Current study identified Acinetobacter baumannii isolates from burn wound samples using biochemical andmolecular techniques focusing on the rpoB gene. All isolates showed variable virulence factors, includingbiofilm formation (100%), gelatinase activity (90%), and mannose-resistant hemagglutination (72%).
