Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses is a service company engaged in the distribution of mining products, especially coal and heavy mining equipment transportation services which has been operating for more than ten years in Banjarmasin. This research aims to analyze work motivation strategies in an effort to improve work performance. Apart from that, another aim is to provide insight into the factors that influence employee work motivation and provide recommendations for increasing employee work motivation and improving their work performance. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews and observation. The data were analyzed using content analysis techniques, with the respondents in this study being employees of PT. Kalimantan Mandiri Sukses was selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that there are several work motivation factors that influence employee work performance, such as incentives, recognition, social support, work environment, and career development. Incentives provided by companies in the form of salaries and bonuses are the main factors in motivating employees. Apart from that, recognition and appreciation from management, social support from colleagues and the work environment, as well as clear career development are also factors that are no less important in motivating employees to improve their work performance at PT. Kalimantan Independent Success.

This research raises the issue of the lack of facilities for learning media, the lack of student interaction in the learning process, and the disruption caused by students who often go in and out of class. These inadequacies can hinder the learning process and affect the teacher's creativity in managing learning. The purpose of this research is to find out how to create and maintain a maximum Islamic religious education learning atmosphere at SMPN 29 Sijunjung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher creativity in managing Islamic learning. Data were collected through observation and interviews, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the creativity of teachers in managing Islamic learning has been done well, but has not reached the maximum level because there are still some things that need to be improved. Factors that influence creating a maximum learning atmosphere include forgetting to convey learning objectives, interference in managing time and learning activities, lack of student involvement in learning, and limited learning media. To improve the effectiveness of learning, there needs to be more attention in managing learning in order to create an optimal learning atmosphere for students in understanding Islamic religious education.

Banjarmasin City Regional Regulations Concerning Non-Smoking Areas is a rule made by the Government to reduce violations committed by the community, but in reality there are still many who violate these rules. In this service activity, we discuss the effectiveness and factors that occur in the field. This activity focuses on two problem formulations, namely, how effective is the Banjarmasin City regional regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning non-smoking areas in university areas in Banjarmasin, what are the factors that influence the effectiveness of Banjarmasin City regional regulation Number 7 of 2013 concerning non-smoking areas.

The background of this research is on the subject of Islamic Religious Education that teachers still rarely use the discovery learning learning model in learning so that students are not effective in participating in the learning process and when students are given assignments by the teacher, almost all students in class VII cannot do the assignments given, so symptoms or phenomena are found, especially in subjects Islamic Religious Education, namely the learning outcomes of class VII students are still relatively low and have not yet reached the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) set at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, namely 75. The purpose of this research is to find out whether student learning outcomes have increased by applying the discovery learning model to the eyes Islamic religious education lessons. This research is a Class Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class VII students of SMP N 1 JUJUHAN, Jujuhan Ilir District, Bungo Regency, Jambi, even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, which consisted of 15 male students and 5 female students. In collecting data the author uses the method of observation, learning achievement tests, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, where the data is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in the form of percentages. The results of this study are that the application of discovery learning learning models can improve student learning outcomes in the material Al-Khulafaur Ar Rasyidun The Successor of the Struggle of the Prophet Muhammad. Before the action, it was known that 8 students had completed with 40% classical completeness, in cycle I, 12 students had completed with 60% classical completeness, in cycle II, 18 students had completed with 90% classical completeness. Thus it can be concluded that by applying the discovery learning model it can improve student PAI results at SMP N 1 JUJUHAN.
