Meta-Analysis Development of Education in Indonesia : A Review Systematic from Academic Publications 2015-2024

This research use meta- analysis method For to study trend Indonesian education in One decade last (2015-2024) based on publication journal national and international . The purpose of the research is quality education identify and analyze in a way systematic factors that influence development education , challenges faced , and success of policy reform education in Indonesia. The research method uses the PRISMA approach by analyzing 35 reputable journal articles that meet the inclusion criteria. The results of the study show four dominant themes in the development of Indonesian education: 1) transformation of national education policy, 2) gaps in access and quality of education, 3) digitalization and adaptation of learning technology, and 4) curriculum reform and improvement of teacher professionalism. This study concludes that although there has been significant progress in aspects of education policy and access, the main challenges are still related to equalizing the quality of education between regions and developing sustainable educator competencies
