Fenomena Gentrifikasi di Ungaran Barat dan Ungaran Timur dan Upaya Pengendaliannya dengan Pendekatan Green Climate Gentricifation

The phenomenon of gentrification in Ungaran demonstrates complex socio-spatial transformations driven by the rapid development of residential areas and urban investment. This process not only alters spatial structures but also triggers the displacement of original residents due to economic and social pressures. The concept of Green Climate Gentrification becomes relevant in understanding the dynamics of sustainable urban development that paradoxically can generate new forms of inequality. This study aims to analyze the phenomenon of green gentrification in Ungaran and to formulate control strategies that can mitigate its negative impacts on local communities. The research employs a spatial-temporal analysis using GIS with data on land use, topography, and road networks. The analysis was conducted through map overlays and trend observations of land-use change and population growth. The findings reveal a significant increase in built-up areas in steep topographic regions. This phenomenon has caused both physical displacement and psychological displacement among native residents. The study concludes that green gentrification in Ungaran is a systemic process influenced by structural forces and neoliberal policies. Therefore, a trans-dimensional strategy is required, emphasizing efficient land use, strengthened social cohesion, and spatial justice to achieve sustainable urban development.
