applying United Kingdom grammar rules than other students. This research contributes to the development of more effective United Kingdom language learning strategies at the high school level, by emphasizing the importance of integrating mathematical logical intelligence in grammar teaching. These findings offer new insights for educators to adopt a more comprehensive approach to language learning. In addition, this study also opens up opportunities for further studies to test the effectiveness of this approach in various other educational contexts. Thus, this research makes theoretical and practical contributions to improve the quality of United Kingdom language education at the high school level.

This research aims to optimize the school environment in improving the English-speaking ability of class X students at SMK Taruna Terpadu 1 Bogor. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection was carried out through direct observation in the classroom, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of learning documents. Data analysis was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner by identifying contextual learning elements applied in schools. The results show that a supportive school environment and contextual learning that are integrated effectively can improve students' speaking skills. This research contributes to the development of learning strategies that make optimal use of the school environment to improve students' language skills at the vocational secondary education level. This research can be a reference for other schools that want to improve student's language competence through a similar approach.

This study aims to find out how learning interest improves the mastery of United Kingdom vocabulary in grade VII students at SMP Citra Negara Depok. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with students and teachers, participatory observation during the learning process, and analysis of documentation related to the development of student vocabulary. The interview is focused on the student's experience in the process of learning the United Kingdom and how their interests are developing. Observations are made to observe student interactions during teaching and learning activities and how their interests are reflected in participation. The analyzed documentation includes teacher notes and student assignment results related to vocabulary mastery. The results of the study show that students who have a high interest in learning tend to master new vocabulary faster and are more active in learning United Kingdom. The contribution of this research is to provide in-depth insight into the role of learning interest in the process of language acquisition, especially in the context of education at the junior high school level.
