This research implements RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis to perform customer segmentation and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in a retail company. Using a Kaggle dataset, this study identifies customers based on purchasing behaviour and assesses marketing campaign responses for each segment.
