Oral hygiene and dental health of ten samples of fourth grade students of SD Negeri 58, Banda Aceh City, were assessed at the first assessment on December 18, 2023 using the OHI-S technique. It was found that four of the children had moderate debris, six had poor category plaque, and no students had excellent debris index.
