Corruption is a serious issue that hinders development and disrupts the social order in Indonesia. Efforts to prevent corruption rely not only on law enforcement but also on character building and the instillation of integrity from an early age. Education in schools plays a crucial role in shaping young generations with integrity and an awareness of anti-corruption values. Through a curriculum that emphasizes moral values, ethics, and social responsibility, schools can serve as the foundation for creating a society free from corruption. Anti-corruption education must become an integral part of the national education system. As a recommendation, the government and relevant stakeholders should strengthen the implementation of anti-corruption education in schools by providing teacher training and developing age-appropriate materials for students. The suggestion needed is to provide training to security guards and canteen guards, so that students get better anti-corruption education.

Children's integrity is an important aspect that must be built from an early age to prevent corrupt behavior in the future. Family and school are the main factors that have a very important role in building a child's integrity. The family as the first unit has the responsibility to set an example of good character by instilling the values of honesty, responsibility and discipline through open communication. On the other hand, schools act as a formal environment that not only teaches the academic curriculum, but also provides character education and equips children with an understanding of ethics and morality. This research uses a qualitative approach by interviewing parents and teachers and analyzing various literary sources such as books, journals, and so on. The research results show that this collaboration not only increases awareness of the importance of integrity, but also reduces the potential for corrupt behavior.

As a country with an overcapacity prison composition of 265,897 people, Indonesia ranks seventh with the most prisoners in the world. In response to this, the government has made several efforts to reduce the density of prisoners, one of which is by providing remissions. However, granting remissions is actually seen as less effective and actually creates differences in the development process in Correctional Institutions (Lapas). Another problem is how to overcome the dilemma of granting remission to prisoners from the perspective of the national legal system. The research method used in this research is a juridical-normative research method with descriptive analytical research specifications which analytically describe the applicable laws and regulations both at home and abroad and legal theories linked to research problems. Analysis of legal materials uses qualitative juridical analysis. The results of this research indicate that the background to the policy of granting remissions to prisoners needs to be tightened so that it can fulfill a sense of justice for society. Apart from that, regarding the policy of granting remissions to prisoners, it is necessary to consider the legal framework of similar policies implemented in England, Ireland or Canada because the tightening of remissions in these countries has resulted in not all prisoners getting remissions or parole.

Domestic violence violates women's human rights. The form of violence that occurs in women is physical violence including assault, beating, and actions that physically injure the victim. Meanwhile, non-physical violence is an act that is detrimental to the victim from a psychological perspective, such as threats, insults, neglect and forms of violence that result in psychological disorders of the victim. In disclosing the existence of criminal acts of violence is the most difficult part for the authorities, because there are perspectives and risks that arise as a result of reports of acts of violence experienced by women. Women have the right to complain about illegal acts and receive protection under Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (UU PKDRT), which allows for the settlement of cases of violence against women through the courts.
